Do your own homework on what they are promising you will get out of doing solar. Do NOT do it unless you plan to stay in your house for at least 10 more yrs (more like 15) and do not take their word on how to get out of it all if you do have to move. They will say what they need to say to make the sale. This is a huge commitment.

Solar panels

Do not work with them ! They are scammers, don't waste your time with them. I signed contract with them at Jen 2023 , and its already May and nothing installed, I tried to call them more than 20 times on a different phone number, I sent them emails , they just ignore me! The worst experience ever! Just imagine right now if they will install you a panels and something will go wrong with it like get broken and not working and they will ignore you and not fix it but you will have to pay for it and plus for electrical bill to comed ! Please stay away from that company

Avoid at all cost

We were promised that our solar production would cover the majority of our electric consumption. The system installation started last December and it was not complete and "functioning" until March. It has only worked properly for about a month. The inverters constantly have error codes that keeps them from working. There is a complete lack of customer support. Another review stated that they completely disappear after the contract is signed and that is true. Once the installation was complete and the lender funded the financing, there was a complete lack of support. I am currently looking for legal representation to either get my money back or get my system functioning.

False promises and no support

This company is SO MESSY and has made so many promises they did not keep. We were told our bills would be reimbursed when they dragged their feet on install, but then when we filed for reimbursement they said they were out of funds. We still have not been paid. We were told the setup with ComED would be a breeze, but instead we've had to have multiple hours long calls with ComED customer service, which is also MESSY AS HELL. And of course, our solar is not producing nearly as much as we were told and our bills have barely shifted. Headline solar sucks! We had one good contact there and now none of the people we originally worked with are there anymore, which is also sketchy af. Proceed with caution.

Worst customer service imaginable

As soon as you are locked into the contract you will never hear from these guys again. Our Ap has never worked from day one. We have no idea what we are producing or consuming. They sent someone out to check on this one time and they could not fix the problem. They said they would have it fixed within a few days. Three months later after countless unreturned phone calls and emails the issue is still unresolved. I have since talked to multiple acquaintances who have solar who can track exactly what their production and usage is by the minute. The install process was no better as they were constantly running late, no shows or well past schedule. All in all just a horrible experience.

STAY AWAY !. I have never wrote a bad review but this has been brewing for 18 months. I signed the papers in January 2020 and then the pandemic hit so I told him I was going to back out. He threaten legal action so I had no other choice but to stay on board with this uncertainty. It took them 9 to ten months to get the solar panels running, however I started paying for them in March.Had to keep begging for them to cut the the trees that they promise. I ended contacting the BBB and only got a angry call from the owner. So they also promised one year of payments. They only payed me 5 or 6 months. They stop paying in early December. I have kept calling them and now they ignored my calls. I pay 154 x 6 =924 long story short bad service, fake promises... STAY AWAY ! 33k worths of headaches.

Stay away

This company does not even deserve a one star. My system was installed over a year ago and it still not right. Sales guy was great installation was quick and on time but after that it became a nightmare month after month i would hear excuses on why my system is producing electricity yet on my ComEd bill it never reflected that. They promised they would cover my loan payments till it's taken care of well that stopped after a few months so i have been paying both bills for months. Keep calling, emails nothing is done not even excuses anymore just ignoring their customers. DO YOURSELF A FAVORITE and stay away from this company and for those who echoes my feelings we need to do a class action lawsuit against this company and get something back for this kind of mistreatment.

Horrible Contractor-Do Not Use

I think this horrible company has gone out of business. No surprise. Horrible project management. Took a year, terrible damage to my walls inside & our, lack of communication, failure to complete the repairs, and when they finally got the system on line supposedly, it was just in time for the panels to be covered in snow so I don’t even know if it’s actually working. Phone calls go to full voicemail boxes or “mailbox not set up.” No one answers office or cell numbers or emails. They owe me foe a couple electric bills because as of August, I’ve been paying them AND ConEd. No idea if I’ll get my rebates. DO NOT HIRE. Filing complaints with every possible entity. Such a shame, started out well and downhill from there.
