Fire Mountain Solar LLC

Thumbs up for Fire Mountain Solar!

They're friendly, responsive, and knowledgable. I'm really happy with the quality of the solar panels (two+ months in). I'd definitely recommend them!

Residential installation

Solar panels were installed over a roof that was not up to code (not the installers fault). Due to the faulty roof installation a replacement was needed. Fire Mountain Solar at a very reasonable cost was able to take down the panels and replace them once a new roof was installed. Tim was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend the company to anyone looking to install solar in the future.

Okay service and great installation - Better than others quoted

-Install was fast once planned. Took more time and had more issues dealing with PSE. -Contract and price were reasonable (with an annoyance) -They really wanted a review quickly, I wanted to wait for a while to see how things worked: It's been up for 3+ months and no problems so far. -The manufacturer was out of the panels originally planned, Fire Mountain moved my install down to the next smaller wattage panels at the same price. They went on about delays to the install and contract cost changes to get panels of the original wattage or larger. I was not pleased about that.

Wonderful company to work with

The office staff helped make this transaction go very smoothly. They were always available for any questions or help with government forms, which was greatly appreciated!

7.28kW Blue Frog / Itek System

I am very happy with my system. The information provided upfront and the proposal were very thorough. The installation was very well done, but did take several days longer than stated. The support after the installation has been excellent. I really like the online monitoring of the Blue Frog inverters.

Really Professional

Really professional and very courteous. They got the installation done quickly. Fire Mountain was a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

It would be nice to be given printed information explaining the meters and what the readings mean. We are still waiting for that information and have asked different parties involved and no one has produced material as of today. However, we love our system and wish we had more space and $$ for a larger system. But we made our ivestment knowing that those who live in the house from here on out will reap the benefits even if we do not see a couple return on our investment. FireMountain Solar was patient and informative in educating us on what would be best for our situation and not letting us go at this without full knowledge of what we would get from our system. Banner Electric was also helpful and tidy in doing the electrical work and both companies will get an excellent reference from us. we chose to put in a solar system for environmental and global warming reasons. Our influence came from our environment and our commitment to trying to do what is better for global health. The choices above all seem commercial linked and it is a more personal influence that guided our decision.
