Made getting solar very easy

Taylor at Helios Energy Global made the entire process of getting solar very easy. He was always available to answer any and all questions and really took care of our project here in Malibu.

Knowledgeable turn-key project team

I signed the contract in November 2021 for a turnkey solar and battery-backup project with Helios Energy Global, working mainly with Cameroon “Cam” Bakhsheshe and Taylor Crouse. Both were knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. They recommended high-quality equipment, including Enphase products and Panasonic solar panels, and their local installation partner was professional as well. Cam and Taylor guided the project from the beginning through permission to operate. My solar system was installed, inspected, commissioned, and received PTO on January 27, 2022; at the time of this review I was still waiting on the battery installation. The project was for my home in Agoura Hills. Overall, the team earned five stars from me.

Amazing deal, excellent service

The most amazing deal from a fantastic team! The house for this project is in Palos Verdes Peninsula. From A to Z Mark and Cameron have provided excellent customer service. From concept to installation everyone has been really helpful and efficient. I would give this company 6 stars if I could.

An easy journey, fully knowledgeable

From day one, my experience with Taylor and all involved parties has been an easy journey. Efficient team of top professionals

Helios Energy Global is at least a company worth hearing out if you’re comparing solar options. For my project in Canoga Park, the team was efficient, professional, and quick to answer questions. Taylor brought a lot of energy to the process and clearly knew the business. The communication was strong enough that Helios has become one of the first names I mention when friends or family ask me about solar.

Patient through a long decision

Thank you, and I would definitely recommend! Canoga Park was where the project came together. It took us a long time to decide on solar and a solar company. Taylor and Sandor were very patient, and happily answered all our questions when we were considering the options. They were easy to work with to get things going. The crew who installed the panels were professional and got the job done seamlessly. Followup with any questions after the installation has also been great. We will be installing batteries with Helios Energy Global soon.

Up and running after due diligence

After comparing a handful of companies, we chose Taylor Crouse, Helios Energy Global, and the Plug It In team for our project. Taylor approached the job more like an educator and project quarterback than a salesperson, coordinating the roofer, electrician, permits, and installation. Our system uses Enphase equipment and Panasonic panels, and the project came in on time and on budget. We’ve been using the Enphase app to track production and consumption and have been very happy with the system. The project was completed on our our home in Agoura Hills, and I’d highly recommend Taylor and his team.

Competitive price, quick install

I compared Helios Energy Global with two other solar companies before making a decision. The pricing was competitive, the presentation was detailed, and the installation at my home in Redlands took about two business days before the inspection process. Plug It In Solar handled the work professionally and kept the site clean. Overall, the workmanship was strong and I’d recommend the team for solar.

Rescued us during a power outage

Taylor addressed all my concerns and we are very satisfied with the service we received. The guys from Helios Energy Global came to us in the middle of an SCE PSPS power outage. It was our second one and we had absolutely no experience with it and were looking for better solutions. They were able to answer all of our many questions and were diligent about keeping in touch and responding to all of our inquiries. They came out to our house multiple times and extensively explained the process from financing to installation. Even during and after installation Taylor was in touch making sure the process was going smoothly.

Polite, efficient, handled the paperwork

We would, and have recommended them to friends. I was referred to Helios Energy Global by somebody with high standards and they didn't disappoint. From the start they were polite and efficient. They did all the paper work for us and sorted out the install. Going with a team that came recommended worked out well for me and for our home in Villa Park. We had very little to do.

Great job for our school

We have a small private catholic school in Garden Grove. We are very thankful to Helios Energy Global for the Great job they did in installing our solar system. Taylor Crouse was exceptional in keeping us up to date and explaining the complete process. The installation was done by Plug-it-in And they were very clean and flawless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Solar.

Reasonable price, reputable choice

I did a lot of research before choosing Helios Energy Global because price alone wasn’t enough for a project this large. Darien and Taylor gave me confidence that the company would protect my interests and follow through. For our project in Los Angeles, Plug It In Solar handled the installation while the team worked through permits, inspections, LADWP, and the city’s building-and-safety process. There were bureaucratic delays, but Helios knew how to keep things moving. The combination of reasonable pricing, customer service, and local experience is what made the difference for me.

Reduced our church's electric bill

After a few months of our solar we’re happy to see it working as we expected! We’re so glad we ended up taking the meeting with Helios Energy Global. Our church had a relatively high electric bill and we were looking for ways to reduce our expense. When we met with Alex and Taylor they explained to us the PACE program which up until then we had never heard of. After due diligence we believed it to be the best course of action for our church to take as the financing was attached to the property and thus drastically reduced our risk to our organization. Our congregation is thrilled to see that we’re doing our part to help the planet and we’ve freed up cash flow to use in other areas. We had the work done at our place in Hemet. I highly recommend these guys!

Turn-key and not invasive at all

Helios Energy Global is a turnkey experience throughout the process. For my home in Fountain Valley everyone I worked with was on top of their game and enjoyable to deal with! I'd had people warn me how invasive it can be to have solar installed but it was a quick two day process (as promised) and everyone who came out to my place was so polite, respectful, and kind. All the techs were sensitive to the fact that they were on my property and gave me updates as to what was going on and kept me posted on their timeline. I've had a lot of work done at my place and therefore have worked with a lot of different crews and I get stressed even before a project starts. This was one of the most low-stress projects and I attribute that to everyone's good attitude and a really good work structure. I'm so happy I chose to work with Helios!

Immaculate, at-ease experience

A referral is what first put Helios Energy Global on my radar by a friend of mine. The communication side felt organized and homeowner-friendly. I felt super at ease when talking with the staff and the installation job was immaculate. I even asked the installation crew many questions and they kindly answered all of them which helped rid me of any worries. So satisfied with the amazing job done and communication from the team. Overall I highly recommend! San Dimas is where I had the system installed.

Exemplary communication throughout

Working with Taylor at Helios Energy Global and Plug It In Solar has been a real pleasure. For context, this was the system at my Westminster home. Communication at all phases of the project has been exemplary, and everyone in the office and in the field has been smart, thoughtful, patient, flexible, and accommodating of my many questions. Electric bills totally gone

We installed 20 Panasonic panels at our home in Castaic, and the system has been covering our needs well. Before solar, our electric bills were often in the $200–$300 range; afterward, those bills essentially disappeared. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on installation day. I asked plenty of questions and appreciated how comfortable they were explaining the work. I’m very glad we chose Helios Energy Global.

I had been thinking about solar for sometime for my childhood home in Palos Verdes when a close friend of mine mentioned he was going solar. I asked him who he was going with to which he replied “Helios!” I hadn’t heard of Helios before, but after speaking with Taylor and Aurora I felt extremely comfortable. They answered all of my questions and my 24 Panel looks lovely. As promised, our first post-solar electric bill was just the measly interconnection fee of a couple bucks. These guys rock, highly recommend.
