Interviewed several companies, but felt that plug it in knew more about the system and how to utilize it to my needs. I felt they wanted me to know what I was buying more than they wanted to make a sell. The same man I talked to was the same man installing the system, so any verbal agreements were taken care of with no misunderstandings. Job started and finished on time and no big mess.
