Kuubix - Out of Business

After a very bad experience with another solar company that did not deliver what they promised and made every stage of the process very challenging and difficult, I was very reluctant to conduct business with another solar company. But Kuubix proved me wrong every step of the way. Everything was done and a quick and timely fashion. Everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient. And most important the product that was delivered was what was promised. Just in time for summer and a tax rebate! I highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to get solar for their home.

Kuubix installed 2 Tesla Powerwall 2.0 batteries in our older home. Fantastic work!!! We have never had a problem in all the time we have had them. Our electric bill is lower than ever. I highly recommend Kuubix!

After researching many solar companies I went with Kuubix I did read other reviews and was skeptical but I'm glad I made the choice. It all falls on the sales representative how the outcome comes up depending what they are trying to add to your install. My rep was upfront and honest he did mention I could tell you, you need a Main panel upgrade but I would just be lying to make more money off you . My system was installed and PTO happened within 30 days of install.

Great communication, pricing and brands. If anyone is interested in solar, give kuubix a shot. They were my 4th quote and stood out.

Great service, process and company

This company has made numerous mistakes so far and 4 months later we’re still waiting on our system to be installed after they rushed to get us to sign the contract and be locked in. Not only have they made mistakes that set back the timeline - they do not know who their leaders are and don’t have their contact info?? This company is VERY SUSPICIOUS and may be running a fraud. They claim to give a 25 year warranty but that is on very low confidence. The CEO Josh Butt is a Mormon so you would think he has morals and is honest, I’m not sure if he planned this type of business or it’s just being run terribly. This is NOT OK - nobody from their leader ship will call you back within weeks of requesting and I’m told that they have many very upset customers.

Kuubix will make all sorts of promises, but they don't follow through on them. I signed my contract 6 months ago and still don't have any panels installed! They also said that everything is done in house, but that is another lie. Both electrical panel upgrade and solar panel installation is being subbed out.

This is Dan Donaldson at 589 NW 10th Ave, Webster, FL 33597. We have been dealing with this installation for over a month now. Last night the wind was up and the panels were bumping and knocking like crazy. This is unexceptable. Also the install was partly done and then just left. We need it finished correctly ASAP. Also… Kayla, that I have talked to about the install said the battery back up we said we wanted isn’t what we are getting. She said it won’t run the whole house as we asked for. That’s the only reason we went with a battery back up. If that’s not the case we want it removed and the side of our house repaired to back to new condition. Also if you can not get the install done you can remove what you started and replace our metal roof panels that were penetrated. We will not pay for something we didn’t agree on. We want a whole house battery back up with solar panels that will power the whole house as we agree to with the salesman for the price that was quoted. Dan Donaldson
