Arizona Solar Wave

5 Star review

The company was very knowledgable and very friendly. They answered every question I had. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy solar panels.

Arizona Solar Wave is Awesome

Brad Bradley was excellent to deal with from the time he contacted me, explained the process, and through installation. He helped me understand the process and answered all my questions, returned all my calls and emails promptly. I am very happy with my purchase!

My experience with Arizona Solar Wave

I am very happy with the experience with Arizona Solar Wave. The salesman was very courteous and clearly explained everything. I worked with the head office in preparation for the installation of the solar panel. They were very professional and explained what I could expect from this process. They were very understanding when I called with questions and to me not to hesitate to call if I had any others. I was very happy when I was given the date of installation because it was earlier thank I expected. They literally did everything, which shows how efficient the company is directed. This makes it so much easier on the customer. The installation crew came out in the morning, they were very courteous. I was very impressed with their work. The electrician explained to me what he was doing and how the system worked. I appreciated that he took that time. What he did was a real work of art in bending the metal tubing to go around the curves in the house. Nothing was sticking out, it blended in right with the house, it looked very good. The solar installers worked flawlessly together in setting up the frame to hold the panels. I watched how careful they were in moving the roof tiles up to the placing of the solar panels. Overall this was a great Team that knew what they were doing and how to inform the customer on wha to expect. They were so good there were delays or mistakes. Just a good honest business that delivers an excellent product of which I am very happy with. Thank you and keep up the great work :-)

Honest pricing and direct communications

We studied the three proposals that we received and picked Arizona Solar Wave. I have been a financial analyst, systems analyst and overall data geek for 40 years and found their information easiest to understand and their pricing much more reasonable. Our questions were responded to in an informative and honest way that showed us that Arizona Solar Wave understood their business and cared about us. We have had the panels installed (great installation crew and work) and commissioned and we are very happy with the way the system functions. They have kept in touch with us to make sure that we are happy with the work and that everything is working properly. And tried to help us understand the complexity of SRP price plans. Good people!

Straight up, no pressure, ASW are awesome

Donnie sat down and talked about Arizona Solar Wave. He went thru the systems for residential homes. He went thru the finances and tax incentives. There was no pressure at all. Once we decided to go solar. Donnie wrote up the paper work. Very simple process. Once we were set, I was contacted by Brad (General Manager). He explained more of the process and that he will be the one over looking the install and SRP hook up. One little hiccup with SRP not Arizona Solar Wave. Once that was figured out. I'm now hooked up and producing power. Brad explained meters and inverter box. SMA Sunny Boy inverter is easy to connect to by phone or computer.

Professional, great service from first contact to going live.

They always made sure we understood the information on the system and answered every question. Nothing was left to chance they worked through the entire process. After a long career as part of upper management in the construction industry, the exceeded every expectation. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.

Seriously, the BEST

We interviewed 5 different solar companies and we went with Arizona Solar Wave because they had the best reviews but Brad was the main reason we decided to go with them. He's a project manager - not a Salesman. He is incredibly knowledgable and helpful, no pressure and we never felt rushed. He spent hours with us, answering all of our questions - he knows every aspect of solar including financing and tax credits! Brad was awesome in helping us configure the best system for our home, super responsive, and he'd even follow up regularly with us and APS. Sometimes he'd call just to tell us nothing was happening yet, but we were totally fine with it because we knew we weren't forgotten! Brad makes you feel like you are his only client - I hardly ever had to leave him a message because he almost always answered his phone. Even the guys that installed the panels were awesome, very polite, on time, efficient and even moved their vehicle for me when I had to leave! Yes, it took awhile, but we knew that it was going to be worth the wait. In short, the whole process took a little over 90 days but we are so happy with the results and Arizona Solar Wave. Thanks again Brad for everything!!

Exceptional Solar Installation, Company, and Team!

AZ Solar Wave met every one of our requests, requirements for power and system requirements, met all of our deadlines and worked flawlessly with SRP! We had our plans approved, the installation completed, and SRP meter in and running ahead of our planned scheduled and we even opted to increase our solar panel size from 16 to 18 panels. Over 1 year later, our system is still flawless in every regard! We recently called for a checkup on our system and we met by the same experienced and friendly team members who immediately assisted us with our needs. AZ Solar Wave was also one of the few companies willing to work with SRP and together they performed admirably, honorably, and every dime we spent was 100% worth it and even now we see improvements and benefits going solar and would completely advocate calling AZ Solar Wave and speaking to them for any of their needs. Thank you so much for the project, efforts, and continued support! We love our system and we love working with you!

Very Professional!

The representative didn't push or press but was very knowledgeable, informative, without a canned presentation.

Professional service

I chose them from a solicitation. I was very pleased. The presentation was clear and very information. I have been involved with real estate development for over 35 years and found the installation staff to be very professional and knowledgeable. Everything went as planned and it was very clear and well handled.

Great system installed ahead of schedule

Highly recommended local installer. Answered all of my questions about the hardware and possible future expansions. They were happy to send me their plans in each phase and were open to questions and making changes. I am completely satisfied with the final product and the speed to which they were able to arrange inspection and utility hookup. I appreciate the detail done during the installation including painting the new conduits to match the three different house colors.

Outstanding Service

From day one I have been very pleased with Arizona Solar Wave. They took the time to explain in very simple terminology every aspect of solar power, from the production of power to the costs involved. On the day of installation the crew took the time to explain what they were going to do and the approximate time it would take. The process was superb, the quality of the work excellent. I would recommend Arizona Solar Wave without question to anyone needing solar.

Satisfaction plus

The crew did an outstanding job on the installation of the PV system, professional, efficient, and timely. Very concientious, installation was quick and painless. One day on the installation, and then waiting for the inspections to clear. I look forward to years of rugged reliable power production. Would recommend Arizona Solar wave to anyone considering PV without hesitation

Solar System

Arizona Solar Wave did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Before even signing with them Brad did an excellent job of explaining how solar worked, the process and what to expect before, during and after. We needed to upgrade our home power box and they handled that for us with APS as well. All of the workers were professional and the completed job is very neatly organized and looks great. I could call Brad at anytime and on any day to ask him questions. He was always happy to assist me.

Awesome experience

We did a lot of reasearch before choosing a company to go with, we spoke with multiple companies and received 4 quotes on solar. Brian, one of the owners was one of the first people we spoke with, his knowledge level was off the scale!! He was so good about answering my questions throughout the education process, there were so many different opinions on how to build a system, equipment to use and solar methodologies. What really impressed me is that he was honest about what types of systems for good and why, and what systems were not good for me and why but not once did he ever knock down other companies, he simply answered my questions and never pressed for a hard sell!! That’s integrity, and that goes a long way in my book!! He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and the way he did it made it clear to me that this was the only company to choose!! After that, Brad picked up the ball and ran with the details, again I was supper impressed not only with a high level of knowlage, but the communication process was so easy, email and text was the main line of communication which made it very easy for me, and when I needed to actually talk with him, his call back response time was minutes!!! Not hours or days! And Brian was the same way. Even after the installation was complete and I had questions about dialing the rest of my house into the solar wave The level of communication was exactly the same fast and super informative Installation day was so easy, I could barely tell they were on the roof! Fast, professional and the installers took all the time I needed to answer any questions I had as they were doing the installation. It’s rare to find a company that is so consistent through every rank of the business. I would highly recommend this company, they will not oversell you and listen to your needs and build a system to meet exactly what you were looking for at a price that is fair.

Happy Arizona Solar Customer

Our system installed on time, and is performing well. Arizona Solar did a fantastic job designing and installing our solar. Brad, our salesperson, has done an exceptional job of educating us, and guiding us through the entire process. I highly recommend him, and Arizona Solar Wave!

So very happy!

This company has gone above and beyond since day one with us, and I can't be more pleased with the end result! In addition to receiving our solar system from them (and they did such a perfect professional job, by the way), we also purchased a 17 stage water driven water filtration system for $6 more per month than just the solar package! Our water tastes great right out of the fawcet!! That's HUGE, if you live in AZ!

Happy Homeowner

Absolutely thrilled best customer service very pleased Brad was very easy to work with!

Arizona Solar Wave--Solar System Installation

After interviewing a couple of recommended Solar Companies I decided to contract Arizona Solar Wave because they impressed me by looking out for my best interest. The others wanted to sell the Premium installation with batteries and other gadgets at a premium price. Arizona Solar Wave looked at my monthly usage and sized my system so that I would get the most bang for my buck by utilizing the correct number of panels to cover my consumption for six months out of the year and minimize my purchased Kwh for the rest of the year. I was able to talk directly to the owner/engineer when I had questions and he always had answers that made good sense to me. I am a Mechanical Engineer and probably had more questions than he wanted to answer but he always took the time to talk to me. The installation crew were very prompt, show up exactly when they said they would arrive and in less than four hours the project was complete. The workmen were very neat and professional, each wearing an Arizona Solar Wave shirt to identify themselves. They cleaned up after the job was completed and the electrician instructed me on the operation of the system and demonstrated how the system actually worked before SRP came out to change out the meters and put the system into operation. Very well pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent and Professional Service

Arizona Solar Wave deserves more than a 5 stars. The service and the installation process was excellent and very professional and it is exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy that we chose Arizona Solar Wave and would always recommend it. A sincere thank you from a happy customer in Glendale AZ!!!

New Solar Install

Our experience with Arizona Solar Wave was great All of the people in the company are very personable. Each step of the install was done as per the schedule. The quality of the works looks great and the guys cleaned their mess before leaving. I would highly recommend them for your install.

New solar system in Springfield Resort community

It was a very easy process. AZ waves solar took care of everything. A few forms to fill out they arranged for and took care of all of the permitting, installation and follow up. I am pleased with the whole process, everything was as represented very satisfying.

My new solar

Just had my solar system installed the workers are very knowledgeable and polite answered all my question explained what they were doing as they installed the panel system

Brad is Great!

We had a great experience with Arizona Solar Wave. We had a difficult project that encompassed more than just a solar panel system. Brad was great about anticipating potential issues and made recommendations to make our project better aesthetically. Although it was a big project and there were some hiccups along the way, Brad was super responsive, always responding to our concerns often within minutes of our call. He took care of everything including working with APS to move things along quicker. The final product is excellent and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Brad for an excellent project well done!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Having Arizona Solar Waves install solar panels and do all the behind the scene details was a very smart decision on my part. Everything, from the time I set up the appointment, until the tubing was painted, was on time and done well. Everyone was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. There was only 1or 2 things I needed to do and everything else they did. I highly recommend Arizona Solar Waves.
