The worst solar company
From the beginning I realized that I was in a bad situation. The process took too long, the number of panels was not enough to produce the electricity that I need. But the worst part was that it caused a leaking where the panels were installed. After that was fixed the squirrels built a nest in between the panels and the roof and then make a hole in the roof and eventually made a hole in the roof and get into the house. I called them immediately and then the nightmare began. First they told me its not their fault but the squirrels, and I have to fix the roof myself even tough the squirrels look for the warmth of the panels because of the space between the panels and the roof and they are supposed to put a critter guard around the panels to protect the roof and their own panels. Then I was told that I have to pay for them to remove the panel. I told them that it's an emergency because if it rains I would a leaking into my house, but they simply didn't care about that.

Sat thru the entire presentation (which took up about 4 hours) have a signed / dated CONTRACT and all my banking information just to have them all of a sudden say I was not qualified. Also, NEVER gave me a LEGAL letter to terminate the contract before like I would of had to do. They are fraudulent and have NEVER answered my questions and avoid ME. So I guess I will have an attorney look over the everything and determine where I go from there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALLLLLLLLL.

Horrible customer service
DO NOT use this company. The customer service is horrible. They are borderline fraudulent. We’ve been waiting since April for them to fix an issue with our panels. They’d tell us the parts arrived and then schedule an appointment. Then they don’t show up for that appointment. When we call and ask why they didn’t show, they tell us the part didn’t arrive. And that they will have someone call us. This is the cycle that’s been happening since April. Take your business somewhere else.

The sales pitch, and the reality are miles apart. We were led to believe that we would be paying a small fee to remain on the grid. In reality our power bill only went down a small amount. Think twice if you think the cost of these panels is going to substantially replace your power bill.

Bad Cust Service, Panels arent holding up their end.
Supposed to be substitute for light bill, I'm paying for both. they aren't holding up. We have had problems since install. had someone help- once they felt the ball was moving - we were dropped. and "0" contact since then. apart panel payments i have had to pay over $200 plus on top of my panel bill. this is worse than just paying my light bill. instead of saving money- I'm spending more.

Very poor business practices
This company has been terrible to work with. The sales people are fine, but the installation crews are incompetent and customer service is beyond terrible. After five months, the installation is still not complete. The meter that records the output of the solar array has never been installed leaving live electrical lines open to the weather. Numerous attempts to get resolution are ignored, yet we continue to be harassed by their bill collectors because we wisely held back the final payment until the job is finished. Now some cretin in New Jersey is attempting to put a lien on the property. Steer clear of this company for your own protection.

Don't do that.
Company team installed 11 panels; one was broken. I did report about it, after two more months nobody showed up. At this time, I still have to pay my regular energy bill and loan for solar system. It is reality show how Momentum Solar works.

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Going on 6 months of no action.. I was promised one thing by their “Experts” and now I have your system on my roof paying the bills and still receiving $400 electrical bills. Then after getting the run around for 6 months since it’s been installed they tell me I need to double the size of my system at my cost… They got me in the door with false promises and now have me cornered to double the size or pay for a system that doesn’t provide. I’m curious if any of your other customers would be happy with a solar system and $400 utility bills.. May I add one person is living in the house.
