Inty Power

When I finally spoke with my mom after her solar had been installed by Inty power I was completely beside myself. The fraud started with solar Sandy charging my mother 172,000 for a system that should have been less than $45,000. Now I say solar Sandy because she is the one that went to my mother's house and pressured her into signing a contract making all kinds of verbal promises that were just that only promises no follow-through. After a lot of research I found out the $172,000 contract was the second one solar Sandy ask her to sign. And for the record my mother is an incredible woman but she's 76 years old and not as mentally strong as she was in days past. She would rather do whatever's necessary to make it easy instead of arguing. So once you realize that it's easy to put pressure on her and get whatever you want. But there are laws against doing that sort of thing to elderly people. And solar Sandy the finance company and inty power are guilty of breaking 3 or 4 of those laws. I could go on and on , but I will just do my best to keep you from not only the mistake my mother made but please consider the fall out and the months and months that the fall out will be a part of your life to get things right. I can sadly say first hand that any time you have attorney's, court and all the garage that comes with it, your not living life . I'm not actually sure what it is but I know it's not good. Please protect yourself!!!

I have had 2 break downs in the system. The first took over 2 months to repair and now it's doing it again. I emailed the company about getting reimbursement for the down time and received no communication back. I am currently waiting to have a tech come out to fix it again and it has been 2 weeks. In the meantime I am paying a premium for electricity. I have solar on my other house with sun run and have had no problems for the last 8 years.

I would give them 0 stars if i could! They promise you so much and that you will save money on your electricity bill but its not true!! You will pay even more! And their finacial plan is the biggest scam if it all!! Also try calling customer service and you will never gear from them again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

This company claims to partner with your power company, but they do not. Do your research before you sign any contract with this company or any other solar company. Inty will send sales people to your door offering solar panels at a financed rate, saying that your bill will be less than what you are paying now, which doesn’t seem feasible. They even claimed that with having our full roof being replaced (by one of their partner companies) in addition to the solar panels installed, we would still pay less per month.

I recently I my solar panels is installed with Inty power. It was one of the easiest process I’ve gone through. The advisor Ethan was patience and knowledgeable and carefully broke down the process from start to finish. I would high recommend inty power for any of your solar needs.

We just had solar panels put in today. Zack & his crew were very professional, friendly, and very neat. They also painted the pipes that attach to the Inverter to match my house paint. Nice job guys!

A neighbor recommended this company, and I called them with the intention to hire them to guide us in our own solar install. After meeting Shaundra and seeing how she put together a great plan for our install, we decided to have them build a 13.2 kWh system for us. The build is incredibly solid, with heavy schedule 40 pipe and high quality mounts. (it's on the ground). They also designed it so that we can easily add panels in the future. Shaundra was also aware of a USDA program that provided grants for small rural businesses, and she filled out and submitted the paperwork for us, which is huge to me. The panels and inverters are very high quality, and we love watching them produce power on the app. I am so glad we did this project, and very happy with the job that Inty did.

Shaundra was great to work with. Shaundra didn't mind our kids being kids and was great keeping us informed the whole process. Day solar panels were installed, The solar guys were early. That was great. They were patient, didn't mind our kids being kids, patient, respectful, helpful and quick!! It was great to have Shaundra come out on day the panels were installed. The paper work was easy. Super great company!!!!! We also didn't have to do anything with Idaho power. That was great too. Less work on us. We did hardly any work with the whole process.

I met the Inty Solar team at the Maricopa County Home and Garden Show. We set up an appointment on the spot for Dustin to come out and talk to us about installing a solar system on our home. When Dustin came to our home for our appointment, he was ready with a full and informative presentation. He had a basic mock up of what he thought our system should look like and what it would be able to do for us. He went over all the costs and credits that we could get. He walked us through the setup and installation of the system and what we could expect from that process. When we agreed to the product he had for us, he contacted the loan company right there in our home to get us introduced to them and run the initial approval process. After the entry process, I was contacted by Galo. He sent us the final plans submitted to the city for approval. He worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly. He set up the installation appointment and made sure that the job was completed as promised. Dustin also kept in contact with us through the entire process. There were some show incentives that they had and both Dustin and Galo made sure that we received them. They stayed on top of the entire process. The final result has been great. The panels look great and professionally installed. We have been producing our own energy for a month now and its great to see how much on an app on our phones. It is "winter" here in AZ, so it might not be as much but it is working. I would recommend Inty Solar for your solar system.

Explanations of the system and design of the project was clear. Turn around time was good compared to what the other bids we had gotten stated and pricing was comparable

Inty was very professional. The job was done on time. Installers were very nice and the solar panels look clean. We liked that the solar panels are American made. I would recommend Inty to anyone looking into Solar.

Inty Solar is, by far, the best team for solar installation! Jonathan was there from start to finish. Only a few weeks and we were up and running! Big savings every month.
