Very well pleased

We are very well pleased with the array of solar cells that we purchased from EIS, from the salesperson, Ian,to the installers. We are considering in purchasing battery backup for our home for when we lose power. It has been a great investment. We produce more than we use so our electric is minimal to be connected to the grid. (13.00/ month) and we sell what we dont use back to DL Co.

I can't say enough about EIS. They have been fantastic from first contact to completion of our project. They did a detailed assessment of our current and future electric needs and gave us multiple proposals to choose from. They explained in detail every step of the process and reasons for any delay. Every member of their team was professional and polite. They were responsive to questions and to our schedule.

From start to finish the folks from EIS were helpful, friendly, pro-active, and professional. We had a great experience and our solar panel system is working great.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with EIS. The prompt and thorough communication throughout the entire process was kind, informative, and reassuring. Every person I engaged with from my initial inquiry to the system design to the permitting and installation process made me feel valued and respected. Their attention to detail made the process incredibly easy and I'm so happy with my solar array, and only wish I would have done it sooner than I did. There are tons of solar companies out there, but knowing that I was working with a well-respected, longstanding solar business based in my city and with employees who literally live in my neighborhood made me know I was making a good decision.

I've had them install 2 systems and have been very happy with them. They've been in business many years and seen to be expanding and getting bigger every day. Highly recommend!!

Amazing, start to finish!

I had a solar project installed in December of 2021. I wanted to wait to see how the system performed before leaving a review. It's now September and I haven't had an electric bill since March. In fact, my energy use has been in the negative. We produce more than we use. I love it! In addition, the monthly loan payment is at or around what my electric bill was. It's a total win. Everyone we had contact with in the company were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My wish is that I had done this sooner.

We had solar panels put on our house and decided on EIS because of our initial contact with Ian. Their works crews were very professional and reliable. I appreciated all of the education that they provided to us. I highly recommend them.

This may have been most pleasant contractor experience ever. Everyone I have dealt with in the company is immediately responsive, knowledgable, and pleasant. I tried to get competing bids, but of the six other companies I called, nobody called me back within a month. EIS was very responsive.

EIS had the best crew of any we`ve ever had working on our house in 21 years. They worked so well together and so pleasantly it was a delight to have them here. Joe Morinville and Matt took the time to really explain things and get us fully set up, including the computer monitoring. Joe Fucci of the office staff was great too. Couldn`t be more pleased. Installer charged us the net amount after PA state incentives. We will be applying for the federal tax credits at tax time.

Very satisfied with such professional services and for this follow up survey. So many providers never do a follow up which to me as a comsumer is very important and shows the committment of professional services to the consumer. Thank you, this is very exciting for me to provide clean energy to my home and free of environmental destruction to my home, planet Earth.

We were very impressed with EIS from first contact. In addition to sales and office staff, the installation crew was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and a credit to any firm. We recommended the company to numerous friends and neighbors. EIS was also able to offer us a discount based on multiple jobs in our area that resulted from our initial contact. That group discount was extended to others as well, which we appreciated.
