FALSE PROMISES AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
BE BEWARE!!! The worst customer experience EVER! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANTING TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THE PEOPLE THAT WORKS THERE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF SOLAR AND THEY WILL DO THINGS THEIR WAY WITHOUT CONSULTING YOU AS THE CUSTOMER. THEY WASTED MY TIME AND GAVE ME FALSE PROMISES TO PROVIDE ME THE BEST EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES. I URGE YOU AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM "INDEPENDENT ENERGY HAWAII". THIS IS ONE EXPERIENCE I DEFINITELY WILL LEARN FROM AND WILL NOT FORGET. I WANT TO SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
