High pressure tactics

They design a system that doesn't make enough power and then try to lease you more panels If you decide to cancel install they will threaten you with law suits even though the design is not sufficient. They don't tell you that you can get assistance from the government When you ask about storage for outage they recommend a home generator They have never told me about storage even though I asked They tie you up with a 25 year lease so you can't add anything that the system unless they get involved $$$$

Severe Service Failure – Avoid Momentum Solar I strongly advise anyone considering Momentum Solar to look elsewhere. I am currently experiencing a major system failure where 16 solar panels are not reporting or producing power, and getting support from this company has been nearly impossible. Momentum Solar provides no meaningful way to contact a live service representative. Customers are forced into an endless loop of automated chats and scripted responses. After repeated attempts to get help, I was told their process requires 10–14 days just for a technician to call, not even to come out and diagnose the problem. For a system that is actively failing and not producing power, this type of delay is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of customer support and accountability. I have attempted to escalate this issue, including reaching out directly to company leadership, including Arthur Souritzidis, and received no response whatsoever. I had a call from a manager stating that she has a high-level meeting on Friday and she’ll contact me on Monday with some answers and guess what no call back it’s Tuesday. Still waiting for a call over a month now to schedule an appointment for service , this company should be shut down for lack of service. It has been over a month, and I still haven’t received a single phone call to even schedule an appointment to repair my solar system. I have used the chat system four separate times, and each time the chat conveniently disconnects after I’m told, “We’ll get back to you.” No one ever does. I’ve called repeatedly and left multiple voicemails—no calls back. The level of unresponsiveness is unbelievable. Once you sign the contract, customer service completely disappears. At this point, I’m being forced to consider legal action, including consulting an attorney to recover lost revenue due to my system being down for an extended period with no service or communication. I even tried escalating the issue by emailing the CFO, Arthur Souitzidis, hoping someone in leadership would respond. Once again—no response. There is no way to speak to a live person. You can email, leave voicemails, or get stuck in endless chat loops, but you cannot actually get help. This company is entirely non-responsive and should not be allowed to operate this way. I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. I am beyond frustrated. I have called four times and was told it would take 10–14 days just to schedule an appointment. I am now sitting at 3.5 weeks with not a single callback. I have opened four separate chat sessions. Erroneous Billing

Worse service I have ever encountered in trying to resolve incorrect billing. Accounts dept clearly isn't accountable and they everything is handled by collections dept who apparently doesn't know accounting. Bill paid in full monthly but told i have a past due. No one can explain

Worse service I have ever encountered in trying to resolve incorrect billing. Accounts dept clearly isn't accountable and they everything is handled by collections dept who apparently doesn't know accounting. Bill paid in full monthly but told i have a past due. No one can explain

Not Committing their promises

Never trust this company, they are not committing their promises to the customers. I have solar panels from them and my bill is more from what I was paying without Solares. In addition, I referred my friend to Momentum Solar, initially they been saying I shall wait until solar installation on his roof after installation they came to me saying they have my friend in the system from before which is wrong, he never had any discussions with terrible company. Their referral system is not trusted as well. Never recommend these people.

My review I would highly discourage using Momentum Solar I am currently experiencing a production issue where 16 solar panels are not reporting or working, and getting support has been extremely frustrating. There is no way to contact a live person directly. Instead, you are forced into an endless loop of online chats and automated responses. When I finally did reach someone, I was told their process takes 10–14 days before a service technician will even call, let alone come out to diagnose the issue. That is completely unacceptable for an active production problem. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. There is no reason a company of this size cannot make or schedule a service call the same day for a system that is clearly not functioning properly. Unlimited sales calls

They don’t stop, they harass you and it’s extremely rude, none of them are robo calls every call has sales person behind it. I am convinced that I will never move ahead with this company for solar.

Please do not use Solar Momentum. I had solar installed two years ago with another vendor, yet my phone number was somehow listed as a lead with Solar Momentum. The absolute worst

I've been a customer for 7 years and in addition to paying for my panels I've been having high bills from my utilities. They said I would cover 100% of my power but that's definitely not the case. I recently added panels to try and cover my bill and paid for them to also install critter guard. What they installed was not critter guard and it's definitely not worth what I paid for it, and it looks like the person installing it has never installed it before. I asked for them to fix it and at least make it look like it's supposed to, and they said I would have to pay for the service call. To fix something I already paid for. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I love the idea of of solar, but get it literally anywhere else. These people are crooks.
