Arizona Solar Wave

Very professional and easy to work with

Several other people in our development had them install systems on their homes and highly recommended them. The crew was very friendly cleaned everything up and answered all our questions. Nice to see power going back to the grid! We have recommended them to others.

Customer Service at its best.

From beginning to end this was seamless. Brad was on top of it thru the entire process, and he was such a joy to work with. These people are true professionals!

Highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave

Everyone that was involved in my solar panel project was very friendly, helpful and professional. Solar panels were installed ahead of schedule, and the project went very smoothly.

Arizona Solar Wave is a great team, won't over-sell.

Michael and Brad were awesome to work with. Michael had to work hard to convince me to go with fewer panels, I wanted to fill the roof! He showed me that the right number of panels would have faster payback and still minimize our electric bill. Far better to have a little bill than to be waiting for the once a year refund from SRP. If we had APS they would have recommended a few more panels. For January-April our bill has been $10-$15 per month and we were not holding back on appliances, A/C or Heat during Off-Peak Hours, I wanted to put it to a tough test. This system is far better than we expected. I certainly do not expect the summer bill to be under $25 but at this point I have no doubt we will be very pleased!

Excellent Experience & Service

We did our due diligence before choosing a Solar company, and we were not disappointed with our choice! Arizona Solar Wave was prompt, responsive, friendly, had very competitive pricing, beat all of their own estimates on timing, and all without a hitch or a glitch.

Service Focused Solar

We had the pleasure of working with Mike and Brad throughout our install. Right from the start they were honest and informative. They were not the first company we considered so we had plenty of questions which they were more than happy to take the time to answer. This included recommending we avoid certain options they offer but were not a best fit for us (which we were ready to purchase before our consultation). I would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing solar for their home as they walk you step by step through the process and are always quick to respond to every inquiry!!

Very professional, informative and helpful

I had a number of questions along the way with Arizona Solar Wave. They were quick to reply with answers and helped steer me into the system that will best meet our needs. No high pressure sales tactics that some others try to do either.

Very professional and customer oriented

I chose solar wave because I was told they were number in Arizona and the panels were made in Europe and not China.

A Great Job

Very happy with AZ Solar. Great staff and great communication along the way. Highly recommended.

Wow! What a great bunch of people.

I talked to more than one solar company before deciding to use Arizona Solar Wave. The completeness of their documentation, the particulars of the panels and the remote monitoring of the system sold us on them. The speed and thoroughness of the work was amazing. From re-roofing the installation site to a complete solar system in 3 days! Then APS arrived a week later and we turned on the system! I enjoy using the app to see what the system is “doing”.

Great company

They kept all of their appointments and the installation went smoothly and quickly. It was a pleasure working with them. Everyone from the salesperson (Justin) to the installers (Ricky and crew) and our office contact (Brad) was courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the best solar company!

This was our second solar project. Arizona Solar Wave is by far the best company we've worked with. Brad is the best!

Excellent

No pressure to sign with them

Solar wave is the best

The most professional and knowledgeable Company we’ve ever worked with! Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service, superior product, quick installation

Arizona Solar Wave provided an all-around five-star experience: excellent customer service, superior product, and quick installation process. While carefully researching and receiving quotes from different solar companies, I appreciated how Brad was transparent and upfront about the entire process from purchasing and installing solar panels to explaining how to best manage our energy demand in order to actually economize in the face of the hurdles posed by our electric company. He explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions. Coupled with the superior product that Arizona Solar Wave delivers, its business longevity, and Better Business Bureau A+ rating, it was Brad’s managerial skills that directly prompted us to select their services over other companies. We are very happy with the overall experience: Brad acted quickly so we were able to install the panels in record time; his crew was very polite and considerate during the installation process; and, Brad gave us appropriate notices every step of the way, and followed up with us to make sure everything had gone smoothly. We hope to see the investment pay off over the coming years—especially during the summer months—and highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave to anyone looking to adopt green energy initiatives. Brad certainly helped make this choice an easy decision for us!

Great Job

The guys at Arizona Solar Wave did our last house so we decided to use them again on our new build. Very happy we went with them.

couldn't have been better. thanks brad

there salesmen explained in detail that was easy to understand. financing that they set up had a very low interest rate.

Local, Reliable, and Very Attentive!

Brad was able to show me how his system and engineer's layout would yield me the most energy production, which was a priority for my household, at a cost that the competition couldn't even come close to. Being active duty stationed here at Luke AFB my schedule constantly changed but Brad was very flexible and always answered the phone ready to assist. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work. It's not hard to tell that Arizona Solar Wave maintains a high level of determination and team effort. We did have a hiccup with the permit approval due to an old inspection not being documented correctly (No fault of AZ Solar Wave) but even so we were able to finish the installation ahead of schedule. AZ Solar Wave took all of the stress out of the operation and provided nothing but excellence. I would Highly Recommend.

Our experience from start to finish with amazing.

We chose them because they offered us the best deal along with customer service from a local owned company. They got our home done in record time and kept in personal contact the process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in solar energy

An exceptional company.

Very professional.

Best of the Best

Arizona Solar Wave did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were able to have the system installed and operating before their estimated dates. I talked to and evaluated more than six solar companies before selecting Arizona Solar Wave. A few of the companies had the same extremely high ratings as them. I definitely made the right choice and highly recommend them to everyone.

excellent company, finished job before the expected date

from the lady who made the initial appointment to the last person who worked on the job, excellent, proffessional, efficient and super nice, i would recommend this company to anyone

Outstanding

Never felt anyone I dealt with were giving me a line of bs. Installers went overboard to make installation right and left home looking great.

Arizona Solar Wave--Great Solar System Installation!

I chose ASW because they are a local company with a great reputation! They were the only company I interviewed out of several that knew what RFI is when I asked them. Besides being aware of it, they were willing to work with me to solve any such issues. ASW is easily accessible, not like big conglomerates that really do not want to talk to a customer after the sale. I am completely convinced I made a good choice in going with ASW. Gary Baker

Outstanding, professional service.

User reviews are stellar ratings and they answered any and all questions to my satisfaction. We chose them after having several other solar companies interested in doing business with us.
