IQ Power

IQ Power is First Class

Purchasing a solar power system is a major decision, and selecting the right vendor is key. After interviewing several suppliers and checking their references, I chose IQ Power and it certainly was the right choice. From the initial contract to the final inspections, everything went flawlessly; our installation was somewhat difficult, but the installation crew was top-notch. They worked carefully, neatly and you could tell they had pride in their work. The office crew handled all of the permitting and paperwork with out any issue and they kept me updated with the process. The equipment is all first class and the system is performing perfectly. I highly recommend IQ Power!

IQ Power Review

i was pleased and impressed with the whole process from Mike's sales call through Marisa's excellent service. everything was done as promised and everyone involved in the process was very professional. i would certainly recommend IQ Power to anyone considering changing from the grid to solar

5-Star Service

From start to finish IQ Power was superb in their design and installation of our system. They not only installed the panels, but looked at the whole home to make it more efficient. They also handled all permitting and coordination with FP&L which made going live a breeze. I researched different products out there and found their components to be the best in class. Although I haven't needed it, they've promised an unmatched level of customer support going forward. Finally, IQ has partnered with a finance company which makes it a zero net cost to go solar. What I mean is, the cost to finance my system will be less than my electric bill was prior to turn on so it' costs us nothing to switch. We look forward to to many years of green energy production thanks to IQ Solar! Thanks to you all!

New SMA Inverter for existing system

I was looking for a replacement inverter on a property that previously had a solar panel system installed. We looked for techs that would service the old inverter but I later found out it was discontinued overby5 years prior, so we decided to look for a new provider, I had reached out to multiple companies but the staff at IQ Solar were very quick and professional in answering all my questions. In less than a week they had provided a quote, made a diagnosis on the system and made a plan to get the system back online. On the last visit they made all the checks and completed the installation of the new inverter in about 3 hrs. I am happy to say I have found a trusted provider for my solar system.

Solar and Water Softener

100% to my expectations - excellent in every measure including VFM.

Excellent Warranty Service

Had an issue with the hybrid water heater where a back flow valve failed. IQ Power service staff person was very professional and sent a technician to repair the valve at no charge. IQ Power took the time to work with me on this to locate the problem and ensured I was satisfied with the repair. The technician was also very professional and resolved the issue quickly.

My Expeirence

The pre-installation and installation process went smoothly. The people during this process were great to work with. The only issue I had was with the attic insulation. They did not show the first scheduled time. I didn't get a call from them. I had to call the office to find out they were not coming. The second time they called and had to reschedule.

New installation

Every person involved with IQ personnel who I met during the design and installation of my solar system, was professional, respectful and talented. My questions throughout the installation process were numerous but were always answered promptly and politely and accurately. The power was turned on a few days ago and I am now looking forward to reaping the benefits of solar energy.

Solar Power for Home and New Water Heater

Great process and team...they handle every single detail. signed contract on 6-4-2018 and installed on 6-26-2018...they quoted a month and they came in sooner. Three inspections are done and this took time but no fault of IQ power... JEA timing...started system on 7-10-2018 and producing rated output less efficiency for hot days over 90F I believe...at 80%. Very happy with install crew... good number on the team...had 7 to 8 men out here... done in 6 hours...also installed energy efficient water heater...very happy right now...will report in later after I get a few JEA bills...

Roof Mounted Solar Electric system

I have lived in Florida since 1984. IQ Solar, Sanford FL is by far the most outstanding contractor I have worked with. From sales presentation, throughout a many month delay of installation due to Irma and needing a new roof, to installation or panels and Inverters, the entire operation and employees have be very knowledgeable and professional in all respects. I have an EE background and previously researched all the ins and outs of Solar Panels. I have a large system: 10 panels facing east, 10 south, and 10 west. Due to the low slope roof, the majority of the day, it collects as one large system. Obviously, you have to pay the cost of the system before you realize any tangible gains. So far my monthly bills have been -$3.15 and -$5.08. This is with AC, swimming pool pump, fish pond pump and a small window unit running in our disabled son's room. I've had one minor software problem which was corrected. The company in Sanford and in Germany, monitor your system. Cost of my system: $33,000 with $10,000 tax write off. My only regret, I did not get the system sooner.

Great Service and Price

The consultation resulted in a higher grade panel at a reasonable price. Installation and verification through JEA was flawless. First month review indicates I am producing half the consumed electricity at this point with continuous afternoon rain and high summer heat. Will monitor production to determine if production recommendation are accurate.

Replaced my solar pool heater

Great workers. Installing my panels today. Seem very knowledgeable.

Excellent experience from sales to final inspection

We obtained quotes from 4 vendors and IQ Power was our first choice due to price, reputation, honesty in the sales experience, and the added benefit of a mini energy audit (free before purchase) that helped us reduce our solar requirements by about $10,000. Our pool equipment was running at max and for too many hours and we added a heat pump water heater option to reduce energy use for water by over half. The installers were very professional and friendly and the office staff have been very responsive with inquiries. Service after sale is very important to us and we have found it to be wonderful.

Sorkin job

Had to remove pool solar pt roof replaced they will re-install panels anels. Great customer service and followup.

Solar panel instalation

I was happy to have IQ install solar panels on my roof. Before the work was done they sent one of their employee to to check what my needs would be because i had a unique situation seeing that in 2007 i had hot water solar on my roof and the collector froze because the temperature went done to 27 degrees. they end up using my existing hot water tank with the new dumping technology and saving me money big time.

Juice for the House

Overall the process was smooth and done in a timely fashion. Have already received a partial Bill from JEA for 16 days and the saving are running about 50% over the last years billing. For a full 30 day cycle it should be about a break even picture which was what I was after. Anything on the plus side will add up at the end of the year in a check to me from JEA!! Nicely done.

Timely response.

The process went smoothly from sales (Kyle ) to installation, My system was installed in 1 day (24 panels solar) . there was an Minor over site on the install. which cost I Q time to correct the issue. It only delayed the final inspection by 48 hours. The project was completed in less then 30 days. Now I am generating solar Power to of set my usage. IQ power is an excellent company to work with, they correct the issues in a timely manner. I am Glad I picked IQ Power to do MY project..

Very Happy

I am very happy with IQ Power. The install team was on time. They completed the service on my solar pool heating AND installed a new Hybrid tank within 3 hours. The pool system is running great and the hybrid tank is awesome! Already cooled down my garage as a french benefit. Very happy, will be referring to local family members.

Solar Pool Water Heater Removal and Reinstall for New Roof

I couldn't find a company in Jacksonville to remove the solar pool water heater prior to my new room being installed. IQ Power was great to work with and had a flat rate per panel. The job was completed on time as scheduled per the quote. Now getting it reinstalled and turns out I have some bad panels, so IQ is coming back up next week to install the needed panels so I will have a working solar heater. Great install teams, and very professional.

Hybrid Hot Water System Installation

The entire process from sales thru installation was easy and effortless. Technicians were friendly and helpful in answering all questions related to the new system. Don't know if I've answered the size of the system installed properly or not?

Solar Check-up

I called IQ Power to check my solar system as it was not appearing to be functioning as it should. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to make a couple adjustments and all is well! I will definitely call them again if I need more solar assistance.

Solar Power BOOST!

IQ Power is very professional and easy to work with. The personal attention you receive from everyone is SUPER! I had a lot of questions and they strived quickly to answer all my questions/concerns.
