After interviewing multiple companies and asking tons of questions I finally zeroed in on Solar Wave. They gave me more thorough answers than any of the others and demonstrated strong knowledge of every aspect of considering solar. They also showed me the ideal SRP plan to go with for optimal savings. Knowing they don’t outsource installation and provide the best warranty in the business gave me a high level of confidence. They had everything installed well before the city was able to provide a permit for startup. 70 days total from start to finish and great follow up afterwords providing resources to monitor the system. Pricing was very reasonable making the overall value even better.

Excellent from beginning to end

Being relatively new to the process/costs associated with the installation of a solar system, I did my due diligence and received different plans/estimates from other installers. After talking with other companies, the decision was easy to choose AZ Solar Wave. The key factors in my decision making were: they employ their own local installers (no hiring from out of town), the warranty and assurances provided were second to none and the communication/installation process was outstanding. They walked me through every step of the process from the initial design stage, to installation to the actual hook-up and start of my service. Great experience

I searched around for a few places before deciding on AZ solar wave. After talking to Brad I was sold. They told me 90 days to complete and had it done in 60. Amazing crew and people involved made it so stress free. I cannot recommend them more highly than this, but if you are on the fence they have an amazing warranty and are super friendly.

An impeccable experience!! This company IS the one to go with!!

I reached out to and received quotes from seven different solar installers. I did this because I didn't know a lot about the topic but also because I quickly realized most didn't know much about what they were selling (beyond a cursory level). I found Solar Reviews and ended working with three additional companies (some of the highest rated in AZ) and the experience was definitely different (in a good way). But even with this difference, Arizona Solar Wave was a cut above the rest, so I decided to go with them. Between the signing of the contract to the activation of my system, every call, text and e-mail was answered quickly - the level of response never changed, even after they had my money (a rarity). They provided a timeline for the entire process and not once did anything slip. In fact, they came in AHEAD of schedule (something pretty atypical, especially since COVID). There are a lot of solar companies, especially in Arizona. If you're considering a project like this, at least give them a call and give them an opportunity to earn your business. You will not be disappointed.

Awesome, local company w/ customer-centered energy solutions

Arizona Solar Wave was one of several estimates our family requested when we decided to install a solar system for our home. They were by far the best in every way. All staff interactions were professional and personable. The overall energy plan for our home was the most affordable, most logical, and best overall cost savings of all estimates received. All energy-saving recommendations provided had reasonable price points and favorable cost-benefit analysis with short-interval recovery of upfront costs. There was no attempt to sell additional extraneous products or services, nor did anyone try to convince me that other companies were selling inferior products or out-of date solar panels which would require extra maintenance, etc. Easy, streamlined options for financing with great interest rates including a portion of financing equivalent to tax credit with no payments or interest until after tax credits received. Brad organized our project without any unexpected delays or surprises (except those caused by me, of which he was very understanding and accommodating). I am writing this review a couple years after our install because I continue to receive great customer-service from Arizona Solar Wave now, even after they have completed my project and have already received my full payment. My system looks good, functions well, and actually DOES save me significant money EVERY month on my electric bill (even when considering the additional monthly payment for the financed portion of my project which will be paid off soon, so even more savings)! I could not be happier with Arizona Solar Wave and the experience and system they provided. Highly recommend this great, local company who was not only the best customer-service experience, but also the most affordable install with the largest overall cost savings for my project. Best solar purchase and installation process we have experienced

ARIZONA SOLAR WAVE & ENERGY This is the company that we said yes to, and the reasons: 1) The sales person was extremely good at cutting through the bull and focusing on “what’s in it for me”. He was clear in his explanations, no double talk. 2) The cost for the total system was very price competitive. 3) The spread between production cost and market price per Kilowatt hour was compelling. 4) The financing rate was below 2%, and made the math work if financed. 5) There was a well coordinated team that worked with us through the entire process. 6) This firm has a long business history and the owners of the business are hands on. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for Solar.

Outstanding Customer Service

I interacted with and reviewed bids from about a half dozen companies offering solar. Very quickly, Arizona Solar Wave rose to the top. They answered all of my questions, did not pressure me with a "hard sell", and allowed me time to do my research and make my decision. The price of their solar system was also very competitive with all the other bids. The people I dealt with at ASW were personable, polite, and knowledgeable. But perhaps most influential in my decision was the fact that Arizona Solar Wave is the top-rated solar company in Arizona and the third in the USA. After dealing with all the good folks there, those ratings are well-deserved. 5 Stars!!!

Awesome Experience

I investigated several companies and ultimately decided on AZ Solar Wave started by Brian, an engineer with over 20 years of experience in the valley. And my woman's instinct to partner with them combined with my research into the company turned out to be the perfect choice for me. Right from the start, everyone in the process was both helpful and professional. Mike really listened to my requests and worked to make them happen. Brad went above and beyond for me as well when "challenges" from my home owners association arose. And the teams coming to my house to perform the installations were great. When choosing a solar company, you are not just choosing a product. You are choosing a partner to help you for the next 25 plus years. The integrity of this company seemed evident to me. The three different 25 year warranties provided by this company helped me feel safe in my decision. If any problems arise, this local company will take care of the situation for me! Everything fell into place during this process. And, now that my solar is working, both the planet and my finances will be healthier in the long run, too. Win-win!

So Thankful for Arizona Solar Wave!

Over a two-month period, my wife and I did research on adding solar panels to our new built home outside of Queen Creek, AZ. We read articles, talked to SRP's Solar Department and our discussed priorities. We learned a lot. From that effort, we contacted and met with 5 different companies over a 3-week period. Each company came to our home and met with us for 90 minutes. From there, we spoke to each again by phone, traded emails and received additional options and proposals. Three companies came back to our home for follow-up visits. Our decision to go with Arizona Solar Wave in Mesa, AZ was quite easy. Their initial presentation was clear, concise and presented to us in a very professional manner. We weren't overwhelmed. We felt no pressure. We were drawn to their sincere, caring approach to helping us. There was no hard sell. We learned so much. With Arizona Solar Wave, we eliminated the middle man, which saved us much money. We read countless reviews about the company from homeowners and each one was 5 star. No concerns, only praise and thanksgiving! Arizona Solar Wave is ranked #1 in Arizona and after just 2 months we completely understand why. So thankful for the quick response when we have a question. Contract signing to firing up the panels took just 58 days. Just amazing! Everything went perfect. SRP, the City of Queen Creek and Arizona Solar Wave couldn't have been more professional. Through every step, we were taught process and our questions answered. In three years, we plan to add backup solar cells to provide us with more energy independence. For now, we are going to grow into solar and know that will be much easier with the relationship we have with Arizona Solar Wave! So Blessed!

Upon Further Review....

We interviewed 5 solar companies, received proposals from each, checked their AZ Contractors License info, and visited the BBB to review each. One company had 52 complaints, another had no licensed and no BBB rating. Two had a track record according to the complaints of "poor responses to equipment issues". For us that is a huge red flag, because if you have equipment issues and it affects the system's ability to generate power and you can't get the problem addressed that means your out of pocket costs go way up and your return on your solar investment is going down the toilet. AZ Solar Wave had Zero Complaints and when we compared their proposal against the others on a cost per watt analysis they came in second to another company by 13 cents per watt, but given the track record and quality of the system it was a no brainer for us to select AZ Solar Wave.

Top Quality Service All Around

We got quotes from 5 other solar companies before choosing Arizona Solar Wave because we wanted have the best product and service. Everyone else was $10k - $15k more for a system 1/3 less powerful and had high pressure sales that often ended with insults towards my wife and I for not choosing them immediately after they presented information. Arizona Solar Wave was very open and honest from the beginning. They presented the information we requested and answered all of our questions. When the presentation was over, they thanked us for our time and said goodbye. No pressure or insults. Just facts. The Arizona Solar Wave install team was very polite and clean. Ricky and his team introduced themselves when they arrived and cleaned up after themselves before they left. After the install was complete, Michael and Brad kept us updated every step of the way. When the system was ready to turn on, Brad walked me through the process step by step and stayed with me until the system was fully operational. Overall, our experience with Arizona Solar Wave was great and my wife and I are extremely happy we chose them. They offered the best panels and price. The entire team was super friendly. We didn't struggle getting a hold of them even after we signed a contract and panels were installed which made my wife and I feel at ease. Thank you Arizona Solar Wave for amazing customer service. Easier than I could have imagined, Best experience you will have

I had been putting off going solar for so long that I had thought I was the last person in the Phoenix area to get it and also thinking I wouldn't get a good deal. Also I was worried I would find the wrong people to install my system, but with a little searching it was easy to see that Arizona Solar Wave was one of the best reviewed solar installers in the valley and my experience matches the reviews I encountered. Brad and his team always made me feel at ease with the process and proceeded at my own pace instead of rushing me into anything. They investigated my needs and what they could provide and gave 3 different proposals for what would provide the best solar production for my house. They would take my call directly whenever I had a concern and help me with any issues I had. They guided me through the entire process and were able to set up everything. They set up everything so well and quickly that I before I knew it my system was on the roof and producing solar power. I look forward to a lower energy bill and I was happy that Arizona Solar Wave was able to make this all happen.

Top Notch!

Brad took the time to explain everything prior to making the decision. Start to finish was 68 days, even with a permit issue. All the people involved kept you in the know. You never wondered what the status was. My son picked a different company and his took about 14 days longer than mine did without a permit issue. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Fast, Easy, Reliable

The process from start to finish only took about 45 days! The communication was awesome, it is nice to know I can call with any questions at any time and speak to a real person, and not a call center either! The panels look nice on our roof, too. I would definitely recommend Arizona Solar Wave again and again!
