Paradise Energy Solutions

Working with this company from the initial meeting through installation was an excellent experience. The entire team was professional and competent and a pleasure to work with.

From design through installation everyone I worked with was helpful, honest, and professional. Highly recommend!

Paradise Energy Solutions is a great solar installation company to work with. We worked with Mike Radocha and PES in early 2019 for installation of an 11.7 kW rooftop solar system on our house. PES was great to work with then and we have greatly appreciated our rooftop solar in the years since. It has been problem-free and has effectively eliminated our electric bill. Since that time we have replaced several propane appliances with electric ones, and I have purchased a plug-in hybrid car. Even with those changes, our solar rooftop covers our entire electric bill! For our recently completed solar project at Bridgewater Church of the Brethren, we had two local solar installatio companies submit a bid. I was delighted when Mike and PES were the low bidder. Andrew Jennings of PES was delightful to work with during installation. He communicated with us regularly during the project. Andrew worked with us back in January to order our panels and inverters from stock already in the US, thereby avoiding newly imposed tariffs. We are satisfied customers!

Experience with Paradise Energy Solutions

I had my Solar system installed the May 2025, I must say the whole experience with Paradise was excellent from start to finish, with the first sales person to the installers and the office personnel. They did an outstanding job on the install, everything is perfectly square and even, Our county inspector spent an hour trying to find something wrong and could, even made the comment how how neat the work was. The system has exceeded my expectations to this point, I am generating more than I need so I am happy to not be paying my average of over 500$ a month electric bill, but also earning money back as it produces more than I need! Super thrilled with everything so far!!

Outstanding Solar Design and Turn Key Execution

Paradise Energy installed a 1.278 MW roof mounted photovoltaic system on our Dover, OH facility. It was designed and installed flawlessly. A total turnkey system. All we had to do is pay less for electricity when our montly bill arrives from Dover Power.

Great service - Installation well done

Great company that pays attention to the details and provides a full service turn key experience! Thank-You

Christy's Cottage

This is the 5th time that we have added solar and the first on our short term vacation rental home. High energy rates and being spoiled with low energy bills motivated us to add this array. Paradise energy solutions provides a seamless process from start to finish with professional skill and integrity!!

Great company to work with! A professional well managed project.

Paradise team put our project together very quickly. We signed the contract 12/31/24 and have been generating electricity since 03/10/25. We highly recommend them and thank them for a job well done.

professional, competitive

Paradise Energy installed a residential PV system at our home. They were professional from beginning to end. During the search for a solar contractor, I appreciated the good faith, non-sugarcoated estimate of cost and payback timeline. The installers were professional, polite, and willing to answer questions. We look forward to working with them for the life of the system.

Excellent Company that Fullfills Their Promises!

Before installing roof top solar (feeding the grid) on our barn - which is a significant financial investment, we interviewed several companies. Most companies sent "salesmen" who could not answer the specific technical questions we had (but would "get back to us"). Paradise sent a team, and they certainly could answer the technical questions, and that impressed us. At the time of our installation, there were numerous federal and state incentives. Paradise walked the applications through all the various agencies. That saved us time and frustration, and made the financial process much easier. Paradise correctly calculated the correct size solar array, with the amount of electricity we are selling back to the grid eliminating our monthly electric bill. While that savings is being used to pay the loan from Farm Credit to install the solar, once the loan is paid off, the not-insignificant monthly savings (remember, we have a farm) from selling electricity to the grid will play a significant role in our "retirement" plan (not that one ever truly retires anymore). The SREC payments are also helpful. Paradise's systems are able to monitor our system via Wifi, enabling Paradise to quickly and immediately identify any hiccups in the system, which they quickly rectify. Another cool feature (that we never have time to really use) is that we can monitor in real-time the amount of power we are selling back to the grid. A recent power outage, with related surges, was so severe that, despite whole-house surge protectors, we are and our neighbors loss enumerable systems that contain computer modules (from kitchen and laundry appliances to HVACs and more). Several components of the solar system were likewise fried - and we had no idea. But Paradise was right on it, and replaced all the components at their cost, as per our contract. We love Paradise Energy Solutions!

Phenomenal Solar company to work with

I've been extremely pleased with the entire process for my solar residential project. My project manager was phenomenal in working with my township. Even after the project completed, the Paradise process manager reached out to me to provide me all the information I need to send to my electric company for a rebate....without being asked. This company is amazing and I implore you to work with them to have the best solar installation experience possible.

Great company to work with

Working with Paradise was easy - they explained and showed the benefits of going solar and laid out the ROI. Once the project started, it went quickly! They were in constant communication and kept us posted on progress and next steps. Thanks Paradise!

Very good experience. Helpful from the beginning all the way through to completion. Questions were answered and whenever I had a problem, phone calls were returned quickly same with emails. Couldn’t have done it without their help.

This is my 3rd solar system. I totaly trust Paradise Energy with the whole project. Pretty much signed the papers and let them run with it. The whole project was well managed and I was well informed. We enjoy working with Paradise.

Excellent on all aspects

The folks at Paradise were well prepared to perform our solar installation. They did everything from engineering studies to permitting with the local office and the utility to ensuring everything was in great working order. Their personnel did not shy away from ensuring all questions that we had were answered and our satisfaction was paramount. The foreman for our job went out of his way to make us feel like we were the top priority. Lastly, we would recommend Paradise to anyone who is looking at converting to green energy. We have been very satisfied thus far with the output that the solar panels have been achieving.

Domestic installation

Outstanding!! A very professional installation from first estimate through to swich on. Excellent communication throughout and explanation of details for the technical and financial aspects. In particular the project manager Michael Oliver, his site crew and office support. A pleasant and educational experience dealing with this company

The crew worked well together, efficient and very concerned with safety. They took time to answer all my questions with professionalism. I am pleased with the instillation. I just wish they could make it so that it is only cloudy at night.

Sales and Install

Everyone involved with this project were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. From the initial sales meeting with Fred McNeil to the completed project all concerns were handled professionally. A special thanks to Troy,TK and Brian. They handled my attention to detail with ease because thats their normal work ethic.

Excellent

Everyone was extremely helpful, communicating with the town, utility, NYSERDA, engineering firm, as well as us at every step. Due to an unusual roof, our project required some extra thought and they made it easy. System works perfectly and to rated power. I got three quotes for this project and went with Paradise, but when I have another project, I will go to them directly without shopping around.
