Paradise Energy Solutions

Some hiccups but overall fantastic

I would highly recommend putting in solar and definitely recommend Paradise Energy Solutions. Since this was such a huge purchase for us, I have waited a year to write this review. Nate and Corey were excellent to work with. There were times when I wish there had been a little more communication between the people working on the system and us but it all worked out in the end. The original design that we had for out panels were not put in the way it was designed but for us, it didn't really matter since we have lots of land and put in a ground mount. In hind sight it probably turned out better. With all the rebates, out panels ended up costing us 1/2 of what the quote was. In the year we have had the solar, we have made slightly more energy than what was predicted. The only thing I struggle with is the Sunny Places Portal. Have patience. Sometimes it doesn't work like it should but it so far has always corrected itself. I do love being able to see how much energy we make each day. I highly recommend this company.

Paradise Energy Solutions has been an outstanding company to work with! We were constantly kept informed of the project's progress with weekly e-mails and the staff were extremely professional and helpful.

Glad we made the switch to solar with Paradise Energy

Our journey with Marty at Paradise Energy Solutions started close to 10 years ago after a local business installed solar. We contacted Marty and kept in touch through planning and building our house, to optimize for solar panels on the roof. After living in our house for a year and collecting energy usage data to size our solar system, we moved forward with the team at Paradise Energy. From our first contact with Marty to the completion of our project, we couldn’t have been happier. Everyone we encountered was respectful, helpful, trustworthy, and dependable. Knowing we were working with a Christian based company gave us peace of mind through the whole process. We would recommend Paradise Energy Solutions to anyone interested in making the switch to solar.

Solar Experience

Great company to deal with. Very Professional, quick installation, great workmanship. Just an all-around great company to deal with. I would highly recommend Paradise Energy for your solar needs. The actual Panel Brand that they installed was HANWHA U-CELL not the one in the Panel Brand Box.

Absolutely fantastic experience

I cannot say enough good things about Paradise Energy!!!!!! I have never dealt with a company that pays more careful attention to the individual customer. We were impressed from the very first by the fact that they did not instantly try to sell us on a solar installation, but instead cautioned us that they would first ascertain whether we got enough sunlight to make it worth our while. They explained everything to us every step of the way, were meticulous in their work, and literally kept in weekly touch until the project was complete. And then they even checked up afterward to make sure that the utility company had done its part correctly, and to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with every detail including the (optional) placement on our property of a sign saying we are solar powered. They are awesome.

Go with Paradise Energy Solutions

From the first meeting with Sheldon Stutzman I knew that Paradise was the company to work with on our solar project. I'm a retired HVAC Temperature Control and Service Technician well versed with 40+ years in construction, installation and commissioning of hospital, office and school buildings. Paradise has the people to get the job done right the first time and will work with you. Jeff Menk was our project manager. He kept us informed weekly through out the process. Winter in Ohio means chances of weather interfering with plans will happen. Jeff did an excellent job keeping to our goal of being on-line at the end of March 2022. Our startup was April 4th. The crew was polite, friendly and informative. They cleaned up behind themselves and have great craftmanship. I highly recommend Paradise Energy Solutions for your solar project. Greg Leaf

Exceptional Solar Company

I had solar installed when I lived in another state so I was familiar with the process. The company I used in the other state did a very good job but Paradise Energy Solutions surpassed my expectations for my current solar install. This is an amazing company and they employ the best. From the initial contact to turning on the finished system, everyone involved was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and polite. I was continually kept up-to-date throughout. Safety protocols were followed to a "T" and the area was cleaned when all was finished. The panels are also produced in Germany. And the support does not stop there. They continue to monitor (with your permission) your system to make sure that it is generating what was promised. They even offer to read your electric bills with you to make sure the electric company is giving you the right credit that you are due. There are many solar companies but Paradise delivers what they promise and stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company.

Professional and efficient.

From my first contact with the sales department to the final installation, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They took care of all of the permits and contacts with our utility. Our project was completed ahead of schedule and installation took just a few days.

Excellent team to work with

I would highly recommend Paradise Energy Solutions. We are pleased with the installation experience. The sales team, project manager, installers, and customer service were friendly and a pleasure to work with. They kept us informed throughout the entire installation process. Great team to work with. Contact them if you are going solar!

Consistent Updates, Took Care of Everything

Appreciated consistent updates from beginning to end. They took care of all paperwork and job coordination, I had to make no calls to utility companies, building department, etc. Job was done quickly.

A simple and stress-free experience

Working with Paradise Energy was simple and stress-free from start to finish. The company knows their product and has the implementation down to a science. All the employees that we dealt with were knowledgeable and courteous which made the process that much easier. You can't go wrong when you get solar solutions from this company.

Well Done!

We are well pleased with our recent installation experience. Brian is friendly, professional and helpful. He explained the ins and outs carefully so that we knew exactly what to expect. The installation team was also friendly and accommodating. They tried to interfere with us as little as possible. The system was completed in a timely manner despite supply chain issues. It seems to be working as advertised. Winter production is somewhat limited but we are looking forward to seeing what we can produce this summer.

Home Rooftop Installation

In 70 years, I have never had a better experience working with an installer, contractor, repairman, of any person or group. From day one, with the initial visit for an estimate, to the very last day to turn the solar panels on, Paradise has been a pleasure to work with. During the entireprocess I would get a weekly email explaining exactly the status of the project, from ordering and shipping of panels to obtaining permits to final installation. When delays in panel shipping occurred, Paradise gave me the option of switching panels to avoid delays. The installers were clean, courteous, and friendly. They cleaned up the area every day. Over the first several weeks, the system has performed well above expectations. I have already recommended Paradise to all my friends and would strongly recommend Paradise Energy Solutions to anyone considering solar power.

Honest, Quality and Value

They provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. This company goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They are extremely trustworthy and I love their generation guarantee. Our system has been performing as expected and I would highly recommend them.

Communicative and Efficient

Paradise Energy Solutions has been a joy to work with, from our initial install 3 years ago to adding a battery back-up solution that ties into our solar just this year. The Project Manager gave frequent updates when dealing with our Energy Supplier from project start to end. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service - Honest conpany

I would highly recommend Paradise Energy to anyone thinking of going solar. There is a lot of misinformation out there and exaggerated claims. Paradise is honest about their system performance and stands behind their system with a 10 year production guarantee. Their customer service is also outstanding. The project managers are knowledgeable and responsive.

Great company to work with!

We have had our solar array up and running since late July, and I'm anxious to see our next electric bill to see how much we have saved. Nate was great to work with, and answered all our questions. He is always easy to contact if we have additional questions, and we're waiting for our final "interview" with the company.

These guys were great to work with. Very happy with our panels.

We ran into Sheldon Stutzman at the Farm Science Review. He was open and friendly, able to answer all our questions. A few years later, I had a barn in place and we were ready for solar. So we went with Paradise.

Excellent service and responsiveness

Loved working with Paradise and Bryce, our salesman and the great install team. They kept us informed every step of the way, handled every detail and continue to keep in touch to ensure we are happy with the system. Don’t hesitate to hire them!

Great!

They vastly exceeded my expectations and could not have been any more pleasant to work with.

5 out of 5

We looked online for 4 and 5 star solar installers after reviewing available online information about residential solar. Paradise Energy Solutions was the only company to quickly respond to my call and send a rep to our home to discuss everything they do, how and what kind of panels to install, and answer any other questions. Chris Roach was the rep. Very nice and knew everything about the whole Paradise process. It was very easy to make the choice to go ahead after speaking with Chris. We heard from Andrew next in a timely fashion. He came to the house to look at the inside attic structure and explained that his design would be checked by a company engineer to ensure structural strength. After the engineering response was delivered, Andy discussed the next phase (installation) and answered our questions about the process. Brett, Zane and Jeff came out to do the installation of the panels and hook-up into our home breaker box. All were very knowledgeable and took the time to do things correctly. Again, everyone was very nice and continued to answer any questions. Andy and Jeff were both involved with the final permit/approvals to get our system linked with the city utilities. The entire process was done very courteously and professionally. The price was in line with our expected estimate. The company is totally client-oriented, and we will not hesitate to recommend Paradise Energy Solutions to anyone who asks about our solar installation. We have already given info to a family member. We want to be an example in our community for solar power and its benefits. Paradise Energy Solutions is the perfect choice to install yours.

Excellent & Professional

We had solar panels installed this year in March. Paradise Energy Solutions did an excellent job, they were easy to work with and very professional. We would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to add solar as part of their home.

Great Company

Paradise was excellent from start to finish. They stood out against several other companies when we quoting our project because of their courteousness and responsiveness. Their costs were right in line with the other quotes we got, but in the end Paradise was able to secure grant funding and helped us maximize our tax incentive, so our out-of-pocket cost was lower than it would have been with other companies. The install crew was fast and professional. And now that the system is up and running they're responsive to any questions we have. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Outstanding Experience

Paradise Energy Solutions is an outstand company to work with. From start to finish they were professional, and their communication was prompt and precise. The project was installed without a hitch an it was one of the smoothest running projects I've been a part of. If you're thinking of having a solar array installed, I would highly recommend Paradise Energy Solutions.

Great people to work with they did an awesome job

Exactly experience from day 1 Paradise Energy did all the paperwork for the USDA grant they were up front about the system and installation I'm very pleased and excited about going with paradise energy
