Overview of Pure Solar Energy
We are an independent solar installation company. We work with customers all over the United States to gain energy independence by installing solar on their homes. Since we opened our doors in 2015, we've installed nearly 200,000 solar panels which generate an astounding 63,934,860 kWh of energy each year. To put that into perspective, that's enough electricity to power nearly *6,000 homes for an entire year, every year saving over 21 tons of coal per year from being burned to create dirty energy. That also adds up to over **$8.2 million dollars of annual savings for our customers. We love saving our customers money and we love helping our planet. Our primary focus is to always provide exceptional customer service and product quality on every job we do.

Do not use Pure Solar!! This company is nearly impossible to get ahold of. The comany will come out and install the panels and can't be reached to finish the job and connect to the power meter. the company gets paid once the panels are installed and can't be reached to finish the job. Once again don't use Pure Solar.

The panels have been installed, and seem to be working.. but it takes a minimum of 3 tries to get anyone to return a call or email. I was told once the panels were set up there was an app I needed to download to monitor the output. No one has gotten back to me about what that app is. I was also told that I qualified for a referral promotion, in which I provided 5 referrals, and the company would pay for the first year of service. I did receive a check (after 3 months) and the amount was only calculated for 10 of the 12months. I was also underquoted as to what my monthly payments would be upfront. All-in-all, I'm glad I have solar panels, but I REALLY wish I would have gone with a different company. (not that I could have done research on this specific company, the name given to me changed twice, and I only learned of this company name when the check arrived.)
