Canopy Solar
Watch out I hired this company to install solar on my roof of my home. This project took them 11 months to complete the work . We call them several days they would never return the calls. We have several 2000 sq ft homes in our area, five next door They only install 8 panels on my roof. My neighbors have the same sq ft another company install 26 panels on there roof. I ask on of the installers if 8 panels were enough, he said sure. well my electric Bill is remains the same plus they charge me a few thousand more then my neighbors paid. This company is very irresponsible they said 8 panels was enough, They totally did not tell the truth, they took there money and never heard from them again. I do not recommend them, They might change there name.

Such A Mess!
Do NOT use this company, you will regret it. They have stalled and stumbled for 7 months!!!! After an initial flurry of activity for installation and the major payment, all went downhill fast. They didn't get the proper permits, didn't show up for inspections, and lately give us the excuse that the permitting center is closed due to COVID, which is NOT TRUE. We have a solar array and battery that have been inoperable since January. Wasted money and incredibly frustrating!!!! We tried being nice, calling every day, begging, pleading, NADA. We are now trying to figure out where they left off in the process so we can hire someone else to get us that last mile. Arghhhhhh... City inspectors know these guys and are very sympathetic to our situation!!!

I bought solar for all 3 of my properties and it was a big mista
I agreed to purchase solar from Canopy for all three of my properties and it has proven to be a big and costly mistake!! While I loved the salesman, the system and mostly, the installation is worst than I would had ever imagined! They destroyed my roof at my new home up north, insisted that the pictures sent is enough to approve payment, then when I went to my vacation home I was horrified by the fact that they removed the slate from my roof and replaced its with asphalt shingles at least 5 ft in each direction outside of the solar panels!! Absolutely unbelievable and incompetent! they agreed to fix or pay for me to fix and now wont return my calls!!! sick to my stomach on the costly mistake of trusting this company. Don't be a fool like me!!!

BUYER BEWARE!
BEWARE! We were sold by this company and have regretted it ever since. The system size and production we were promised was VERY OFF and we ended up with a system that only covers about 65% of our household needs.<br /><br />No help from company when we complained that we were misled. <br /><br />Avoid this company at all costs!

canopy energy installed soler system on my house, i payed in full, as soon as they got my check they vanished. having some problems and they will not return my calls or emails nothing.

Five stars from us!
I have a friend who had solar installed 2 years ago, I was skeptical about having solar. I wish I would have done this two years ago... my normal electric bill is average $350 a month, the first month with solar and a lot of cloudy days my electric bill $25 !!! Thank you so much Canopy Eenergy! You did an awesome job installing solar at my house. The crew was friendly, honest and explains the system, Costumer service even helped me with the applications for my tax credits. Five stars from us!

I love my Solar System!
Canopy Energy has been amazing to work with! They are professional and answered all of my questions.<br />They've kept us up to date with the whole process and are great at communicating. .<br />Emillie was amazing, has gone above and beyond her duties she still checks in with me to make sure I am happy and everything is going well.<br /><br />I highly recommend them!

hello. my grandfather once told be i'm not rich enough to afford buying something cheap. canopy are not cheap , i could have done it much cheaper. but i saw here the bad reviews and decided that i have to write my own personal experience with canopy. from the first moment the salesman entered my house , i know that this is someone i could trust , and after about 3 hours i even liked the guy. ans so decided to do business with them. in my opinion every home honer that dose not install solar is crazy , it's the best investment i ever did. from the very start i was treated with respect has a bank with give a millionaire . my every need was met and the new guy tal made sure to call me and ask if there is anything else i desire. thanks canopy i appreciate it and feel 100% pleased that i choose your company.

All the staff at Canopy Energy were very pleasant, professional, and I found them to be very knowledgeable about their product. <br /><br />When a misunderstanding came about, they were receptive to my questions and were very thorough with their assistance and helping to resolve the matter to my satisfaction.<br /><br />Overall I recommend this company. They were neat and clean and did not leave a mess at the end of the work shift.<br /><br />I now am using the sun to produce electricity!!
