Overview of Hot Purple Energy
Hot Purple Energy was founded in 2009 to fill the much-needed void in the Coachella Valley for a solar company with real contracting experience. Coachella Valley is a small community that we are part of and dedicated to. We have earned the trust of our clients and our communities by being truth mongers about solar panel installation, but also by rolling up our sleeves to help those in need and to make the Coachella Valley better for all. We are dedicated to being the best solar company offering the best solar financing options and best solar installations, saving our clients money and lessening their reliance on fossil fuels. We are also proud to provide solar for annual community events that we both sponsor and participate in. We consider ourselves lucky to be able to do both. Our mission has never been about selling the most solar panels, but rather advocating for smarter energy choices, which hopefully leads to smarter choices across the board.

Individualized, Customized Retrofitted Installation
Our experience with Hot Purple Energy was phenomenal. Every person involved with our retrofitted PowerWall installation and EV charging station was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had individualized service that incorporated our concerns, needs and current equipment to create a customized, streamlined solar system. We had constant contact and updates on the progress of the installation and technical assistance. I highly recommend Hot Purple Energy for any solar needs.

Fabulous Company to do work with
We have had our system installed by Hot Purple Energy for slightly over 1 year. I do not have enough good things to say about them. They worked with me when I told them that I had no use for LG equipment and wanted something else, so I got it. They have monitored my production and advise me very, very quickly when there is a problem. They then schedule corrective action to be taken within a couple of days. I have not had any surprises about my "true up" bill but Edison certainly needs improvement on their billing process. Edison's monthly fees are poorly explained by Edison. The staff at Hot Purple treats me like a friend at all times and has been very, very patient with my questions. Even the techs who cleaned the panels this year and the ones who service my batteries and inverters. I listen to my neighbors who have used other providers and they definitely are not getting the same level of service Hot Purple has continuously provided over the last year. Thank you to all of them.
