No customer service after sale
My sister in law bought a house that they had installed solar panels with batteries and a standby generator on. The pics of the tan shop with solar panels on roof on their FB are it. It controls her house and the 1 I�m renting from her. 1 of the inverters is messed up and previous owner said he had it ordered from them and they were coming to install it. We called him and asked him could he come take the solar panels off while we replaced the roof under them that was leaking because of the way they attached them, and he said yes for $15,000. Never heard from him after we set a date to do that. The generator is supposed to kick on automatically when power goes out but doesn�t, you have to manually start it and then turn certain breakers off and certain breakers on and then throw a disconnect switch to a different position. So if it�s storming outside you have to go out in weather and do all this to receive power. She has called the owner several times after the no show on removing panels to come check the system out and go over it with us. She told him she would pay him for his time and he told her for about 2 months he was coming next Friday. Every Friday it was a different excuse. I called him myself and talked to him and asked him to PLEASE come out here and help us and he said he�d be here on June 24th. I have text him repeatedly reminding him about the appointment because I was gonna make it a point to be here to see what needed to be done to this system. He has read every text and never replied. His cell number I talked to him and text him from is 903-539-XXXX. This is the OWNER of the company SUPPOSEDLY. For a person to own a company and do a customer that has his system on their house is astonishing to me. I think the system cost around $50,000 and I know we didn�t pay him for it but her and I both told him we would pay him to come out here. He said on 1 phone conversation it would be a $500 service call. We said no problem come on we�ll pay when you show up! Just want everyone to know there is NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! When their done installing their not coming to work on it. Been dealing with them a total of 1 year and 7 months!!!

Dale was very understanding of my needs, and he and his crew were friendly, fast and professional. I researched the heck out of systems, and contractors, and Dale came out on top. So far after 4 months I've had more credits than bills. (Of course that will change month to month, with weather and needs)
