Arizona Solar Wave

I highly recommend this company

Brad explained everything in detail and even came out to meet us at night. He delivered everything as promised and fought for us.

review of Arizona solar wave

Brad was great to work with, From start to finish was just over three month. I thought that was great. Everything is working great.

great job!!!

Brad was very efficient, personable, and concise in giving us all the information for us to make a decision. He took time to look at the house from all angles to get the best result also. The installation was very timely and we are very happy with the panels. They are saving us a lot of money on our electric bill

Home owner

Arizona Solar Wave and Brad Bradley both came extremely highly recommended. I spoke to a couple of other solar providers and to be quite honest, I felt like I was being SOLD something, rather than being informed.

Solar Journey

Well spoke to salesman Donald Jones. The guy was very informative ,patient and no pressure. We had one agent from another company who was totally the opposite but that's another story. Donald made sure we understood the pros and cons of having solar. Our system is not up yet because we'll be closing the deal on Friday. Hopefully the job will be fantastic ... we'll keep you posted as the job progresses

Loving the Arizona Sunshine

Brad, Our sales representative was awesome. He put together a package that brought my wife on board. He kept us informed through out the whole process and answered my many questions. I only wish I could have anticipated my wife's desire to lower the thermostat a few degrees and added an extra panel or two to compensate. I would recommend Arizona Solarwave & Energy to manage your solar installation.

Outstanding Customer Service

This was one of the best overall experiences I've had with a vendor. Brad was so good at keeping me up to date on the status of things and what to expect. He was also very clear in explaining the proposed system. I'm an electrical engineer and network engineer by trade so this type of project is right in my wheelhouse. I did pick up on a slight calculation error and brought it to their attention and they couldn't have responded better or faster to address it and the designer sent an apology e-mail explaining what happened. It was resolved very quickly and I was more than satisfied. If you are looking for solar and want the best possible experience be sure and choose Arizona Solar Wave.

Goodyear

Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently answered all of our questions. I would recommend him and Arizona Solar Wave to anybody considering purchasing solar panels.

100% Satisfied

Great experience! I would recomend Arizona Solar Wave to anyone wanting to go solar.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

As a more informed consumer regarding solar I chose this company looking at all the competition in my area. Compared product, pricing and years in business. I then narrowed it down to three companies by reading and comparing reviews. The final three companies at the top of the list I spoke with on the phone looking for clear, concise, and honest information. Two out of the three companies were not able to explain the process in a way in which I would have felt comfortable working with them. Arizona Solar Wave's sales representative Brad explained the process, pricing and product very clearly and stated the process is'nt always perfect. Brad Bradley stated that he takes pride in always managing the process for you and making painless & effortless for the customer. We did have a couple of glitches within the process and he was terrific on resolving the issues in fast fashion. He was great with maintaining contact at all times and always available. Very prompt at returning calls. I'm a retired Firefighter that would recommend this company as a high quality company with a good product, very reasonable pricing and impeccable customer service. That is why this company is still in business after seventeen years unlike many solar companies that that have come and gone here in just a short time.

Professional Saleman Brad Bradley

What a great experience with my solar from the day I was sold on this purchase to the turn on date! Brad was on top of every development and kept me well informed. Brad is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me during the process. The installation crew were really nice men and knew what they were doing and cleaned up after the project was complete. I highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave. I am very very happy.

Solar

What a great experience you won't be sorry you spent your time and money here.

I'm so excited!

We signed our contract on Dec 2 and had our panels before Christmas. Except for one little misunderstanding with our installer regarding the turn on with SRP, everything was great! Brad even put up with my dog during the initial presentation. We have been running our panels since the end of January and our bills have dropped about 36%. I am anxious to see what we do during the summer! Arizona Solar Wave is a very professional company, they told us everything that was going to happen and there were no surprises. The inspector said it was a good quality product, one of the best he has seen. I would highly recommend solar for the cost and environmental savings, and I would recommend Arizona Solar Wave any day.

Solar Customer

I have 44 years experience in the electrical industrial field. I find that this solar project was installed very professionally! The workers let me know what they were installing and why it was being done. The entire job turned out very nice! The system is up and working excellently! My first bill was a $5.00 credit too!

Consultation and Installation of Solar System

Brad was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, courteous and professional. They were some unexpected delays that were due to external causes (e.g. various organizations' red tapes) but Brad was on top of things and admirably tried to push those delays forward. Even some unforeseen issues that cropped up were dealt with promptly. Additionally, the communication was excellent for every step of the way. We never felt out of the loop in any way for the whole process. A lot of question were asked and they were patiently answered. The overall experience was quite satisfying. Highly recommended.

Purchase and Installation of Solar Panels

Our experience throughout the entire process was stellar. Brad was always available to answer any questions I had and was consistent with calling and letting us know the status and where we were in the process. He was always upbeat and helpful and stayed on top of the whole process throughout. We truly appreciated his updates and very timely calls to let us know what was going on. Thank you Brad, for making this an easy process to get through. they were a little delayed on installation of the panels, but went ahead with the roof insullation and the variable speed pump for the pool. All the people who did the work were knew there jobs and were very proffesional. the only regret I have was that i didnt ask enough question about programing the variable speed pool pump. however after going over the manual and playing with it i can now reprogram it if it ever comes up. i recommed this company very highly and you should ask for brad as your customer rep he delt with my wifes questions with patients and quickly got back to her with the answers

Owner

They did not stop until we where happy

Brad Bradley General Manager

Brad, who is a very cordial individual, was on top of everything. He kept me informed of all activities as they were preformed. He checked with me to be sure the work was done and done correctly each step of the process. When the installation of insulation was not 100% complete, Brad immediately had that contractor make a return to my home to finish the job. Brad got back to me to be sure 100% was 100%. When Glendale inspectors had a small problem before they would approve my system, Brad had the situation corrected within hours. Brad was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone considering a solar power plant for their own home. Thank You Brad for your superior handing of my solar home project.

Patient, flexible, customer-focused care

I'm an electrical engineer. I like knowing why things are done the way they are done and can be a pain of a customer. I really enjoyed patient, flexible and customer-focused care I got from Brad at Arizona Solar Wave. Brad was easy to reach, honest about the limits of his knowledge and eager to get me answers that I needed. I was ordering a solar system "blind" in that I had just purchased a home and had little in terms of history of utility bills. The best I could do was look at roughly a month worth of bills and attempt to map that to an estimate profile of what a year's worth of consumption would look like. Arizona Solar Wave was patient in helping me understand what mattered. Further and more importantly, they were flexible in terms of extending the system at a later time if I end up needing more capacity. I couldn't say the same of other installers. Solar City simply didn't care. SUNRUN was more accommodating but rigid in their installation (you have to install a whole new system if you want more capacity later). Brad was at my property in person for an assessment. The installed hardware looks neat and well done. Output levels and reliability will be determined with time. City inspection and APS approvals took 4-6 weeks longer than anticipated. This was frustrating but I can not blame Arizona Solar Wave. They can improve in the way they keep tabs on processing times and perhaps be more pessimistic about time estimates.

Solar Installation

Brad Bradley was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to make up our minds. Was very professional and easy to talk to. Discussed all of the details of the installation. Very pleased.

My Review

I was very pleased with how professional the people were at Az Soar Wave, they responded to every question I had. When the inspector found something wrong, they came the next day and fixed it . The tiles look very good on my roof and we are now on solar, it took less than a month for everything to be done, including APS to put in the new meters, Thanks to Az solar Wave

Great Service!

I was new to Solar Energy and they walked me through every step of the way! Brad Bradley took the time to explain everything, and kept in contact with me to update me on the process and progress of the installation and operations. I truly felt important as a customer and not just another number in their books. I highly recommend them for your solar needs! Very professional from start to finish and all those involved in the installation!

New to Arizona

I am a local business owner who relocated to Arizona from Ohio in 2012. I could not believe the number of days with crystal clear skies compared to Ohio. I knew when I purchased a house, I was going to do my part for the environment by installing solar panels. I did my due diligence selecting a solar company. When I met Brad, from Arizona Solar Wave, I knew they were the company I could trust. I have worked with many contractors before who fail to follow through on their promises, Arizona Solar Wave is not one of them! They went above and beyond my high expectations. Brad kept me informed every step of the way. He even followed up after the project was complete. I would highly recommend anyone considering solar, to call Arizona Solar Wave!

Amazing Solar Experience
