I found NuWatt through Energy Sage after getting several home evaluations and estimates for solar panels. I was very happy with NuWatt's service in planning and installing the rooftop panels, and with the ongoing support since then. The panels have functioned very well. Included software allows me to monitor my solar electricity generation day-by-day or over longer periods of time. My electricity bills are lower than previously. As electric bills increase, the value of my solar panels has become even greater. I installed the solar panels to lower my family carbon footprint and to make our regional electricity grid more resilient to periods of high demand -- both ways to help with the important transition to renewable energy. And, when I sell my home, the warranty will be transferable to the new owner.

Thank you NuWatt for delivering on your commitment to install my 9.6 kw system before the end of the year. I am delighted with the urgency provided and the quick response to fix a microinverter in late January.

My experience with NuWatt Energy was exceptional. They provided a comprehensive quote for the work and answered all questions promptly. Their system utilizes high quality panels and invertors, which was important factor in selecting them as a supplier. Once I decided to sign a contract with them, the process of installing and commissioning went exactly to the plan they provided. Materials were delivered, installed, and wired on schedule. They efficiently supported all work for permits with the town and National grid. I will also note that the installers were knowledgeable and professional throughout the installation process and took exceptional care ensuring that everything installed and functioned properly. Once installed and wired, the system immediately started up and no additional adjustments were required. As you can see from the photos of my house, I am a little fussy (my wife would say “anal”) about the appearance. The Nu watt installation teams exceeded my expectations ensuring that the system looked good on the house. A couple of key points was their desire to eliminate conduit on the roof by putting it in the attic and carefully bending conduit for the wiring so that it ran parallel to the existing wiring to the meter. Overall, a great experience with this company. If you are considering a solar system, I highly recommend them as a supplier.

We're very satisfied with our decision to install solar panels nearly three years ago. Our system, consisting of 36 Panasonic panels with micro inverters, has significantly reduced our energy costs. Our monthly Eversource electric bill now averages just $12.91, which covers the cost of the special meter required for solar energy. This represents a substantial saving compared to our previous bills. NuWatt Energy handled our installation and has provided excellent service throughout our experience. When I first found NuWatt Energy, I had already dealt with a number of solar contractors that failed to respond or failed to deliver. So I was incredibly impressed with just how quickly they responded when I submitted my information on the site, hearing back from them the same day! NuWatt Energy is not your typical solar energy company - not only were they responsive, but they walked me through the process in a way that kept me feeling like I was being listened to, even during times where I may have been a little stressed (thanks, Maan!). They were on top of all the paperwork and the project finished on time - if I could give them more than five stars, I would!!

I had so many questions and was so green to this process but after talking to the company, trusted them 100 percent with their recommendations and the install. They came highly recommended by all the folks I spoke to who utilized their services. The representative we worked with (Maan) was extremely helpful, kind, patient, and supportive about this process. He guided me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process. His kindness and positive attitude was exactly what we needed to feel comfortable with this process.
