Barrett Solar

Barrett Solar did a good job installing my system, but their customer service is non-existent once they have been paid. Stay away from these guys, you are just another sale to them.

Barrett Solar, Tyler Blanchard is possibly the wires company I have every done business. They installed equipment 4 months later than promised. They do not return any phone calls. I made a huge mistake hiring them.

After the sale, pathetic customer service

We have had our system for a couple years, and have an issue with an inverter. We received a replacement from the manufacturer, but Barrett Solar does not return emails or phone calls about repairing the system. Also, after referring a couple friends, one bought a system from Barrett Solar. Don’t believe them when they say that you will get a $500 referral bonus. That’s BS. If I had it to do over again, I’d pick another company.

Solar installation

The only bad part of this contract was the payment, I thought will I really benefit from going Solar and how long will it take to recover my investment. There was no high pressure sales pitch which is really nice. I was told what they had to offer and the price.

Great service

Super happy with the outcome of the work Barrett did. The equipment is first rate, the solar technicians knew their stuff and were very nice.

Impossible to get service

We have had 1/3 of our solar system down four months. All we hear are excuses.

From start to finish my husband & I were very pleased with Barrett Solar. Steve made the whole process very simple for us and kept our mind at ease about everything. The whole process was very quick, from the initial visit to having our Solar turned on was only about five weeks. I would highly recommend Barrett Solar to anyone, you won't find a better company! Fast, friendly, affordable, great customer service, and an awesome install team.

Great Price! Great people! Great install crew!

We've been really impressed and pleased with Barrett Solar! We looked around, had 4 different companies give us bids for solar for our house and Barrett Solar came out on top in all categories. They are knowledgeable, honest and generally want to help you get the results you want. And Ted the electrician is a gem! Great guy! I highly recommend!

Professional presentation by Stephen on proposed solar system

This company shows a very professional and knowledge based view of the solar systems for residential customer. Stephen was very courteous and showed a great interest in showing different roof locations and equipment. He is a good teacher and was very informative to both myself and my wife.

Good people

For some reason there was a small communication issue between us and the city and them but as soon as it was discovered they fixed it and everything went off with out a hitch all of their people were great to work with very polite and there crew's new their jobs very well they cleaned up so good you couldn't tell they had been here other than the panels on the roof

Quality service with a smile

Responsive, professional, and friendly sales and installation team. Kept us informed along the way and navigated well through the regulatory requirements. We are happy with the installation. Too soon to say for sure that we will get the expected ROI but we are optimistic.
