Arizona Solar Wave

Arizona Solar Wave was an excellent company to work with.

The sales representative was knowledgeable and explained the process of getting solar and the costs. They were able to get a roofing contractor (Cloud Roofing) to re-felt the roof quickly and for reasonable cost. The solar installer were professional. They completed the install in two day and were courteous and willing to explain what the process. The entire solar installation from first sales call to turning on the system was very quick a little over 5 weeks. That was mid March not late April.

AZ Solar Wave is GREAT!

AZ Solar Wave, was responsive all the way through the project and post installation. I was kept informed of the process and its progress, and all the personnel were friendly and professional. They did a great job, and we are extremely happy with their service, and our system.

Great service and quick work!

From start to finish the company had amazing service. The process was quick and painless on my end and any questions I had were answered in a very timely manner.

Catch this wave!

Arizona Solar Wave did an excellent job for me. The whole process was easy, and explained every step of the way. I am very pleased with everything. This company is local and they back up what they say. I highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave. Catch the wave!

Excellent, Proficient & Responsive

Arizona Solar Wave (ASW), from the day we called them looking for a quote to convert our home to solar, demonstrated their expertise, knowledge and commitment to a quality install of our solar home conversion. They took time to educate my wife and me on solar power, answering all questions we posed during all stages of performance, met scheduled installation dates and ease of coordination with Salt River Project for final tie into the SRP grid. Though we took time to review three other companies, at no time did we feel pressured toward a sale even when we called them after our original consultation for proposal and design clarifications. To add an exclamation point to our experience of excellent service, when challenged by a faulty service connection with SRP's termination at our new panel, they came out immediately, uncovered the problem and had SRP at our home in a couple hours to correct the issue. Our experience with ASW was exceptional and we would highly recommend their company to anyone looking for solar conversion of their homes.

The Best Solar Company

Deciding to install solar can be stressful, but the process with Solar Wave and the expertise of Brad made it seemless. This company truly personifies customer service. There was never any pressure to buy. Brad was respectful, professional and knowledgeable; even six months after installation he is still readily accessible for questions! The installation was on time as promised and the workers were polite and thorough, totally cleaning up afterward. Knowing that this is a local company adds a layer of confidence that other companies can't provide. I really appreciate the personal attention they give.

Arizona Solar Wave was the perfect choice for us.

We had gotten four quotes for solor panels. Arizona Solar Wave was A+ rated on the BBB.org, and the only one with no complaints. They took the time to make sure we understood the process, the warrenty and how they would be there if we needed them. The were also very competitively priced.

Excellent Company!

We researched solar companies pretty extensively before we decided on ASW. The salesman was barely finished with his pitch when I said to sign us up. After that, Brad Bradley contacted us and explained in detail how the whole process would work, and everything proceeded just as he stated it would. If I had any questions and emailed or texted Brad, I heard back within minutes if not seconds. Really. Great guy. The panels are now installed, have been for over 2 months; no issues, plus we are generating more power than we are using, so we have credit with APS. Total satisfaction.

No more doubts

I was a little leary of Solar altogether so I needed to do plenty of research to be sure I made the right choice in choosing a company. After much research, Solar Wave seemed like the best option and that choice has not let me down.

Great company to deal with

Everyone from the initial contact on the phone to sales and installation was professional and courteous. I felt the ownership had a great reputation and would continue to be in the business well into the future.

Super Solar Company

This is the second home that we've owned that we've added Solar. First company was great but Arizona Solar Wave is SUPER. Very informative, excellent communication, up and running generating power before the suggested 60 days. Fantastic. Highly recommend them. All with a 25 year WARRANTY.

Exceeded expectations in all catagories

I believe this company and it's experienced and caring team provides the best quality and value available. And better still, after the sale make themselves available to answer all questions you may have; especially regarding the best of many plans your utility may make available.

Arizona Solar Wave was top notch and professional from day one!

We chose Arizona Solar Wave because your salesman Don contacted us with his proposal for installing solar on our house. He was very convincing and knowledgeable of his product. We were impressed enough to go with Arizona Solar Wave and have not been disappointed. Their installation was quick and efficient. The installers knew exactly what they were doing. They even painted the pipes the color of our house and cleaned up after themselves. They explained to us how the system worked and what to do if there was an issue. We would highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave to anyone interested in purchasing solar panels.

Fantastic experience from start to finish

Arizona Solar Wave offered a very competitive rate for top notch experience, equipment, and customer service. Justin talked us through all the details, owner Corey called a couple times, and Brad took over scheduling the permits, installation, inspections and turn-on. It all went extremely smoothly and everyone involved was a pleasure to do business with. The installers took less than 4 hours! Every step was done quicker than anticipated. We would (and have) recommend Arizona Solar Wave to anyone interested in our experience.

Great Communication

upfront about realistic size system needed. Others started small and grew.

A great Solar Company

My experience with Arizona Solar Wave was perfect. I found them here on Solar Reviews and gave them a call based on their rating here. Every single interaction with this company was fantastic. The initial consult took my estimated power usage and built a system with room to grow. The sales advisor didn't try to over sell me and the finance company the use is great as well. After signing the owner of the company reached out and made sure my system was installed correctly. Time from call to Power-on was just a tick over 100 days due to city and utility delays. Arizona Solar wave stayed on top of both of those the best they could and kept things moving for me. After my install I recommend them to both my mother and a few friends and I would highly recommend them to you as well.

The care, service and professionalism were exemplary throughout!

AZ Solar was not the least expensive of our options, but we selected AZ Solar Wave due to the extensive warranties and outstanding customer reviews. They exceeded our expectations at every phase of this project. The slight premium for their service was easily justified.

A reassuring and reliable team of people at Arizona Solar Wave.

I looked at more than 20 companies reviews. Every company had both good and bad reviews. The first thing I noticed was all the bad reviews were similar. Sales people made false promises. contractors not being paid resulting in no technical support. The outside contractor going out of business and the warranty is void. The #1 bad review, calling the sales person with a problem and not getting a response. Then I came across Arizona Solar Wave's reviews. They did not have a bad review in 20 years! Both mike and Brad contacted me. They were straight to the point and honest. The company was created by Mr. McCormack. He built his company on good principle and an electrical engineering background. This company is in house. This eliminates the issues I mentioned with other sellers. From the time I signed the contract to the time I threw the switch on, Arizona Solar Wave had it done in 58 days! That's impressive! I added up my entire electrical bills for last year. My monthly payments for this entire year will only be 25% of last year! Not to mention the credits I will receive this winter for putting power back into the grid! Yesterday 2/13/21 was a completely cloudy day in PHX. AZ. My panels were making power and putting some power back into the grid. So my friends. Take not mans word for it. I challenge You, to test all things your self. 1 THESS. 21,22. SEE YA ON TYHE SOLAR WINDS!!

Very efficient and friendly to work with.

After reviewing several companies I went with them for their honesty and information they provided up front. Their price was very competitive.

Company did exactly what they told me they would.

After researching various companies I found Arizona Solar Wave & Energy to have the best deal and reviews. They installed the panels in one day. As soon as the permit process was finished they turned on my system by the dead line of 12/31/2020 to ensure the 26 percent tax credit as they promised. I would highly recommend this company to anyone desiring solar equipment.

Great service!

I researched and received quotes from several different companies. AZ solar waves by far the best with prices, questions and service. I called and e-mailed several times to ask questions and one of the owners either answered (not a machine a live person) or got back to me within the hour. One owner actually answered my call as he was on his way to a funeral. Our panels are installed and they have been there every step of the way with support. Give AZ solar wave a call. You won't be disappointed.

I am glad I selected AZ Solar Wave, end results are PERFECT

# 1 was commitment to the install and completion date, ext was the sales person did not push for the sale, all my questions we answered, if he did not have the answer he called on the slot rather than BS me, as I am an SME night electrical systems and teach it for a living, the options I got were 2 software/hardware packages to allow my monitoring of the entire system from the individuals panel to the emphase (tm) box to the main panel, I can see every aspect of my panel operation system. I came to full operation on time as contracted and each step was communicated to me ahead of time. Excellent services, Thanks

Happy customer

Installation was on time and no surprises. I recommend AZ Solar Wave

A Diamond in the Rough... MUST READ!

I went into this quest very well acquainted with home improvement, but completely ignorant about Solar. Like most people, I saw tons of ads saying "free electricity with no bills!" - it sounded too good to be true. I finally took the bait and called a few of the larger vendors. For the most part, they were all slick salespeople reading off cue cards - very disappointing. So I did some research on my own and learned that sure enough, most of them are being much less than honest - signing a contract to lease a solar power array is usually a decision you'll regret for many reasons. Luckily, I didn't give up before calling Solar Wave, where I finally found an honest broker - Brad Bradley. Brad patiently explained everything to me, giving me a true sense of what I could expect, from the price and incentives, to the installation process. He sent out his estimator (who was just as genuine, proving that the tone is set at the top), who thoroughly assessed my situation - my roof, my pool equipment, my AC units, etc, to help me figure out the best approach. They confirmed that leasing was not the best route for my needs, purchasing a system was the way to go. He didn't pressure me, or call me every evening to get a decision... he just helped me out when I had questions until I felt comfortable choosing. After I decided to go with them, a clear and simple process began. Brad and his team were very communicative (Brad gives you his cell number and responds within minutes). He worked with me to coordinate the solar work around other home improvement projects. I love my house dearly, and his crew took care to not damage anything as they did their work. All estimates in terms of money and timing were always accurate. They start and finish when they say they will - which in this day and age is not to be taken for granted. And yesterday, Brad walked me through the process of turning my system ON for the first time. While on the phone, he asked me to pull the lever to the left, then go over the wall to and flip this breaker or that, etc. I finally stopped and said, "how in the world do you know where everything is located in MY particular installation?" He answered casually, "Oh, I take photos of the final installation so I can walk you through it." And that final professional touch sums up my experience - the guy at the top is walking me through the power-up, to make sure it works, to hear my excitement, to answer my questions, and to say congratulations. I've used lots of different contractors to do everything from painting to plumbing - they are usually very frustrating (to be kind). Whether or not you end up using Solar Wave, I encourage you to talk to them... you'll probably learn something useful. And if you do end up using them, I hope you walk away from the experience as I did, saying to yourself, "the construction trade needs more companies like Solar Wave."

The absolute best Solar company in Arizona!

Over the last 5 years, I've interviewed at least a dozen solar providers - one thing ALL of them had in common was the need to OVERSELL the level of equipment necessary for our home. All of them making huge, unfounded claims. Many of them had been licensed under a prior business name that had closed due to false promises and poor service. I was about to give it up when I met Michael Bradley. He wasn't a salesman, he was like a friend. My wife and I pulled the trigger, and we are so elated that we did. Mike introduced us to Brad, who stayed in constant contact with us through the entire process, answering all of our concerns - we never felt so cared for. Then we met Ricky - top notch. From beginning to end, this has been extremely smooth. I cannot recommend any other solar companies, but I can, and will be recommending Arizona Solar Wave & Energy to all of my friends and colleagues. If you are considering solar, there is no better time than now. You will not be disappointed. Mike, Brad and Ricky, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
