Poulin Solar Pro Review

Awesome Company, Professional Service, price and customer orientated. Steve answered all my Questions. Explained the process, helped me get the loan I needed. Provided the expertise to determine my present and future solar needs. Installation, permits and inspections were quick, efficient and no hassle. Worked with my HOA and PNM to insure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Poulin Solar Pro to anyone who is looking at solar power alternatives. They are Professional, don't cut corners and do high quality work.

Great Experience

Great experience. Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the process. He has followed up several times since our system went live. The installers were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They even answered our children's plethora of questions.

Solar Installation

Thorough. Informative. Courteous. Completely satisfactory service.

Poulin Review

We have been very pleased with our solar panels. Poulin walked us through the installation and answered all of our questions thoroughly, even helping us with tax information to make sure we will be able to receive all of the tax breaks we can. Financing was easy, and we were able to keep our payments close to what we were paying towards our electric bill anyway. Since going solar, our electric bill has been less than $8 every month! We use a lot of electricity in our house with our TVs, hot tub, and refrigerated air and our solar panels have been able to handle the load. It's easy to check the output and usage online too.

Could not be happier...

I met Steve at a home show in the spring and was impressed with his knowledge of the solar industry and didn't feel pressured in the least to set up an appointment to discuss our specific requirements. Glenn spent a couple hours with us on the initial visit to go through the numbers and the installation process and answered all my questions. I'd researched several solar installers in the ABQ area before meeting with Glenn so I had a basic knowledge going in but Glenn was able to ease my angst of going through with the installation (it IS a lot of money!) - I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ron and his crew were fantastic getting everything installed and coordinating with PNM - all very painless from my end and I look forward to seeing the savings each month in our PNM bill. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and obvious commitment to customer service of everyone I dealt with from Poulin.

I asked for numerous quotes from different companies. While Poulin was a bit higher that my lowest quote I chose the company and don't have one regret. They were very professional from the moment they came out to the house through completion. They stayed in close contact during the project and they don't go away when the project is finished and are easy to contact. No regrets and would hire them again in a second. My electric bills have decreased an incredible amount just as promised !

Glenn Felty

He had very good information about the installation. He was instrumental in our decision process.

Everything -- from start to finish -- was truly ‘excellent.’

From the day Steve Poulin sat down with us (for about 2 hours) to propose a design for our smallish flat roof in Nob Hill and to explain the installation, materials, and processes involved, to the day of our final connection (we are up and running as of yesterday!), we have been completely satisfied with the knowledge, technical ability, and efficiency of everyone and everything at every step of the way. In addition, everyone we dealt with — Steve, Ron, Brian, and another gentleman whose name I cannot remember — were all reliable, polite, and helpful (the word ‘friendly’ also comes to mind!). We are now happily watching out PNM meter spin backwards as it inputs solar energy from our rooftop system. All this comes with far less expense than we were expecting. A "win-win" situation all around. Thank you.

Glenn Felty was very knowledgeable and very helpful in determining the size and type of system to install. We have been very happy with our unit and the savings we have seen in our electric bills.

I did research and talked with 4 solar companys. Poulin Solar Pro made sure I got exactly what I wanted in my solar package. From Steve Poulins initial visit to my home to final install of the panels and inspections , Steve,Poulin and Ron Phelps were totatlly attentive and responsive to any and every question or concern I had. They were there physically for inspections and are still backing up their word. Tottally respectable and professional business men. The entire project was delt with total confidence.. My house is producing more than I need or can use.I could not have made a better choice and will eagerly spread the words Poulin Solar Pro .

Awesome Panels

My family and I decided solar panels were for us, so we started shopping around. We came across Poulin Solar Pro and feel in love. We have had excellent service throughout the whole process and we have excellent solar panels that help us generate our own power!

Solar is Huge Investment - Rest Easy w Poulin Solar Pro

The decision to invest this much money on Solar did not come easy. I was skeptical it was a wise decision for our family. Boy, did I feel good about such a wise investment after spending an hour with my sales person. I did not feel pressured to buy and the numbers spoke for themselves. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and we were sold. The installation was done on schedule and the electrician was very professional. I spent time talking to the electrician and he answered all my questions. I was not aware Poulin also sold Solar. I've known of them for their kitchen and bathroom remodeling. When I discovered they expanded their service line to include Solar I was thrilled. I knew they would not be a fly-by-night dealer, but a company with a long history of investing in Albuquerque. I recommend Poulin Solar Pro to everyone interested in quality service and product. You won't go wrong - I haven't!!

Poulin Solar Pro

Everything was as promised, on time as much as was possible and performed in a very professional manner

Awesome

Well I received quotes from several companies around NM. I have to say none compare to Poulin Solar Pro. Other companies would come and it just seems they just wanted the business. When Steve came he explained everything and made sure I knew what I was getting. I didn't make the decision right away because I had other companies coming still. When I did decide on Poulan it was because of his pride he took in his company and he didn't bother me everyday to choose them. Steve had the confidence in his company that he knew I would call when I was ready. He was right! I called he came and completed the paperwork and my solar was installed. I'm happy with it and I'm happy with the company I choose. I have already told other about Poulan and I'm sure they will make the same choice!
