PES Solar

Excellent customer service and I really appreciated their work ethic. They did an excellent job and I will recommend them to my co-workers who might be interested in switching over to solar.

Awful company to use for your solar needs

Please Do not trust this company! PES solar quoted on installing a system for my house. The stipulation was that only clamps would be used on the standing seam metal roof and no penetration would occur. They provided a quote with the clamps included and I paid 30% of the quote for them to proceed. PES solar proceeded to install the system with clamps in September of 2022. After the system was installed The contract states that 60% would be paid during installation but they decided not to charge me at that time. That is when I found out that they did not follow the permit. At that point my roof was compromised by the installation process so they could not take the system off and I could not use the system because the city would not sign off on the permit. Weeks became months and almost a year and a half later, countless phone calls and more equipment added to the roof the system was cleared by the city. Through their negligence I was in limbo over a year, losing thousands of dollars in electricity cost and never knowing if the system would ever be turned on. It is now Jan 15th 2024 and the system has yet to be turned on. I have paid in full but they are waiting for their accounting department to clear it. They will not tell me how long it will take. I want to make sure as many future solar customers know what I went through. I know most of the reviews are positive but if I had to do it again I would stay far away from PES Solar.

Great service. Very reliable and guys did a pretty fast service

Apology

Back in December, I wrote a rough review. Since that time, the owners have gone over and beyond to personally help and explain circumstances I was unaware of. For this reason, I am sorry and wish I could delete the review. Cindy Rodger

PES was a breeze to work with! I highly recommend them for your solar needs. They were wonderful about educating me about my options, excellent with communication every step of the way, and the installation was professional and easy for me. I interviewed several solar companies before making this commitment and PES was far and beyond the competition!

PES solar Company is excellent

I received my solar panels in 2020 which tremendously lowered my electric costs. PES was such a great company to work with for not only the first install and even removed and replaced my panels when I had to get a new roof. I recommend them highly. Betty Rodriques

Everything has been peaceful and smooth. All transactions that have occured went perfectly.

Great Install

Guys arrived on time for date of install. It was a big job with 63 panels. Eddie and Sean were supervising the crew and kept me informed of progress and answered all my questions. The install was completed on time with only one minor issue which they addressed with me and took care of. I am very happy and look forward to a smaller electric bill in the future.

We have had the installers here for the past 2 days. They are almost done The staff have been very professional and polite We are looking forward to utilizing solar energy now in this sunny state

Excellent service. Guys were on schedule and the work was done in a half of a Day.

Flaky operation

Little to no communication regarding my order to install two additional solar panels on my existing system.

PES was great!

From start to finish PES was on top of things. They called at least weekly to give me status. Their install crew was timely, efficient, and informative. I highly recommend them.

The staff was very efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all your questions with the process. Thanks again for all your help.

The whole team is very efficient and quick. They have done a good job in no time. Guided properly for next steps to follow. In short, I am satisfied with the team.

Great company to work with!

PES has been great! They communicate very well and on top of everything. Thank you, PES!

Excellent company and excellent system

The solar panels PES placed on my roof supply all the power I need for my house plus charging my Tesla electric car. Florida Power and Light charge me only the hookup rate which is $27 and at the beginning of this year I had four to five months of zero bills due to a program called net metering which uses all the extra energy that I supplied to the power company the previous year. PES also provided a very sophisticated phone app to allow me to see how much energy I'm generating and check on the individual solar panels to make sure that they are all working correctly. They PES crew also did the installation job in one morning putting up the solar panels and installing the necessary accessories and hooking it into my electric system. I can't say enough good things about PES solar. Thank you!

Everything was installed in a timely manner. All the people at the job site were professional. The area was cleaned up and left as it was before the work started.

Guys showed up and knocked out the job. Very happy with everything.
