The crew who performed the work were very well trained, and very professional, and thorough with all the work they did. Nothing was left behind, and follow-up was very good involving one of the Micro-inverters which failed after the system was turned on. The monitoring system installed over a wireless connection to the company who provided the Micro inverters (Enphase Energy Company in California)now works flawlessly after Jeff Randall set up a telephone conference with Sharon Kirk (of Enphase), and worked out the problem with the inverter, which the Enlighten Program spotted, and the culprit was replaced. I would recommend this Company to anyone in the Greater Seattle Area if they were considering Solar PV systems. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism displayed by the entire crew who worked on our Solar system. The Bids we obtained were from Sunergy in the Seattle Area, and Power Trip Energy. I did searches on the internet regarding bonding, and license. We also investigated by reading the extensive Web Sites the companies maintained. Power Trip Energy Web site is really helpful. I was very impressed. They talked with us about the various PV options and what would work best for us. They arrived promptly at scheduled times and carried out the work in an efficient and professional manner. Upon completion, they contacted the energy company, who came out and hooked us up for net metering. Then PowerTrip came and gave us training and a manual on the use of the system. We can`t think of anything they could have done better -- we are 100% happy with their work and with our PV system.

Their professional installers were very well respected by the Washington State inspector and the power company. They were very vigorous in contacting me with any proposed changes to the original plan of installation (location of the inverter and metering system was changed). All in all I was very pleased with the company`s professionalism, easy of contact and friendly staff. I had previously attend a community class conducted by the contractor, Power Trip Energy, in which solar/PV basics, benefits, costs, equipment and values were discussed. The contractor added additional PV capacity to my system and provided them to me for cost without additional labor charges, in order to boost the output of my system 20% once they determined more panels were possible. I was truly impressed with the company`s integrity and desire to provide Class-A customer service.
