Highly recommended. Micro inverters weren’t reporting. Texted Greenbelt Solar. Adi told me to reset breakers. Didn’t fix it so he sent a worker over. It took a lot of discovery but was put back on line. Adi texted to make sure it was done. The invoice was absolutely fair considering the time n expertise it took to get my system working. Will use Greenbelt Solar again.

I had talked to two different solar companies because I needed my panels removed and reinstalled due to replacing my roof. The first company didn't seem like they wanted my business and quoted me a price I thought was a bit high. I got a hold of greenbelt solar. Same job half the price. Very responsive and easy to work with. I ask Adi what the cost would be to add 10 additional panels. Price was very reasonable. So I added that to the scope of the job. We did everything through text and and email. The guys that came out very knowledgeable. Very professional. I am thrilled with the job they did. I'm also thrilled with the extra solar panels. After seeing the energy production on my enphase app. I highly recommend them.

Just had my panels installed and they’re generating as much or more energy as the proposal. I spoke with three companies and Greenbelt blew everyone else out of the water in communication, flexibility, quality, etc. I also want to thank Adi, he made the whole experience seamless. Also if you’re exploring solar and another company asks you for a major deposit before a site survey, don’t fall for it. Very happy.

Greenbelt Solar has been exceptional in providing detailed information on solar roof and battery configuration for residential applications. Adi and his team are very knowledgeable and provide a quality installation. They take care of the interconnection with the utility provider and also provide detailed drawings and specs required for HOA permit process. They work with roofers when required to replace roofers due to hail damage or other roof upgrades.

We had a great experience with Greenbelt Solar. We got 6 quotes before choosing Greenbelt. Adi was honest, straightforward, and gave us an excellent deal. We also got top-of-line REC panels and enphase micro-invertors. They were also the only company who offered to install the panels at an angle to maximize the electricity generated. We saved a ton going with Greenbelt. The biggest benefit with going with Greenbelt is their payment structure. They take full payment ONLY after the system is up and running, and properly connected to the electric grid. I didn't have to pay a dime until then. This payment structure helps to ensure fast turnaround and quality work. The only minor critique I would give was the installation crew didn't try to engage with us or talk us through what they were planning on doing each day. It was as if they weren't there at all. More communication from the people on-site during this phase would have been preferred.

We have used Greenbelt Solar for 3 installations between 2012 and 2022. Adi has been responsive every time and as technical as you like him to be - every single installation was unique and he was patient in discussing things like the best orientation for the panels, micro vs central inverters, and even the type of solar panels, and is always willing to work something out in our budget. The crew is also excellent and do a clean job everytime, I have seen the some of the same people on site since the beginning, which is a testament to the sustainability of the company. Even when we had misfortune of failed panels and microinverters for the older systems, Adi was quick to jump on it to fix the problems under their warranty. I highly recommend Greenbelt Solar for their workmanship on installing solar panel systems.

I cannot recommend Greenbelt Solar enough. Don't get scammed by all the phone callers offering a low-cost system....get a professional who can make sure you get the right size to run your house electricity.

We loved Adi. We talked to several other installers before Adi, but none of them could answer our questions like Adi did. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a great system for a great price. His crew did a great job and we are very happy. We have 60 Canadian Solar CS6P-275M panels and 30 AP Systems dual microinverters. The monitoring we get with the AP Systems website is great. We were easily able to see when one panel dropped a third of its power. Adi first replaced the inverter, and when that didn’t fix it, he replaced the panel. Our system has been working great since then. After one full year, our electric bill has been reduced to 20% of the previous year’s. This is close to what Adi predicted.

We used Greenbelt Solar to install solar panels on our home. Adi was great to work with. Very informative and didn't try to sell anything we didn't want or need. He took care in overseeing the entire installation, including the coordination with the city for permits and inspection. His workers care a great deal about solar energy and are not just hired workers. All in all, a very good experience.

Happy with ~4kW Solar System

Greenbelt delivered exactly what they promised--our relatively small 3.92 kW system is up and running, generating >20 kWh per sunny day on a SW-facing roof (4.5:12 pitch). Pricing was better than any other options that I was able to find. Adi was very upfront and honest (perhaps "blunt", but I appreciated this). Other companies seemed to often exaggerate the benefits or upsell the proposal--one actually tried to sell me on a 12 kW system which would be completely overkill for our house's low energy usage--I'm an electrical engineer myself and researched the basics enough to know better). The installers were very friendly and explained what they were doing and how everything worked (I was probably annoying by asking them so many questions). You could tell that they cared about making everything look nice as well as putting the panels in the best spot to optimize light exposure. One other anecdote... right after the installation was complete, our city changed its rebate policy (the new policy being better for my specific case). Despite having already been paid in full, Greenbelt actually was willing to work with me and the city to recover the extra rebate money, which I greatly appreciated (they certainly didn't have to do this and it didn't give them any additional benefit, in fact it delayed their payment by a couple weeks). The only possible negative thing I can say about my experience was that my city's permitting and inspection process took longer than expected which delayed the install. There isn't anything Greenbelt could have done about this though, I'd assume any contractor would have the same result.
