Arizona Solar Wave

Solar Water Heater

This review is based on the sales and installation process with Arizona Solar Wave only. The installation occurred in November so I haven't been able to reap the benefits of the water heater yet. From my first inquiry to the post installation follow up, Arizona Solar Wave has been great to work with. They are professional, courteous and thorough. Simply, they do what they say and when they say. I wish all home improvement companies held the same standards as Brad and his team. They truly care to make your purchase and installation decisions a positive one.

New Solar

From a professional view; Arizona Solar Wave & Energy is a well run company that follows through with the promises they make in an efficient and consistent manner. Once the product is sold the customer is kept abreast of each step as they transpire. From a customers view; customer service is high priority for us and Arizona Solar Wave & Energy delivers ten fold. They made us feel as though we were important and not just a dollar figure. We were interested in solar and had interviewed three other companies. None of the three had the customer service we require to do business with. Thank you Brad for doing an excellent job from start to finish. They have assured me that if we need anything in the future we are to contact them. We have several friends that will be looking for solar soon and our recommendation will be "Arizona Solar Wave & Energy".

Muir residence solar installation

The install was very good and the people were polite and worked hard on the installation. The only complaint is the amount of time it took to get the project started, permits , etc.

Go Solar

The people with this company are more than willing to get something as important as this to work for you. They are very friendly, and courteous, will help you in any way possible. In this day and age where one is skeptical of businesses that may "Take" you for a ride for your money. These people have proven to be trustworthy and deserving of any praise I can give them. I look forward to working with them.

Very happy customer

Arizona Solar Wave was a pleasure for me to work with, they answered all of my questions up front so I knew exactly what to expect from them. They did their homework and designed a system that is ideal for my home. Their crew was quick, efficient, professional, and neat(I'm fussy that way). I was kept informed during the whole process what was going to happen and when. I feel comfortable that I got the most bang for my dollar.

Loving it!

I am so excited with my solar panels and knowing I am utilizing the sources naturally given to us to acquire energy. I have seen the difference it has made on my bill immediately. The people involved in all aspects, has made this process so easy and educational. I love the feeling of using the gifts that have been given to us through nature and organic ways that assist our beautiful Earth in positive ways.

Solar Electricity installation

Arizona Solar Wave Brad Bradley the salesman was top notch very professional and courteous was up front about the whole process of installing our solar system and the whole install process went very well, he was also good about returning our phone calls and my wife Patricia Gaudiano was very impressed about that. The system is working very well and is doing what it was design to do for our electricity needs. We would recommend this company to our friends and family.

Fast service, helpful people!

Arizona Solar Wave provided excellent service and was very communicative through the whole process. Not only was I able to get solar for electric, I got a thermal hot water heater, sun screens, and an industrial size whole home water softener included in the package. Everything was installed in a timely manner and I immediately enjoyed a $70 savings on my gas bill and over $200 savings on my electric bill!

Have, and will continue to recommend Arizona Solar Wa

My system has performed and provided the results as promised. After doing a lot of research and visiting with several companies in my home, I offered my business to Arizona Solar Wave. They went over every step of the install process and designed a system to meet my needs, any and all questions were answered immediately, and adjustments made as needed. They offered insight into the best financial options available for me and made the entire process as painless as possible. Prior to installing the solar system, they did work on my home to make it more energy efficient, this included a solar hot water system, a variable speed pool pump, work in the attic to seal the vents and duct work, and a whole home water treatment system, which is amazing, I actually have soap bubbles in the shower and washer now. It was a 2 step process well worth the money, the 1st step lowered my bills by at least 30% and I wanted to finish the solar process with a company I could trust and rely on. The system needed to be installed by a deadline to avert increased charges by the electric company, and was completed and turned on before the deadline. My system was installed after the summer months and my bills have dropped to less than $50 a month which includes the fees to the electric company. I cannot wait to see the savings over the summer. Previously my average monthly bill was $264, it is now $190 for the payment on the panels and the payments to the electric company. I could not be happier, other than when it is fully paid off and I am down to less than $50 a month for electric. AZ Solar was there for me during the entire process installation took approximately 2 days and then an hour or so on the day of hook up. AZ Solar has been there following the installation for any questions I may have, so far everything has worked and performed wonderfully. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so in the future. By all means do your research, and try several places, I would say you would end up back with AZ Solar Wave as I did, and be completely satisfied with the decision. On a side note, a neighbor leased a solar system with another company, they are now trying to sell, and their home has been on the market for over 3 months, no one wants to buy into the lease, it is a 20 year lease, and you never own your system. I have spoken with them and they are very sorry they went with the lease. I had my doubts going solar, but could not be happier with my decision and the choice of using AZ Solar Wave to provide this service for me.

Top Notch Craftsmanship

It's too early to tell how much our solar hot water system will save us, the first two months have shown a 30% or better savings, however. The quality of the workmanship on the installation is superb, and everything was done in one day. There was no cleanup for us to do afterwards, nor have there been any adjustments or fixes needed on a fairly complex system. You can't go wrong with these guys, certainly one of the reasons they've been around so long in an industry full of temporary installers.

Lower APS Bill

Since having my house insulated and sealed and a solar water heater installed we have now experienced 2 months of lower electric bills for the first time in a very long time. If you are wondering it really does make a notable difference.

Solar Water Heater

Installed solar water heater. Water is now very hot and I never run out. Also sealed air ducts, upgraded insulation, and performed blower door test. Very helpful and so far have saved in the hundreds of dollars in utility bills in just first few months.

Arizona Solar Wave

You will be working with the owner so nobody will care more. Everything went as scheduled. The only delays were from the local municipalities involved, Arizona Solar Wave accomplished everything they said they would in the time frame they specified. But the most outstanding aspect of the company was their post sales and installation support and service. They were nothing less than superb. I highly recommend Bryan McCormick and Arizona Solar Wave. You will not be disappointed!

AZ Solar Wave solar panel install

AZ Solar Wave assured us that they knew satisfied customers were the best form of advertising. They designed and built a solar panel system that exceeded our expectations. AZ Solar Wave is a contractor you can trust.

Great Investment

We know we will never run out of hot water and will have no problem selling when the time comes. This really adds value to our property.

Solar Water Heater

Quality installation at a great price - This has provided 100% of our hot water for the last year and saves us money every month on our electric bill. The price was right and the installers clean and professional and on time - the owner is honest and truly caring - it was a pleasure doing business with Arizona Solar Wave and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to invest in a quality product to heat their water with service that cannot be matched.

Extremely satisfied with Arizona Solar Wave

Arizona Solar Wave installed a solar system for our hot water heater in 2013. Since that time, our electric bill has been reduced significantly and we have plenty of hot water, at all times. We were able to take advantage of the tax credits and allowance from SRP at the time. The installers were extremely polite and left our home in spotless condition in the area they were working. I would highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave to anyone who is looking to reduce their electric bill.

The installers were very nice and had very good work manner - kept everything very neat and clean.
