New England Solar Hot Water

The installation is clean and professional. We are happy with the performance as it couples well with our solar thermal system to provide hot water when the sun is not out.

Highly recommend Bruce and the NESHW team! I couldn't be happier with our experience with New England Solar Hot Water. Bruce and his team are true professionals who clearly know the ins and outs of solar thermal technology like nobody else. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Bruce, who clearly takes immense pride in his craftsmanship and the final outcome of the project. Beyond installing an excellent, reliable product, their customer service and long-term support have been phenomenal. It gives you massive peace of mind knowing you can rely on their expertise whenever you have a question. Plus, the unit is a powerhouse and we have already realized cost savings in our energy bills. Even through the harsh cold of this past winter, the efficiency stayed surprisingly high without the need for the backup heating element. If you are looking for top-tier solar hot water, I highly recommend Bruce and his team. You won't find a more dedicated or skilled company in this space.

Bruce and his team are really wonderful. Everyone is knowledgeable, polite, efficient and friendly. The work was beautifully done and explained fully. The price is very fair (I got multiple estimates ). I am so glad I saw Bruce on This Old House as the product is unique and really perfectly suited to my needs. I dont have to worry that the heat pump with chill my basement playroom. Thank you!!

We had a great experience with the planning and installation of our Smart Solar heat pump water heater. John Moore and Bruce Dike answered all of our questions. The installation by Bruce and the crew went smoothly. Unlike our 17 year old electric resistance water heater, the new system is providing a consistent flow of hot water. We like the fact that heat is not extracted from our conditioned space, and that no cold air is exhausted into the basement.

Great local alternative for efficient and affordable hot water. John and Bruce were very responsive with information and answers to my early questions. They followed through with a quick one day installation by an experienced team that relocated the new tank for much faster hot water than the old on demand unit. The price soundly beat quotes for a conventional, combined heat pump model with a better MA rebate for the split design. On top of that, the warranty is much longer than the competitor's overpriced extended warranty.
