Years ago I had solar panels installed for my house. The process was really nice and I'm glad that Poulin has such a comprehensive warranty for the inverter. That is because the inverter broke several years after install. However, this is where the issues started. It took a full month of calling them and being ignored to get scheduled to replace the inverter. This included being told that I'd be contacted within 24 hours before being ghosted again. It was only after I started calling daily that they gave me the personal number of their installer. He actually then took on the role of communicating scheduling on top of doing all the manual labor himself. While it was great working with him, there are issues that need to be resolved when communicating with the customers.
