Big Project with Zero Hassle

As a person with General Contractor experience on projects that span a variety of projects, I was completely satisfied with the AZ Solar Wave experience. They came in on time and on budget for the project. We have a large house and didn't want the solar panels placed on the front of the house so we worked with their engineers to find a spot that would be efficient, but would not show from the street. That spot ended up being on the roof of our barn. AZ Solar Wave worked with us throughout the entire process, getting the architectural drawings, obtaining permits and handling the city, digging the trenches for the electrical and even getting the financing in place. The 66 panels were installed in one day, all of the conduits were clearly marked and put in places that were inconspicuous and yet well marked with safety being paramount. The prep for the project took about 4 days and AZ Solar Wave did the work with top of the line equipment, which made the job efficient and quiet, for the most part. We did not have to supervise the project at all because their employees knew what they were doing. The job itself took about 2 months for the planning stage, 4 days to a week for the installation, and about another 7 days for APS to come out, approve and issue an operating permit. As soon as we got the operating permit, I texted Brad Bradley and he sent someone over that day to turn the system on. Sixteen Thousand volts later, we are effectively off the grid and extremely pleased with the entire process. My first bill from APS was $135.48 versus the previous month that was $658.86. Granted, it was late summer and the hottest time of the year, but the difference was even better than we had anticipated. The good part of the job is knowing that in the not-too-distant future, the system will be paid off and when we get to retirement age, there will be no big electric bill. I saw on TV that APS is asking for yet another rate hike, and I'm sure that this is not their last one. If you are considering solar, AZ Solar Wave is the company to use. They take care of every step of the process, quote exactly what is going to cost, arrange financing, do a professional job, and leave the property in excellent shape. Their crew doesn't leave a mess and they went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and that there were no issues. They even painted the conduit pipes to match our house so that everything blended in.

Fantastic

Compared to other companies, Arizona Solar Wave is far ahead of the competition!

Arizona Solar Wave was Amazing

If you are even remotely considering solar, I highly recommend you call Arizona Solar Wave. Arizona Solar Wave impressed and delivered in every step of the process. During our initial meeting, Justin took the time to educate. He answered all of our questions and presented a customized plan that met our needs. When we decided to move forward everyone delivered high quality service and professional workmanship. The compelling reasons for our decision to go with Arizona Solar Wave were the high quality products, their guarantee/warranty, their history of outstanding service, and the fact that they are a local company. Brad, pro-actively guided us through every step of the process, from applications, to installation, to commissioning. We are very pleased with our solar system and confident that we have a partner with Arizona Solar Wave as we move forward with renewable and sustainable energy solutions.

Arizona Solar Wave - an excellent professional choice!!

I am duly impressed with the professional and timely performance of Arizona Solar Wave co. Having been fully entrenched with utility companies my entire life (my father was the General Manager of SRP), we were made aware constantly of the need to decrease pollution on our planet and turn to cleaner sources of energy. Az. Solar Wave delivered in a timely manner, facilitated smoothly with City inspections and the utility companies (SRP), and made this transition a great experience! Kudos to Brad B. and team!! Thanks again- Michael Perkins

Happy with the choice we made going with AZ Solar Wave

I am the COO of a small/medium-sized company, which continues to quickly grow. Therefore, I have very little time to waste, so, I look to do business with those that will shoot it to me straight and follow through on their promises. I met with several different solar providers and decided to go with Arizona Solar Wave based on my research and dealing directly with their representative Brad Bradley. He was very straightforward with me on cost, timeframes, the end-all product and what it will provide for me and my family. He underestimated production and then overproduced production from what I'm seeing so far. This is a very rare occurrence in today's business market. It is usually the other way around. Brad also kept all deadlines on work to be performed, inspections to happen and date of startup. In addition, his crew was amazing. A great group of people that were professional and respectful to my entire family. The crew was enjoyable to interact with. I highly recommend AZ Solar Wave. - Jeremy K.

Good Customer Service, lousy bureaucracy County and APS

Best reviews after researching all solar companies on the internet. Zero complaints from the Better Business Bureau!

Highly recommended solar installer

Brad was excellent at explaining the cost advantages of our system, and the design and installation went smoothly.

Brad Bradley was great to work with, the crews were great.

After doing much research I felt that Az. Solar and it's owners were the best choice for us, reputation and professionalism were very important, they got A's on all.

Solar WITHOUT hassle!!

We have been researching solar for at least 5 years. In that time we began the process with another company some years back AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE, so we pulled the plug before having a 20+ year commitment with a company that was ineffective at getting it done. After that we had several solar sales over to discuss getting it all set, it wasn't about cost for us, it was about a company that would make this process easy - none of them made us comfortable enough to pull the trigger again. Until Patrick showed up about a year ago, we discussed with him and told him that we weren't ready right at that time but we would move forward with him when we were. Patrick kept in contact, cordially and respecting our timeline. Then, late this past Spring (2019), we came into a position where we were ready and called Patrick. They came out and went through everything again to make sure we had the proper info and expectations. Even though we were not as concerned with price as with a solid company, the price we received was substantially better than many that we had researched. So, we signed. Now, here is where the magic happened. The process AFTER the sale tells you A LOT about a company and, with solar and all the city and power company regulations (essentially the city and power company work to sabotage this process to retain revenue - sad, but, true), Arizona Solar Wave was ON POINT!! So much so that I don't know how I would handle the process without wanting to throw hands with the inspectors and regulators. But, my man Brad was AMAZING - sign up just to work with this rare professional, you won't be disappointing. Brad kept us posted with everything - good AND bad, without hesitation and always had the steps to proceed. Those steps to proceed NEVER INCLUDED US (my wife or I) lifting a finger, Brad took care of EVERYTHING, yet he kept us informed and in the loop the entire time. To be frank, I have worked with many, many people on many different projects, folks that were either good, great, ok, or horrible and Brad is probably the best person I have worked with in any capacity. Again, if you are on the fence and reading this, my advice is to sign up if for no other reason than to work with this guy and this great company. This is a five star company in every sense of the word! Hmmm, now I am wondering if I can invest in AZ Solar Wave, it would probably be a bit like getting Apple Stock in the 90s......

Great Experience

To keep it short and sweet: Working with Brad was great; he made sure to communicate clearly every step of the way, from the initial consultation to the steps leading up to install. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience and feel comfortable reaching out to Brad even now that the project is complete. If you're looking to get solar for your home, do yourself a favor and give Arizona Solar Wave a call; like us, you'll them a pleasure to work with.

Competitive Pricing, Great Service, and Superior Follow-up

From the original sales presentation (clear and forthright), to the installation and interaction with the city and SRP (Brad Bradley) this company was so professional and friendly. Communication throughout the process was wonderful! I would highly recommend ASW and the expert assistance of Brad Bradley!

Great company, the numbers worked and install was cake

After having talked with several other guys Arizona Solar Wave was the only company that made the numbers work in our benefit. The next step was a couple of easy back and forth emails going over the details and setting up a date, easy peasy. They installed sooner than they said they could. The install team was very friendly with no disruption what so ever to me and my family. Infact my three kids wanted to watch everything going on, they were very curious about how this was going to work. After installation was done I must say the team was awesome they cleaned up, they was quiet, they was quick. After install we had APS install there part of the meter and we had power up and running. Truth be I called right after APS left just to turn the system on, I was excited to start it up, kid at Christmas. So far the process has been completely awesome and I would recommend them to everyone if the numbers work for you. Its savings, it's easy Arizona Solar Wave took care of everything, and I have had Brad from Arizona Solar Wave keep in contact for follow up several times showing they care about each install. Thank you guys.

Solar wave did a great job with the installation of my solar sys

I chose solar wave after getting five different estimates on a solar system and reading reviews for days. The salesman was honest and the price was the very competitive. I decided to let them do the installation and I'm glad I did they were very professional and timely and communicated with me every step of the way. The answered any questions I had and did the job and a timely manner. I will recommend solar wave to anyone who needs a solar system installed on their house.

Arizona solar wave is an awesome company, Brad is amazing!!

Arizona Solar Wave does everything in house they do not contract out, our project manager Brad was there from the signing of the contract to the future if there’s any issues and the crew that came out and installed were very professional and polite and concerned about the homeowners needs. I would recommend Arizona solar wave to anybody , They did not make any promises they did not keep and everything was done and running with in the timeframe that they promised.. Amazing!!!!!

Great system

Awesome system and one of the best company out there for solar. Best customer service whatever you need they will help you with.

Great local company

Arizona Solar Wave was an easy choice for our solar system installation. They did everything they promised and in the time line they gave us. Their workers were quick and when they left, you could not tell they has even been there. They cleaned up all of the debris from the project. Communication from Brad Bradly was excellent. We always knew what was next. When there was a problem with the existing roof shingles, we were able to get that taken care of, even though we were out of the country. If we decide to add more panels or need any further services, we will definitely use Arizona Solar Wave.

Great Company.

Got everything as promised and Brad was always instantly accessible for questions.

Good communication and excellent service!

I found SolarReviews online and setup appointments with 3 of the top reviewed. I chose Arizona Solar Wave because they had years of experience and no pressure knowledgeable sales team. I was able to get answers to all of my questions from their engineer, Brad Bradley.

It was a pleasure from first contact to commissioning system

Mike Bradley met me at my home. He was very professional, informative, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and brought up ones I had forgotten. Everything came about exactly as he had told me it would.

Not easy to please and they still knocked it out of the park.

Brad Bradley was critical in my install. I had a large system install (for me). I was doing a refi on my house at first so we talked for a long while before I could proceed. He answered all my questions and no sales pressure at all. I also a brand new AC and pool pump put in at the same time and Brad was there with me during the whole process. Each phase I worked out any issues I had and project went very smooth even with my HOA in the mix. Highly recommend.

Our Appreciation

Thank you sincerely for working with us in making sure that our experience in having solar panels installed in our home ran smoothly. Mr. Bradley was in constant communication with us all throughout making sure that everything is looked into including meeting the the SRP reps for all the requirements. We felt that it was not as tedious work as other owners claimed. Arizona Solar Wave made it an easy process. We have yet to see the change in our electricity bill, but we are confident that having the solar panel would make a big difference.

They were professional and explained every thing clearly.

No hard sale or pressure to make a decision.

Excellent Service

We met with several solar companies, considered leasing and buying. Brad from Solar Wave was the only one who really helped us understand what all the numbers meant and was straight forward with answers. Price was in line with other vendors; but, it wasn't the service and honest straight forward answers that made our decision.
