This experience was exceptional! The company that installed my system has gone bankrupt so Tesla directed me to its trusted installers in the area. I picked Option one right at the top. Natasha was professional and very clear with communication from the start. She set proper expectations on communication with Tesla would take a week or two. The day she received the go ahead from Tesla she called and scheduled the install asap 4 days out. Later the same day they had a cancellation and were able to get everything scheduled the next day. Anthony and Jeremiah arrived at the beginning of the arrival window! They were professional, great with communication, and ready to work. I had several questions and they were prepared for all of them and super helpful. The battery removal and install took less than an hour. Naturally Tesla's update took twice as long. LOL. Still total time was under 3 hours. I have managed 100s of installers and worked in Solar, this was a fantastic expierence! Because the Tesla 3 has more storage than the 2 I asked about adding some of my Breakers to the back-up and they had options for us to do that. Obviously we Highly Recommend This Team!

Solar Batteries and Type 2 Surge/Emp Protection

Option One Solar is a fantastic company to work with. Their attention to detail and making sure everything works well and constant follow up to make sure that everything is working well after they’re all done speaks volumes of their customer service. They also included type 2/Emp Surge Protection as part of the installation of solar and they also handle putting in the batteries. Everything is working great and it’s nice to not have an electric bill charge. I highly recommend this company.

Option One Solar was a great choice for our residential solar system. They were easy to work with, very transparent on costs, materials and scheduling. They took care of the whole process from sizing the system to pulling the permits and handling the post-install inspection. I want to give a shout-out to Natasha and Ashton for really looking out for my best interests and explaining the difference between a backup switch and a backup gateway. This small but significant difference helped plan my home's future electrical design.

We had an excellent experience with Option One Solar on our new construction solar installation. Kelsey, our project manager, was extremely communicative and attentive throughout the entire process. The whole team clearly took pride in their work, and everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish. What really stood out was their professionalism and care, they even contacted us to let us know someone had entered the house while they were working, just to confirm it was an authorized subcontractor. Since the property was an active new construction site with many different subs involved, this showed genuine care for the property and the overall safety of everyone. They were well priced, professional, and passed all required inspections on the first try. Highly recommend!

I found them a few years ago at the Anaheim Home and Garden show. They were by far the lowest price and most knowledgeable at the show and all shows I have been to since. They seemed honest and they turned out to be honest. All of their staff are excellent!!! I can't say enough.
