Wattson Home Solutions (formerly Energy Monster)

Great people and quality work from start to finish

I bought a new REC solar panel system from Dan at Energy Monster, he seemed to be the most knowledgable person I've spoken to during this entire process after receiving quotes from 5 other companies. It seems to me that there is a lot of misinformation being tossed around by other companies, beware!! I highly recommend Dan and his efforts in persuading me to use Energy Monster. Very glad I did!

Great services

The team at energy monster has been a great help answering all of my solar power questions Robert provides excellent customer service skills and is an asset to the company. I highly reccomend energy monster to anyone looking for solar power in Florida

Very smooth and great customer service

After doing a lot of research, comparing different installers and brokers I found Energy Monster. Dan and Mark did a great job not only providing me the best price, including high level LG Solar panels, but also being very responsive and guiding me through the process. Even during this Covid 19 crisis they were able to install the panels after doing the heavy lifting with the paperwork. Panels are producing currently on the higher end of the provided estimate, which makes me happy. Overall great customer service!

Informative and knowledgeable

Best price best equipment

Sealing My Flat Roof Attic

A very tight space with no access. Several companies said it could not be done, but Energy Monster got in there and completed the job. I never give 5 stars, as they don't exist, but in this case it did. Well done. Robert in St Pete Beach, FL.

Terrific Value!

Everyone starting with Orlando Rodriguez the initial salesman, to Kyle Johnson my program manager to the installation crew, to the electricians were extremely professional, responsive and quality oriented. I loved the fact that there is a 20 year, transferable warranty and they will stay involved the whole time. They helped me get the rebates and made the system very affordable. 5 stars is well deserved!

Professional

They are very professional and courteous. Any questions we had were answered with a lot of knowledge. I look forward to the savings of the solar panels.

Organized, professional, helpful

We chose them because their prices were good, they were responsive to questions, and we felt that the panels they were offering, specifically the inverters, were the right option for us.

efficient units, efficient company

Energy Monster walked me through the process and made things easy. There was little paperwork and the communication was stellar. My units are now in and I am looking forward to the savings I will now enjoy since I retired my old oil furnace

Great Company-professional and quality service

Thank you Energy Monster! Your company has a staff that is prompt, courteous and very easy to deal with. We appreciate dealing with people who are quick to respond to questions and make every effort to serve their customers. Estimates, communications and installation were all handled professionally-very nice work.

Will recommend the service to my friends!

A friend of mine recommended the Energy Monster. I am very happy about the service! I will certainly recommend the service to my friends!

Fantastic service

Best solar company in central mass, very professional, responsive with reasonable price

Very Satisfied!

Had my solar system installed back in March 2019 (30 LG Panels)... After researching many reviews, cost & sitting w/ a few sales people from different solar companies, Energy Monster was clearly my choice. Orlando & Dan were very helpful answering any questions I had regarding the system... The installation crew of 4 were very professional, they completed the job in two days & the work done was very neat... I have a new home and am a nit picky person that's hard to please when it comes to neatness & appearance of any work done for me... All I can say is I couldn't be happier with the team, their installation and performance of the system, I highly recommend Energy Monster, Thank You Orlando & Dan! Vinny seivad1(removed for privacy)

Great Everything!

Worked around my scheduled and preferences. Easily understood what was important to me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Didn't force me to meet with them in person before giving me numbers, very easy to work with. The crew that installed everything was quick, and did a great job of hiding the wiring from the box to the roof panels. Unlike some other companies, who had crazy unrealistic projections I couldn't trust, Energy Monster had ones I could trust. Having the system for about 6 months, the panels have actually been more efficient than they claimed. Generation over the 6 months is great, way better than projected. Everything about them was great, I even had a paperwork issues with some rebates and they kept helping making sure it was all setup properly with the state! I could not recommend them more.

Outstanding Service

They proposed the best system to meet our current and future needs.

Very impressed

I just finished the Solar install with energy monster. 31 panels. I am a very talented Picky jack of all trades individual that can do about everything. I am highly impressed bye the crew of energy monster. The install is flawless! They hit every roof hoist without a single miss I checked the entire roof line inside that attic. There wiring and electrical box placement was perfect and neat! Four guys came and you can tel the have been working together for along time. I completely trusted these guys and even left my home unlocked for them on the second day. All paperwork was taken care of even the loan process was extremely easy! If you would like to contact me or take a ride bye feel free. Mattyco63@gmail.com

Professional and Great Service

Received three quotes from solar companies, and Energy Monster, by far had the best quote.I was amazed by the professionalism Dan and his team showed during the whole process, from the beginning to the end. They answered every question and concern I had at anytime of the day. The whole crew was a pleasure to work with, and know their stuff. I am so glad I chose Energy Monster as my solar panel company. I highly recommend anyone thinking about going solar to give them a call. You will not be disappointed! Thank you again Dan and team.

Professional and timeline was accurate

They quoted me for the most panels to handle my present and future needs and it wasn’t much more expensive. All other companies quoted me on 8 to 14 panels less with comparable prices.

Great customer Service!

From beginning to end the company was great. No high pressure sales pitch and price was way better than others for equal or better equipment. Every step of way workings were very quick to answer any questions and made process very simple. I’d highly recommend this company

So thrilled

Thank you so much Energy Monster!! My wife and I shopped around for a few weeks to find the right system, we ended up going with Energy Monster. They were so quick and willing to make the process as simple as possible. From the sales team to the installation we felt so involved in the process. What a great company!

Excellent Service and Very Responsive!!

We got quotes from few companies and after talking with Energy Monster and getting their quotes and designs we agreed to go with Energy Monster. Excellent Service and Very Responsive !! Definately will recommend Energy Monster to others !! 5 Star Service !! The staff is very responsive, and knows what they are doing !!

Quick to respond and delivered on all their promises.

We evaluated 4 companies and after several meetings, site audits, design reviews, and of course bottom line cost. We went with Energy Monster and have ZERO regrets, hence the 5 star rating. They had the best design proposals, the best products and solution for my house, and came in at the best price.

Solar system and MassSave!

Energy Monster performed our MassSave audit, MassSave insulation work (recommended by the audit), and a 10kW Solar installation all within a 3-month time period (Nov 2018-Jan 2019). All three projects went well and we are very happy with the quality of work and all of the employees that we've dealt with. The Solar installation was very well executed with almost no exposed conduit, clean wiring, detailed system monitoring, and more attractive (and efficient) panels. We also had an EV charger installed as part of the package. I was able to work with their designer to balance aesthetics with efficiency and am quite happy with the results! We are looking forward to saving lots of money on oil and electricity for years to come! After our first full month with our solar system, we already had a credit on our National Grid bill.

Endorsement

I rarely give 5 star reviews but the sales staff, contractors and engineers at Energy Monster have earned that and more. We recently purchased a solar panel system from Energy Monster for our residence. During the entire process we found everyone to be professional, responsive and most importantly deliver on their promises. We are very pleased with the outcome of our installation and have seen the results of our investment not only in our energy bills, but also the energy credits and refunds from the government. Naturally, like most people we were a little skeptical with this venture in the beginning as it is seldom that consumers actually receive what was promised at the time of the sale. That was not the case with Energy Monster. We would most heartily endorse and recommend to anyone the services provided by Energy Monster and welcome the opportunity to be used as a reference. We continue to display our "We are saving on our Energy bills" sign on our lawn and will do so until the weather takes it away. Thank you all! Sincerely, the proud owners of an Energy Monster system

Great service!
