Customer service
My panels were installed in April, 2025. With a 6 year maintenance program of co ownership. Since April of 2026, my solar panels have gradually ceased to operate. First 3 panels, now 18 are blacked out. Repeated texts to Dawn to Dusk have been ignored. Most recently, they agreed to replace my dead panels on July 15. It rained, they postponed til July 24. July 24th was a Sunny day. No cancelation. No postponement. No show. Phone calls and texts for information go UNANSWERED. After 3.5 months, my panels are producing ALMOST no power. And Dawn to Dusk has been UNDER CONCERNED! Other than complaining, I'm not SURE what my next option is.
