Non-slimy solar company

If you are trying to navigate which solar company to use and trust, I must recommend Joe Galluzzo from the Long Beach Office at Harvest Power. I interviewed 3-4 solar companies, and except for Harvest Power, each had their gimmick or program to push. I heard lots of fast talking and glossing over of details. Rude individuals who were just selling something to make a buck. Joe and Harvest Power are different. This is a high quality organization that comes out of the building industry. They are privately-owned, not a Wall Street financed rollup of volume-driven salespeople. Harvest is flexible and can design whatever is best for your financial situation and power need. They show up when they say they will show up; the crews were extremely polite. The quality of the installation was top notch. When 2 of my 41 inverters malfunctioned, they came back within a week or so and swapped them out painlessly -- no cost to me. I highly recommend Harvest Power and couldn't be more pleased.

The installers and electricians are all Harvest employees and installed everything quickly and efficiently, while making an effort to hide lines on the roof to deliver a clean looking install. This review is well deserving and truly justified. The company, the quality, the expertise and the commitment has been remarkable. My husband to be takes great pride in everything in his life and researches for his own personal knowledge, comfort level and understanding. I admire that quality in him and so began the process of solar panels for us. We decided to get solar on our new home purchase and Tony researched the products and the companies. Jeffrey Homire was one of the first people we spoke to during this process. Jeff was thorough, knowledgeable, honest forthright and detailed. Jeff gave us such valuable information and knowledge about the panels and the process from the beginning. We contacted Jeff originally because he had done solar at our personal friends’ home. Jeff Homire is extremely knowledgeable, honest, resourceful and professional. The team and the crew of men that installed the panels were awesome and extremely hard working. The workers cleaned up everything, every time they were working at our home. This review comes with gratitude and appreciation and an honest sense of satisfaction. After weeks of endless nights, hoping that we are doing the right thing and knowing that we are making a huge investment, Tony and I have a great sense of peace knowing that we put our solar needs in a great company. When I decided to go Solar I shopped around but ultimately decided to go with Harvest Power LLC. A big reason was because Mark Lieberman made the project go so seamlessly. He mapped out everything for us so we knew exactly what we were getting and exactly what it was going to cost (and save) us. He was responsive to any questions me or my husband had and helped get the project completed way sooner than I imagined possible. I am extremely pleased we went with Harvest Power!

Harvest best option!! Professional and helpful

Harvest was the best option, they helped us through the whole process (they did basically everything, from the permits to the installation). Joe Galluzo was available 24/7 to answer any questions even after the installation, we are still talking. The team who install the pannels was really professional, they cleaned everything after they were done. We are really happy with the service and also the app is a great tool to know the exact energy production of each pannel. 100% recommend

Fantastic experience

My solar consultant Kevin Jaramillo was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment he came for our consultation, we knew we were in good hands. Kevin made the process incredibly easy and always kept us up to date on the process. He is very knowledgeable and easily answered any questions we had. I was able to contact him at any point of the day and he always responded with detailed responses which eased my mind. Our installation went flawlessly and the workers were very precise. I went with harvest because their representative Alan Montalbano was very knowledgeable on explaining the whole solar system. He obtained the permit and within one week they professionally installed it. They were neat, cleaned up property and very polite. Extremely happy with the job - would highly recommend your company

By far the best company for solar!

Mark from Harvest gave me a detailed quote via zoom immediately after I contacted them. The quote was the exact amount I ended up paying! They helped me get financing at an incredible rate. Did my roof in 1 day and installed my 30 panel solar system in 6 hours! I am usually not an easy person to please but this company had my trust from the beginning. I will 100% be recommending this company to all of my family and friends!

My husband and I worked with Allan from the Long Beach office. He was friendly, professional, and very on top of our project from the beginning to the end. The installers were on time, kept us posted on their progress, brought to our attention all issues as small as they were, and were very conscious of us and our neighbors keeping us all safe while the job was being done. Prices were competitive with other companies in the area. They were able to schedule me quickly for installation and helped fill out any and all paperwork needed to get the job done. Very professional staff

The entire process from start to finish was super simple. Harvest took care of everything on our behalf and we could not be more pleased with the level of service provided. So glad we made the switch to solar!

After years of consideration, we finally made the switch to solar power. We went to Harvest Power and bundled the solar panels purchase and installation with a much needed roof replacement. Our salesman John Campbell walked us through the whole process. He was knowledgeable, articulate, and personable. The foremen and crews for each of the steps were professional and thorough. We are now able to monitor the energy absorption and usage, and see how this was a great decision!

Amazing from start to finish

From the very start working with Harvest Power for our new roof and solar was amazing. Bob Gray has the patience of a saint walking me thru various solar scenarios and explaining the ins and outs of the federal tax credit, loans, etc ad nauseam along with DeAnna Lacara. The roof installer, Pedro and his crew, were fast, efficient, meticulous, and tidy. The solar install, Joe the foreman and Alberto the electrician, could not have gone smoother. Every single person I interacted with from HarvesPower were a pleasure to work with and would recommend to others in a heart beat. New roof on a Friday with solar up and running on the following Monday.

Misleading information was given

The original sales man who came to out home was very nice and very informative. The ONLY reason we went solar was because we needed a new roof. He told us we could get a new roof with our panels. Great! Then they sent us a totally different salesman, Will. Whom at first was very nice and helpful. As the job progressed though there were things that my husband and I were not happy about. Firstly, we were told by Will that his company Harvest will put the new roof on. Not true. It was subcontracted by a different company. Ok. Then we needed boards replaced due to the leaky roof. Ok was told they would charge an additional $70 a board. My husband went to Home Depot himself and bought the boards needed. The contractor for the roof install never showed up to our house. Then the day the solar panels were being installed the girl couldn’t answer any of my questions and told me Will would call me. He never called. They did help us with the removal of a tree that was blocking the panels. They said remove the tree and you’ll get full coverage. We still don’t get full coverage. On average I’m not saving anymore money than if I had just kept paying my electric bill. I now have a loan to pay too. Was told we would get the full amount from rebate back on taxes. We only received 25% for the first year. Then next year we will get another 25% and so one until we reach the amount the state allows for reimbursement. Overall experience was not that great

Very happy with all aspects of the process

Very happy with our panels and the level of service we received. Mike Dash was our salesman and was excellent. All the workers were respectful and thoroughly cleaned up which , is important. The job was a professional as it goes. Overall very happy!
