Earthlight was a great company to work with. I knew what I wanted and they improved upon that. The installation crew was prompt, effective and clean up on the roof and in the garage. The design/project manager was exceptionally knowledgeable and creative. I'm glad I went with Earthlight!

Had a great experience with everyone involved. They answered all of my questions when it came to all my options and each step of the process without any fluff. And the project was finished in the timeline they provided for the most part. The best part of it was that they weren’t pushy like all the other solar companies that came knocking on my door.

We got our system last year - solar panels and battery backup. Earthlight just took care of everything, and kept us informed as to the progress through the various town and electric company wickets. Part way through the panel company went under and these poor folks had to start over. But they still got it done. The installation is neat, everything was explained to us, we've had no problems. I would highly recommend this company for solar.

After we decided to go solar, we researched several companies and hands-down Earthlight was the absolute best. Their sales team was professional and knowledgeable, providing details about the panels and installation process and complete timeline. No questions were left unanswered. Once the installation started, it went off without a hitch. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful. Once it was complete, they took the time to explain the entire system and it’s working to me. I could not have asked for a better overall process from start to finish then I received from Earthlight. This was a replacement system. I lost my old system due to a lightning strike and when I needed it they were okay with the insurance reaching out directly to them. It took me two years of dealing with the insurance company before getting the okay for replacing the system. The people at Earthlight stuck it out with me for those two years. The technology has change since my old system and they answered any and all questions I had. They did a fantastic job on install. They are a great group of people to deal with in all their departments.

System is working very well, installation crew was very professional and kept the system hardware as discrete as possible. From the street there is no indication solar exists which was a huge plus.

Our flight was recommended to me by a close acquaintance after having a successful installation at their house. However, due to my nature, I felt the need to compare prices and to vet several other companies out as far as due diligence is concerned. There was always something wrong with the other companies, whether it be high-pressure sales tactics, significantly higher prices, materials of questionable quality. Everything with Earthlight was perfect. I was never pressured through sales. I chose to go with premium equipment, but I paid more 20% less than some competitors offering comparable equipment. There are some companies out there using some very shady sales tactics, and offering lower end equipment. Stay away from those folks. As far as I know, I am a third generation referral, and everyone in that line is thoroughly pleased with Earthlight. If you don’t know anything about solar, and you don’t have the time to do all the research, but yet you still want to green, then you only need to make one call: Earthlight.

I highly recommend Earthlight Solar & Energy Solutions. From the salesperson to the installers, everyone was professional. Everything was explained in a manner that I could understand. There was never any pressure. During the installation, I did not like that a conduit was showing. They came back and worked to conceal the conduit. This was not an easy task. Earthlight worked diligently until they could hide the conduit.

Earthlight Technologies truly exceeded our expectations. Everyone we have dealt with, from the design team and the office staff to the electricians and installers have been super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They actually under promised on the amount of energy my panels would produce, my lease payment has stayed exactly the same since I started, and Eversource has raised their prices consistently since I left almost 3 years ago. Everyone I dealt with was very competent and always friendly. While the project start date took longer than I expected, once started it went very smoothly and every step was explained beforehand. This ensured a very smooth transition to owning my own solar powered system.

From design through installation and follow up after 90 days of low Carbon production, Earthlight has been a stellar company to work with. I highly recommend their team of highly skilled engineers and technicians. We now have a fixed electrical bill to power our 2400sqft home including hot water, cooking, our EV, and supplemental heating.

Recently completed a large solar panel installation on my home. I'm very happy with the product that Earthlight proposed, installed and continues to maintain. Firstly, during the design and installation phase they were efficient and timely with the install. Secondly, during the first few months of operation and ironing out any bugs, Earthlight monitored my panels, and noticing any items not working properly they called me, scheduled a visit, came in and made the repairs proactively. Given the upfront cost of solar panels, it is reassuring to know that Earthlight takes their product warranty and reputation seriously.

Earthlight was a joy to work with. We dragged our feet a bit, but the sales team was never pushy (something I cannot say about some other companies we met with). As new panels became available, which fit our design better, we signed the contract and paid a deposit. We had expected to wait 4-5 months for the installation, but an opening appeared after two months and we grabbed it. The installation crew arrived on time, and all of the panels were installed in a day. The workmanship was outstanding. Our system has been producing electricity for three months now, and we couldn't be happier. Everything is working perfectly.

I’m very pleased with the whole process with Earthlight. Ben in sales was very knowledgeable and helpful. Heather was great with scheduling etc.. All in all everyone in the office is polite and helpful. The survey people were very helpful and explained everything. I deal with many subcontractors at work and can honestly say that your installation crew totally impressed me with their quality, organization ,cleanliness ,politeness and instructions. Earthlight is an exceptional company. Although the process took about 8 months, they explained everything, every step of the way. We knew exactly what was going to happen and when. They followed their projected timeline very closely. The workers who installed the panels were knowledgeable, friendly, neat and installed our 35 panels in less than two days. They were always ready to answer any questions we had. Best of all, our last two Eversource bills arrived with "No Payment Due"!

I should add that the system equipment is simple, tidy and working flawlessly. The power generation estimate so far seems spot on. The smartphone app to monitor the system is easy to use and informative. It's fun to track power generation and grid import/ export in real time. And so, we are happy customers.

Ben Carlson was our Sales guy. He delivered on his quote. System was installed 3 months earlier then scheduled at the cost quoted in the contract. All the people involved in the project were professional. They came out on schedule and complete each aspect of the job on schedule and left the area clean. System has been up and running 3 months, with the good weather in Feb, system generated more kW than we used. I can monitor the system on my cell phone. Overall very pleased with the system

Our household is working to electrify everything we can to stop using fossil fuels. Getting our solar panels from Earthlight has been an integral part of our overall plan. They were supportive in designing a system that would cover our current as well as our planned eventual electrical use. The sales, installation and project management staff (especially Ben, Joe and Heather) answered our numerous technical questions and helped us integrate the planning of systems upgrades we needed from our utility company (not related to the solar installation itself). Earthlight was able to get the most efficient SunPower panels and install them more quickly than some of the other companies we considered. Pricing was also very fair compared to others. I recommend Earthlight highly!

A few of the top positives for Earthlight were; their local presence, their partnership with SunPower as a master dealer, and they came in with a price and value that we felt really good about. Earthlight is a wonderful company to work with. They inform every detail in advance and make solar process very easy to the clients. After installation service also great and staff is very helpful and attention to detail.

I had a fantastic experience with Earthlight at every step from the sales process to install and turning the system on - turned on just 3 weeks ago. I found them to be knowledgeable and customer oriented. Some solar sales guys are quick to speak bad of their competitors, but Earthlight refrained from doing so - instead relying on what they offer and price to speak for itself. I spoke with several companies and found Earthlight to offer the best value.

The lease lists $204.43 as the average monthly cost if I had stayed exclusively with Eversource. that number was generated at a time when Eversource rates were extremely high, in the $0.24/kWh range. It's back down to around $0.147/kWh, and other suppliers are less than that. So Earthlight Sunpower came up with a lease rate that was extremely high, and the cost benefit identified in the lease will never happen. Shame on me for falling for this arrangement. Other than the exorbitant lease cost, the installation crew, it's electricians, any personal contact with Earthlight, the actual installation and the app for following the system's performance, are all outstanding. Absolutely no complaints.
