do not use this business. I paid them 90% of the funds to replace my roof and install solar panels. My roof is leaking and they refuse to come out and do the repairs, neither have they shown up to activate the solar panels or cleared the deficiencies with the city permit. who pays a 100% before the job is completed?? in addition the workers stole materials from my site that belonged to me for another job and the owner refuses to compensate me for what the workers did. Definitely will not recommend them to anyone ... if you see them coming RUNNNN

Don't be fooled by the slick salesperson or brochure, I was supposed to have an operating system in July of this year, It's now almost November. They have failed inspection 7 Times, wtf??? They seemed shocked that the batteries needed to be placed in a certain area and when told to move them just eyeballed it I guess, because they were told it was still 4 inches off, they didn't follow their own drawings, than the drawings turned out to be incorrect so had to be re done. So I have a system I paid 80k for but have been looking at since July and can't even turn on or enjoy the battery back up in the event of a hurricane....DO NOT RECOMMEND.....on the other hand if you need a new roof without solar, their roofing division was excellent...

I bought a system from ProSolar, 16-400w panels, two gateways and a tesla power wall. Almost $40K last March 2023. My Enphase gateway stopped communicating with the App. a week ago, no call backs ,no visits nothing. Most of the employee are spanish and few installers spoke english. I think this is their problem; no english speaking services agents. I really don't care what they speak, I just want my system fixed.

The company came out and installed their solar system for our farm house. They were extremely efficient and i was so impressed that they finished it in one day!! Great work Guys!!

Although the process was long due to permits, I have to admit that the implementation leader (Miguel Salazar) was the big winner of this review, he always kept me informed of the steps we were in, attentive and a great single point of contact to address all the problems and activities that were encountered along the way. The technical and installation team was always responsive and attentive to all the changes and activities that were presented. My only recommendation is define a clear process to get after implementation support.

I interviewed 5 solar companies, all but 1 were acceptable, ProSolar. All but 1 had very bad reviews, ProSolar. Most were using outdated equipment, all but one, ProSolar. Make sure that you do your homework! ProSolar did a remarkable job with the installation!

I had some communication issues and a three-month delay until I contacted the owner directly, and the project moved on. The panels are working perfectly.

ProSolar Systems completed the successful installation of a Solar System which included a new roof and a net metering system with the service provider SECO. Everything from the bidding process through the permitting, installation of the roof and the solar sytem, exceeded the expectations that I had in terms of professionalism, quality of the installation work and completion ahead of the scheduled date. They kept changing the terms every few days, and even on the day that I was signing they changed it again! It was still agreeable so I went for it... and then the next business day I get a call saying that something was missing and that I needed to get a credit card or personal loan to cover something that was missing... I want solar panels, but I'm not going to deal with all this shady financing BS.

I am happy to write a review for ProSolar based on my experience. Their team installed a 31.4 KW residential system on my home in Davie, FL. From the original sales appointment with Jonathan Rush all the way through the final walk through with Juan Acosta, the experience has been nothing but professional and the work was completed without exception. Their installation team kept the site free of any debris and cleaned up each day. I have no problem recommending ProSolar for all solar needs including their commercial work, which we have engaged with their team to install solar to cover our office's electrical needs. Overall, their work is top notch and I feel anyone will not regret making the decision to hire ProSolar over other solar companies out there.

There are so many choices when it comes to solar installation and maintenance but I am very happy that I chose ProSolar. From the Sales representative Eric, to the ladies who answered all my questions at their office, to the guys on site, everyone was very professional, helpful and informational. I was kept in the loop as to when each step would take place. I was provided before and after pictures of not only the arrays and control panel, but the attic work and lines ran. We had a few appliances that blew during the install (our house is old, built in 1979) and ProSolar made everything right and whole very quickly for us, even replacing light bulbs that blew and offered to put them in for us. I have told anybody and everybody who would listen that ProSolar is the company to go with, and how happy we are with our choice to go solar. We are even planning to get the battery backups in the near future to be fully integrated. Thank you ProSolar for a great experience!

Prosolar had installed tesla batteries prior to Irmaria hurricanes. We had taken the time to take pannels off home prior to storms. After destruction Prosolor came out and helped me restart my system. I was able to provide power to my home and helped a few neighbors until local power restored 90 days later. Solar Energy Panels Review: I have extensively researched solar companies in Southeast Florida and have found none as professional and thorough as Prosolar Systems. It has been a pleasure to work with consultant Jonathan Rush. Through his patience and knowledge, Jonathan provided a very cost effective, reasonably priced solar system for my house. He is extremely knowledgeable about the best quality solar panels in the industry, the highest tech installation, and the right sizing/economical fit for one’s budget. I wholeheartedly recommend that people who are interested in solar energy for their home get a no-pressure proposal from him and compare with other companies’ products - carefully read their online reviews.

They were very competitive in pricing, but had the best install procedures and with a tile roof that is everything. Would only recommend them!

We would definitely recommend ProSolar for your solar installation. We ordered our system late in 2019. Installation was completed faultlessly despite our not being on island (St. Croix, USVI) during the process. We arrived to live here full-time in February 2020 and the system has performed exactly as anticipated. Our WAPA (Water and Power Authority) invoices have been next to zero during this period, and we're actually still using the $250 CARES Act electricity credit we received in May 2020 to cover the small monthly WAPA charges we do receive. Our system powers AC, all kitchen and laundry appliances, pool pump, TVs, small appliances etc. Installing solar was the best decision we made before moving here. Having a reliable (and uninterrupted) power supply is invaluable to both our quality of life, and the life of our appliances. ProSolar's customer service is exceptional. Any system queries (which have been minor) have been responded to promptly and professionally. Give ProSolar a call, you won't be disappointed.

This is the second home I have had Prosolar install solar panels. Working with this company is a pleasure--they are responsive, show up when expected, do their work well and clean up after themselves! They are proactive and continue to monitor the system. They were very patient in dealing with Duke Energy, who made the process much more complicated that it need to be. And they have continued to monitor and follow up to make sure the system is working ok (it is!). Kudos to Kevin and Peter! I would definitely use them again.

My solar advisor was super informative. The install team was awesome. I just got my first electric bill, $0. I recommended ProSolar to my sister and now she doesn't have a bill too! We love free electricity.
