THIEVES!
They have my $1,000 deposit since Sept. 9, 2019 and have refused to respond to me since December. Now their website is GONE and they are not responding to BBB either. I'm hoping I can go after them in court now and get my $1,000 back!

They are crooks.
STOP!!!! Do not do business with Phoenix Solar. They installed a large solar system on our house. They were paid in full, in the amount of $67,408.75, for the complete system and installation. Phoenix Solar completed the project but did not pay their equipment supplier, CED Greentech. CED Greentech put a mechanics lean on our property and then filed a lawsuit against us for the balance of $19,633.93 even though Phoenix Solar is responsible for this payment. CED Greentech is asking the court to force a foreclosure and sell of the property. Some how this is all legal. We have no choice but pay CED Greentech the $19,633.93, even though we already paid Phoenix Solar for this equipment. No one at Phoenix Solar would talk to me to address this issue. They just referred me to their lawyer. Their lawyer has not returned my call.
