Green Ridge was great to work with. They were easy to chat with and didn't pressure me into buying a system. They took the time to answer all my questions, and I asked a lot. HAHA! The install process was quick and the installers were cool guys. Definitely a good experience. I would definitely recommend working with them. A great local solar company you can trust.

I’m very tired of dealing with this company. The sales process was less than forthright. After I signed the contract and paid the deposit, I was told they miscalculated my rebate and I would owe more than $1300 more. Because of supply chain issues, the battery I was sold “may cost thousands of dollars more”. Two verbal requests to cancel the order and get my money back were unanswered. Two written requests to cancel my order and get my money back were also not answered. A week later, miraculously, they were able to schedule my installation after getting a truckload of batteries. Installation day comes and they have brought the wrong battery. The workers on the roof threw trash in the backyard, and the installation has not passed the electrical inspection. I have called twice to see when they are returning to fix the problem, and nothing has been scheduled. This has been exhausting and regretful.
