Top notch!

5 stars, start to finish. Brad and team took us from zero to solar in under a month. We sat with at least 10 solar companies and listened to their offering. Our sales representative, Michael, was far and away the best we encountered. This was not a 'sale', this was an educational session. He spent no less than 2 hours with us during our first consultation. All of our questions were answered thoroughly with proposal modification done on the fly to model out different scenarios. He also explained the tax credit very concisely. Something to be sure that's understood before making the investment. The warranty coverages provided are very straightforward, unlike other companies who use a third party provider. Highly suggest reading all fine print. One company uses a third party that assumes ownership of any parts requiring replacement. Even the sales representative of this company was not aware of this fine print. Once we decided to move forward with AZ Solar Wave, our experience was seamless. Other than our consultation, only interaction was with Brad, the installation team, and the gentleman who turned on the system. No 3rd parties, no dealing with SRP, they handled it all. The installation crew worked extremely hard to ensure we were satisfied with placement of all conduit, while remaining within code. I had several requests on conduit routing and they were more than accommodating. Once we were up and running, Brad made sure we understood how to best manage our demand so that we could maximize our system from day one. I was very skeptical at the outset of our solar journey. Just a suggestion….

I had been looking into solar for a while. After I met and listened to the representative from Solar Wave I asked for a few days to decide. The rep was very kind and asked if he could help clarify anything. I simply said I needed time to figure out why the whole world wasn’t doing this. This is a smart move for everyone. It’s almost free money. The team shows up and installs what they need and leaves it clean and easy. Do it. It really does work well.

From start to finish there were no surprises. Brad and Jesse keep us up to date on the status of every step of the process which made our experience hassle free. Brad the operation manager coordinated everything and was on top of all the details of the process. Brad's communication went above and beyond expectations. Jesse and his install crew were professional, on time and and took the time to answer all my questions. We turned on our solar system 2 days ago and we have already generated 117 kWh! We could not be happier. I highly recommend Arizona Solar and Energy for their exceptional service. They are definitely a 5 star company. You will not be disappointed!

Great Experience, Highly Recommend Them For Your Short List

- No Surprises from Beginning to End. Communication throughout was: expect this, and it happened that way. Budgeted numbers were adhered to, to the end. - We replaced our underlayment prior to installation (17 yr old roof), and the integration with the roofer was seamless. - Installation went as planned, the product looks super sharp, and the installation is very professional and clean (to the point of we left out paint, everything was painted to match). We have a smaller footprint 2 story roof, and packed panels everywhere, and it still looks great. - The system has performed as promised, with no surprises.

Arizona Solar Wave did a wonderful job and completed the work from start to finish in 35 days! The crew did a wonderful installation in one day and even paining the electrical conduit to match the exterior color I just supplied them the paint.

The Best

My wife and I checked several Solar companies prior to gong with Arizona Solar Wave. From the beginning i knew this was going to be the right one. During our in person quote Brad was fantastic. he explained every aspect of the products and installation. he also covered the federal and state rebates associated with Solar. Brad Covered leasing, financing and purchase. when went with purchase because we saved some on the overall price doing that. from date of signing the contract to making our own power took only 45 days. Arizona Solar Wave is the best company for Solar.

My experience with Arizona Solar Wave, starting with Corey and Elliott and ending with Justin, has been an extremely rewarding, educational, and empowering venture! Rewarding in that I am able to help the environment in a cleaner way. Educational in learning all the ins and outs of having solar be your choice in making electricity. Exceptional Business

I received estimates from several companies. AZ Solar Wave was a breath of fresh air. They explained everything and answered all my questions, used engineers to design the most efficient panel placements and there were no gimmicks. Brad Bradley was great to work with and also gave me the best deal. My system has reduced my electric costs even more than I expected. I fully recommend getting solar and using AZ Solar Wave.

I highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave if you are considering installing solar on your home. The entire staff from sales, office and installation were very friendly and professional. The whole process was seamless and completed ahead of schedule. When contacting Brad with any questions, he was there responding within minutes...calling us rather than email. In today's world that rarely happens. Extremely professional and very easy to work with.

Great Solar Company.

I had been looking for Solar on my home. Did my research and found this company. I had gotten several Quotes for Solar. This Company was not the cheapest BUt was it line with several others. I did my Research and found 0 Complaint's on this company so I decide to get a quote. Found it to be inline and with reviews decided to go with them for my project. They where every good at explaining my options. I decided to get the my solar from them. They did everything online and we completes all SRP forms. They submitted everything to SRP for to get service. It is not like buying a car. once you agree of what you want it takes time took the whole process from start to finish took a little over 2 months. once SRP approved install system was installed a couple of days later. Job was done in 1 day and done well. Panels looked good Install Inverter good and since i have paint from when house was painted they even painted the conduit and connect box to match house Very well done. Then wait fir SRP again. Within two weeks SRP and Solar wave tech showed up and turned on system No problems. Been using system for a month now been working as expected. Did have one panel drop out after install and called service they cam out the next day to look at system found Power Optimiser was bad. Did not have one with him so said would be out the next workday as it was a friday the next work day was monday. He showed up monday and replaced optimiser and all panels are work and still working. Since problem was not a down system just one panel waiting a weekend was not big deal. I am sure if the whole system was down they would have been quicker on fixing it. So far I am very pleased with system it is performing as I expected to size. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a Solar System. My experience with AZ Solar Wave as a new client

I have thought about adding solar to our home for many years, but frankly, always worried about being taken advantage of in a field that I had far too little knowledge. As a result, I entered into conversations about adding panels with doubts and skepticism. My first experiences set the stage for the enter project. Instead of pushing a sale, I was advised to have a site visit and get information about feasibility before doing anything else. How refreshing! The feasibilty step involved visits by various crew members, including a complete electrical system analysis, both inside and outside the house. Then a photo collection, including aerial shots, for the engineers to use to determine an action plan. Next Solar Wave did an in-depth analysis of my present electrical usage and finally, a recommended system for my consideration. Every step of the way, I felt included and communicated with. Even crew visitors were all positive and you could tell they were deeply committed to their job and to the company they represented. I could tell that a great workplace environment had been created by leadership. Lastly, as questions arose, answers were always a phone call away. Working with AZ Solar Wave was simply a joy every step of the way.

Excellent experience - great team to work with

Brad and the team at ASW have done a tremendous job from the beginning to after turning on the solar system. Every question I had was answered quickly and nothing was left unanswered. I could reach out to them at any time - email, text or phone they would get back to me. The electricians were great and went beyond what was expected - installers did a superb job and Justin as crew lead did an outstanding job. Very Happy I chose ASW as supplier for my solar system.

Great company, excellent product, timely installation.

I selected Arizona Solar Wave based on their reviews, the salesman's knowledge, and the price. With limited roof space, I wanted maximum efficiency, and was impressed that they use only top tier products. I also had a couple of non-standard requests that they accommodated without a problem. I had other bids as well. Installation went as advertised, ahead of schedule and without any glitches. My only part in all this was to sign some papers with the utility and submit a request to the HOA based on the specs the company provided. The price was about on par with other bids I got. The big differences were the company's outstanding follow-through, the top notch equipment. and the great installation crew. The system has been up and running for a couple of weeks now and everything has been performing impressively. I would definitely use Arizona Solar Wave again.

Their representatives described how the system will be installed and how it will operate in an easy-to-understand dialog from the beginning inquiry to the final power-up stage. Whenever I had a question or concern Brad Bradley always made himself available to our needs. And, they completed the project in the contracted time frame. I would hire them again and refer Arizona Solar Wave & Energy to my friends without hesitation.

Great experience working with Arizona Solar Wave. They provided technical information, system sizing recommendations, purchasing options, etc., all without the typical sales pitch and pressure. It took me 6 months to pull the trigger and they never harassed me, only responded to my requests for more information. They followed up delivering on schedule with a very clean, professional installation. Very impressed with their installation team. Courteous, knowledgeable, considerate. System start up was flawless.

I came upon AZ Solar Wave after had gotten 3 other estimates from companies and was about to sign with another company until BBB updated there site in which kept me searching. I met with Mike @ AZ Solar Wave and he was very knowledgeable, actually more then the previous companies. He was a straight shooter, which during our meeting, I found that the other companies didn’t include a major part of the system in which I could install enough panels to completely off-set my APS bills. After contract signed I was then contacted by Brad, which he was the project manager. He then gave me the schedule in which he kept me totally in the loop. His installers were very personable and knowledgeable which they explained the entire install. The system was completely installed from sign contract to operation was 91 days which was about 3 weeks ahead of schedule. I wish MORE companies these days performed like AZ Solar Wave. Very easy to work and communicate with. As a retired General Contractor, I ran my business the same way. I usually don’t give out recommendations but in this case I have to say, they are a company is “TOP” Notch. There cost was in line with the other companies but they gave me more bang for the buck!

The staff was friendly from the beginning and not pushy about the slaw like most others. The minor issues I have had I was ably call Brad any day including weekends and he has been a big help with us being new to this solar adventure. I have never used a solar company before but we did get five quotes and this one was the best with the best customer service by far. I would recommend using them!

Phenomenal customer service!

Now a days it is extremely hard to find a company who will provide you with the service you expect, AZ Solar Wave exceeded my expectations. Sales arrived on time, was kind a courteous. He passed the baton to Brad who stayed on top of the project, and was easy to get a hold of or returned my calls in a timely manner. They gave me a time frame of 60-90 days and I was up and running on day 66. I could not be happier with my decision to go with AZ Solar Wave (and I checked around).

Incredibly professionalt and efficient

After researching and interviewing with several solar companies I decided to proceed with Arizona Solar Wave and I’m glad I did. Brad Bradley was on top of every move that the inspectors and that APS made. Brad knew of things even before I had seen the notices, he was diligent and kept me informed along the way, giving me peace of mind. Mike Bradley, his sales rep (not related to Brad, lol) was professional and answered each question I had accurately and he never pressured me, he allowed me to move at my own pace. I’m so excited to have invested in Solar, it’s like the difference between renting and owning, the money I spend on power each month goes towards owning my system rather than just throwing away with the power company!

My wife wanted to get solar installed on our house very badly. She spoke with someone at Costco who was selling solar and thought that would be a good idea. In all fairness, we have gotten a couple of other things through the various vendors through Costco and had great results. Before we spent the large amount of money this company was quoting for solar on our house ($30,000+) I decided to do some due diligence. The independent ratings on the Costco vendor were horrific! It was literally the worst rated solar company I found that was operating in Arizona. I then began to do my own research. After searching and reading reviews for several hours, it became very clear that there was only one choice, based on the reviews, and that was Arizona Solar Wave. So, we called them up and got a quote. Wow, what a difference! The quote from Arizona Solar Wave was over $10,000 cheaper, and the warranty was better. So we decided to go with AZ Solar Wave. We were told there was a backlog they were working through so it would be several weeks before the installation could begin. In reality, they were able to start work much sooner than they had originally said. There are a lot of things that have to be done with the electric company, the town, and the installer before the installation can begin, but Arizona Solar Wave took care of it all. It was quick and painless. The installation went off without a hitch as did the inspections. We were out of town for the final inspection and we passed and were generating electricity before we returned home. I can't say enough good about Arizona Solar Wave. If you are considering getting solar installed on your house, you must contact Arizona Solar Wave. You will save, money, time and ultimately receive a product with the best overall warranty in the industry. I don't write a lot of reviews on companies I do business with. It takes a business to go above and beyond the norm and truly deliver what they promise to get me to take the time to write something.
