Precision Solar Inc

In 2014 I had Micah come out and install a $5000 solar pool heater system. I contracted with them based on great online reviews. I, too, wrote a couple of good reviews for them. Unfortunately, I must change those reviews . I have experienced air bubbles in my return lines. Very annoying, as they are considerable and noisy!! I called out Micah and they did not see anything wrong. I know the air is coming from the solar system because when I bypass the solar...NO air bubbles! I've emailed more than one video to Precision Solar s office showing massive air bubbles.....they have chosen to ignore me. I have been listening to loud bubbles now for two years. I tried again this year, 2017, to contact Precision Solar...left politemessages, but no response. Their website indicates they are open when I call. Based on their failure to correct a serious problem of their doing...and their inexcusable decision to not return my phone calls, ...I must give PRECISION SOLAR ONE STAR....since NO STARS is not an option.
