The permit and HOA can be a pain, but the installation was seamless. It took a couple of months for Green Mountain and CenterPoint to get on the same page, but it's all coming together. The total available credits weren't applied, accounting glitch, but my bill for August was $56.00 Next month should be close to $0 Bottom line, solar is a no brainier!

We just had solar panels, triple pane windows, a radiant barrier with solar fans, and an energy efficiency tankless water heater installed by circle L Jami Georg, Adam Birdsong, and Casey Ostigin, my project managers and company rep were available by phone or text throughout the entire process. There was one minor problem with installation and when I called to point it out, it was fixed immediately, without any hassles. All of the installers were professional and the quality of the work they did is top notch. As a former design engineer, I read the specs on all the products they used. Their products are higher quality than the other solar companies we spoke to. Now that the project is finished, my husband and I are thrilled. Everyone that sees our windows wants to install them in their own hosue!

We had the best customer advice we could ask for. Angie the rep was amazing and very on point with everything that would happen to make our home better efficient. Also we had several companies come out and Circle L was the only one that offered the new AC unit and not even 2 days later after signing our A/C went out, they were not scheduled to come out for another week to install but made this priority because we have kids and animals so we were only out for one day. Amazing!!!!! If I had to do it all over, it would definitely be with them.

Great Sales Rep and Great Install

From the beginning our Rep was Angie McComb was always there and had the answers to all our questions. The installers were fantastic .. I shadowed them the whole day of install. Very professional. The support staff at the office always had answers to the questions we had during the pre-install date. All I do now is watch the iphone App and see how much I am not going to have to pay the electric company. This is my second home and second system ...I am very HAPPY I choose Angie and Circle L

Angie McComb was our sales rep from the beginning and she's always been excellent. We love our solar system, but have had problems with the hybrid water heater. Angie was always ready and very effective at resolving the issue. Highly recommended!

Expensive Purchase Made Simple

Given the expense associated with adding 58 solar panels to our home, you can bet we had SEVERAL companies come out to offer their "sales pitch." I can honestly say that after meeting with Angie McComb (who spent HOURS with us), the decision came easy. She answered every question completely and called for support when some of our questions became highly technical to make sure we were happy with our decision. To top it off, we really enjoyed the electrical and panel installation team. I had random questions during the 2-day installation and they happily explained everything they did and even took pictures of the rooftop and pergola for me so I could show it off to friends!

Friendly and Professional at a Reasonable Price

After about a month owning the system I can say that I am an extremely satisfied customer. The solar panels are working above my expectations as far as output and the installation was quick and efficient. They used high quality and efficient monocrystalline panels. No cut corners. A quality install. The entire process from the initial visit to my house to the installation was smooth. I would definitely recommend Circle L Solar to friend or family. Not foe.

We are excited to find out. we also received blown foam insulation and new windows so that has really helped us a lot already. Circle L Solar just installed our solar system and we couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Angie McComb spent two hours with us on her initial visit to evaluate our home and explain the system we needed. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and by the end of our visit every question we had was answered. The installation crew were awesome – wow did they work efficiently – left no mess anywhere – and were friendly and helpful even though we may have hovered a bit. Circle L Solar...where to start...Getting solar installed was an awesome stress-free experience for us; most importantly, we never felt pressured at all. They were very matter-of-fact and left the decisions up to us without being pushy. Our sales rep, Craig Melton was phenomenal. He was super friendly and very easy to talk to regarding the whole process. Very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of their scope of work; he did a fantastic job of explaining every question we had (even though we probably asked some of the same questions multiple times). He spent a few hours at our house (later in the evening to accommodate our work schedules) going over a complete energy efficiency assessment package for our 97 year old house. We ended up getting a new AC unit, spray-in attic insulation, attic radiant barrier and a 5.5 KW solar kit installed. Everything went perfectly...Circle L took care of all permits and inspections. Install went super quick. Communication was wonderful - Griselda and Charity from the office were always keeping us up to date with each step of the way. We have recommended Circle L to many of our family and neighbors and will continue to. This is a great company and we will definitely call them when we build our next house.

They not only installed solar but they put in a duct to covered porch and insallation R32 in attic and installed 2 ac/ gas heater units in attic and outside/ sealed all windows and doors! After done it only took one day for electric company to come and inspect and install a meter ! This is all because of Angie McComb

I was very happy with my overall experience with Circle L Solar. Everything moved very quickly and was installed well. Though I had to wait on my own electric company to do their part, my HOA (which is terrible!) was all handled by Circle L.

We were not sure about going Solar until Angie McComb spent the time with us to insure all of our concerns were addressed. We decided to proceed with the installation. The installation was very professional and we were very satisfied.

Had circle L Solar come out for sales pitch. Representative Angie McComb came out and spent 2 hours w us. She answered every question completely and insured that we understood. Other companies came out and did not. Angie even left us a written copy of everything she told us. Again, others did not. We signed with her and were pleasantly suprised with every one of the workers on site and the project managers, Tabitha and Charity at the office. The workers explained everything they did and even encouraged questions, which they completely answered. They even ate lunch while they were working. We even got a new circuit breaker panel, new water heater and new HVAC system, all of which were top of the line. Very happy with this company and All their personnel. Would I recommend them? Most definitely.

We have gone solar and we are loving it!!

We had Angie Mccomb come over and do an energy audit. She recommended replacing our HVAC and adding solar. Best decision we have made. We live in Garland and are with Garland Power Light and this was our only hope of escaping raising energy rates.
