My entire experience has been and still is abysmal at best. I was promised many things, all of which were not honored. They owe me a $2500 cash rebate that was promised at the time of sale but they aren’t “obligated to honor promises made by the sales rep”. I was promised a battery backup to be installed. Never happened. They have yet to fully pay their subcontractor who installed my panels who after many attempts to collect has now threatened a mechanic lien on MY property. Actually getting ahold of someone is next to impossible. Everything is subcontracted and everyone points the finger at someone else. Stay away from this company. HiTech and CaliOne cannot be trusted.
