Cosmic Solar, Inc.

Great service

Can't have asked for a better experience. Panels have been operating for a month. Communication, quality were top notch.

Solar Install

Cosmic Solar was referred to me by a colleague and I could not have been more pleased with the whole evolution. From the beginning Cosmic Solar staff was professional, courteous and especially responsive to my questions. Pey S. Is the lead operations manager and he and his team of pros were the best. The solar install was a challenge due to my home configuration and included solar power panels as well as the install of a solar water system. My first electric bill arrived today and it was a big zero and my gas bill for hot water has been cut to less than a fifth of what is was last month. I highly recommend Cosmic Solar!

The best experience ever!

The crew and operations manager were exceptionally helpful, careful and professional. They went out of their way to make the construction as convenient and non-disruptive as possible for my animals. And they finished the job almost a month ahead of schedule! What a bonus as we head into the hot season. I am so glad I chose Cosmic Solar to install my solar. Other companies were not even interested in my job because my SDGE bill averaged less than $100 a month. Thank you Cosmic Solar!

Highly Recommended Cosmic Solar

Cosmic Solar designed and installed solar electric and solar hot waters systems for our home. Both systems have been performing flawlessly. They coordinated all their activities with our general contractor and everything went smooth from start to finish. Cosmic Solar's entire staff is amazing and this company is highly recommended.

LOVE THESE GUYS

I was very impressed with all of their employees from the start to the finish.

Highly recommended

The entire Cosmic team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, knowledge and support throughout the process, from making the initial decision to go solar to following up on the operation of the panels post installation. Cosmic offered competitive pricing, held to schedule, did exemplary work in terms of installation, keeping the site clean, availability, etc. Steve explained, addressed concerns, modified the contract as needed during the sales process; Judith helped us through all the paperwork, and Pey did an excellent job fitting all the panels into a limited space on the roof and continues to follow up on a periodic basis to ensure the system functions satisfactorily.

Owner

Everyone connected to Cosmic Solar was friendly, informative, easy to work with, and did an excellent job. My husband was concerned that our expensive tile roof would not be the same after installing the solar but he was thrilled with the finished product. Great company!

Solar Review

Our next door neighbors had a solar system installed the year before we did. Talking to them as neighbors do we asked them how they liked their system and the company that installed it. The were extremely happy with their system and the company. Their honesty and professionalism was the deciding factor in using them. They came and were very professional and friendly. We would recommend them to our friends and family too. We are very happy with our decision in using Cosmic solar.

Great company from start to finish

We Couldn't be happier with cosmic solar. They were extremely professional from start to finish. I appreciated they didn't have a pushy sales staff (I dealt directly with the owner of the company, not someone trying to make a commission). The front office was all over the logistics on setting an install date, permits, HOA, refunds, county approval and final SDG&E approval. The crew was extremely professional and finished the job one day earlier. Out system has been up for 2 billing cycles and I am creating more energy (a lot more) than I am using...... All this and hands down most competitive bid we saw..... I can't say enough about them

Solar sale and install

Very professional in all phases during the solar installation. Extremly helpful with questions. No pressure. Great costumer service after the sale and installation. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic Solar Install Experience

From beginning to end, Cosmic Solar outshone the competition. I worked with 2 other BIG name competitors trying to get a ground install accomplished, and after months of delay and no forward progress, I reached out to this highly rated company. From initial contact they provided regular updates and accomplished everything on the timeline for the terms that were first agreed to. NO RUN-AROUND. Cosmic Solar was simply fantastic.

BEST by FAR!!

We met with 3 of the "Big" solar companies. After weighing the pros and cons we realized the best bet for us would be to purchase a system. Their prices were all around 36K for roof mount. Because of our location we wanted ground mount which all 3 would charge an extra $1500. Each of the "Big 3" also told us to forget about the CA solar rebate, concentrate on the federal rebate. Still not comfortable with these companies we found COSMIC SOLAR on the web. This company looked small but got 100% great reviews. On a Sat afternoon we call the number, planning to leave a message that could be returned on Monday. To our surprise, owner Bahram Shadzi answered his own phone! We explained our plans and asked for a bid we could compare with our other bids. Within 2 hours we had a bid in our in box. This bid for a ground mount $8,000 less than the other companies. COSMIC SOLAR'S charge per each panel was half what the other "Big 3" charged, and the solar panels used by COSMIC SOLAR were larger and top rated, plus NO EXTRA fee for ground mount. Working with COSMIC SOLAR has been a dream! Mary in the office made sure we were on the calendar. Owner Bahram personally came out to inspect property, discuss best placement and get all paperwork taken care of. He suggested we put in 30 panels instead of 28. We paid $1,000 to start and not another penny until the system was turned on. Co owner Judith did ALL the paper work for our rebates, and not just for federal! She also did all the paper work and submitted our system to California Center for Sustainable Energy (CCSE). Pey and the team were amazing during permits and the installation process. We didn't have to do anything! Job started and was completed right on time. The installation crew were hard workers, nice and funny. You could tell they liked working together. They left no mess at all. After filing our 2013 taxes we received a federal check for $9,000. April of this year we received a check from CA for another $1,500!! If it hadn't been for Judith at COSMIC SOLAR we would not have even submitted to CA. With these refunds our $28,000 solar system became a $17,500 system! (keep in mind the "Big 3" wanted $36,000 for my same system) What a great find top to bottom, COSMIC SOLAR!

Home solar review

Cosmic was our third estimate and they were by far the most honest in their presentation and provided the most cost efficient price to boot. They also provided a full list of customers so we could choose who to call for comments. The two we called had nothing but good to say about them. Everyone from the office staff to the owner, his wife, their son and the installers were great to work with. The wife also processed all our paperwork for rebates, getting us on the wait list within a week of our contracting with them. A true mom and pop business but functions better than most corporate types.

Residential electric Solar

We loved the family owned company. All were professional and friendly. Always available. The job was finished ahead of schedule and we couldn't be happier. It's great seeing our meter going backward

Very happy with the installation crew and the final installation

Cosmic Solar did a great job from start to finish

Excellent and professional team - extremely smooth project

They had the best price, were the most responsive, and had the best understanding of what we wanted of 5 bidders who quoted. They made sure I got my rebate forms in and handled all permits, inspections, forms etc with a minimum of fuss and time required from us as customers. The installation team was a pleasure to work with Pey in particular was diligent in following up. They were ahead of schedule at every phase of the project, and completed the small items at the end quickly and efficiently. Price exactly as quoted - power delivery better than promised so far.

Couldn't be happier

Cosmic Solar installed our system a year and a half ago and the system has been working flawlessly since day one. We had just purchased our home and didn't have a lot of money to put down on a system so we decided to move forward with a no money down lease and we now save about $150 a month over what we would have paid SDGE with no down payment. We saved $1,800 last year and our payment is fixed for a full 20 years. Cosmic Solar is great! They did what they said they were going to do and went above and beyond in various situations, exceeding my expectations.

Cosmic solar

We chose Cosmic Solar after getting 4 different quotes. We did quite a bit of research on the subject and knew what we wanted. Bahram was very professional and courteous. He is NOT a salesperson. I liked that he was an engineer. Aside from having the best price for the number of panels that we wanted, I loved that it was a family owned local business.

Second System from Cosmic Solar

This is our second system from Cosmic Solar and I couldnt be happier. The office communicates very well with each other and the installation crew as well as the client. Our installation was well organized, efficient and clean. Our installation took place during a busy holiday time at our home and the intallers were extremely courteous and polite. Once again I couldnt be happier with everything.

Cosmic Solar

prompt, courteous, efficient, low bids
