This is the way to run a company; complete integrity and honesty. I hired Bliss Bros to replace my old damaged solar batteries (from a different solar co. that is no longer in business). Clayton, Daniel, and Matt did a great job, and relocated the new batteries to an inside garage location. They have the same unimpeachable integrity as does Kevin Bliss. I am very pleased with the whole process. Bliss Bros are a throwback with their honesty and integrity, and communications on a timely basis. Should I ever need to add to or modify my system I am calling Bliss Bros. Period.

Bliss Brothers worked hard to make sure I got the best system possible for my energy needs. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped us understand our system and what to expect moving forward. The boss personally came out to help with my project. Not only did he help me solve all of the problems I had from a bad install from the competition, but he personally went to the next city over to get the right parts and even brought lunch. I cant praise this man enough, I was genuinely worried that I couldnt get the project finished, but he made everything possible.

Anson did a great job selling us our system and communicating with us about installing the system. The install team was top notch, did good work that looks nice and is up and running. We have backup batteries and selling power back to the grid. Would recommend Bliss Bros to anyone looking for solar.

We purchased a solar system the end of last year and have been pleased with our purchase. The panels work well and everything functions as it should. The electrical work was well done and the owner and sales person were very receptive to questions. I spoke to several other companies and the Bliss Brothers were much more straight forward. Overall a great experience.

From the first phone call to the last day of service and full installation, the level of satisfaction and customer service was above and beyond, and above reproach. The employees were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, Skillful, and had a " can do" positive attitude. The work was done correctly, as promised and on time. Bliss Brothers provided me with the information and education needed to make a competent decision as to how many solar panels I would need, where best to place them, and communicated with my local electric company in assuring that all of the paper work (which their office thankfully completed & submitted) and inspections necessary for compliance were completed & submitted. They showed up on the specified day to install the panels and system, completing the install of 28 panels and emphase system in 4 hours. They've been responsive to any and all questions, and have checked in with me since the install to see if I had any further questions or concerns about the system. The name of the business, Bliss Brothers Solar is a bit misleading in that it seems as if, the entire family, not just the Brothers, work there. In addition, they not only do Solar, but also roofs, so they can professionally determine if your shingles need attention before installing the panels. In addition to all of this, they connected us to financing with an excellent interest rate with payments deferred for an entire year with a fixed rate under two percent. If you're looking for a local, family business that will treat you like family then you need look no further. This company far exceeded any expectations I could of had. I consider my standards to high when contracting for work to be done. Both Kevin and Logan went far beyond what I wanted to ensure that was happy with my solar panels. Even checking months after work was completed and paid for to see if everything was still working properly and I was not having issues. When I did have a problem with a panels(one shattered due to Mother Nature having a temper tantrum) after the warranty Kevin went so far as to replace the panel on his own and take the fight to the manufacturer so I would not have to deal with it. This is a true customer loyal company. Tim.

My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Anson Barlow and Kevin Bliss at our house and discuss the solar package we ultimately ended up purchasing. They explained the process, the advantages and the steps we would need to take to get us to the point of install. They spoke to our needs, not what they wanted us to hear but what we needed to hear and to ultimately make a rational decision. We had looked into solar the previous year and had a competitors sales team visit us to discuss. Not only were they higher in cost but very disorganized in their delivery of their product and services. It became an easy choice at that point. We have been extremely happy with the system that Bliss Brothers installed but also when we have had questions on things, the way Anson, Kevin and their team at the shop have responded to those questions has been unbelievably quick and on point. Bliss Brothers Solar is a very impressive company and of very high integrity, which is hard to find in todays world. During the install phase of the system, I watched them hand dig holes 4 foot deep to put in my ground mounts in very rocky soil. They even worked late in the day, in order to install the entire system in 2-3 days as promised. The portion of my system on the roof of my house, has a fool proof system to prevent any leaks. Great care was taken to be sure and have each mounting bracket/ flashing plate centered on the roof trusses, not to the roof sheathing as some companies do. I normally use people to do work on my house that I’ve used before, that have proven to me they can be trusted to do exceptional work. Bliss Brothers Solar has been added to that list. I would not bother to get bids as I do not concerning other workers at my house that have proven that to me. If I do any further solar work in the future I would only use them. The owner is a wonderful family man with high standards of caring for his customers and making things right, addressing any and all concerns. I’ve found out it is a family business and they treat there customers as part of the family. Thank you all for a great job!

Bliss Brothers Solar did a great job from start to finish. They kept me informed all along the way, so it seemed like it didn’t take very long to get it done. Now I’m saving tons on my electric bill.

We Chose Bliss Brothers Solar, because of their roofing knowledge and real experience. They also have an office in our area here in Springfield. We were not comfortable with the idea of having some other solar company put solar on our roof without the roofing experience. Most of them would only warranty their work for 5 years where as Bliss Brothers warrantied their work for the lifetime of the installation.

A friendly, locally owned company. A low-no pressure "solar sales" pitch meeting followed up by a quick, efficient installation process once we decided to go with them. Always available to answer any questions and address any issues we had (though issues were non-existent).

Best solar company out there. I love that they also have a roofing company so I didn’t have to worry about leaks. Their sales people are not pushy or use high pressured sales tactics like their competitors. The Bliss Brothers are very nice, clean cut, and have the integrity that I like to see in a company. I will refer them to all of my friends.

I found them because they were referred to by another solar company because they are more local to my area. I asked for some references and got a list of addresses to view their work. Not only did we go check the references we stopped and talked to home owners. Everyone was happy with their solar installation and how the company treated them. I too am now a happy customer

Bliss Brothers installed a large ground array for me just behind my house. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of the installation, the quality of the components, the appearance of the array, the speed of the work, etc. When I had a concern the first month regarding whether it was working correctly, Kevin Bliss came out and ran a diagnostic test to show me the output from the panels. It has since eliminated my electric bill most months of the year. And he gave this all to me at a cost that can't be beat!

I have been in the solar industry in the Midwest for 2 1/2 years. I have never worked for Bliss Brothers Solar directly, but I have worked with them many many times. They have great pricing, very high-quality, get the job done very fast, and they always stand by their work. I have seen them turn down install jobs after driving a few hours to get on site, just because the homeowners roof was bad and they weren’t comfortable with installing panels on it until the roof was replaced. They are a good, honest company, and I highly recommend them.
