My husband, Mark H., did extensive research on solar and Applied Solar's program met our needs the best. Mark H. talked with several homeowners in area about their experiences and checked out many details. Applied Solar was our fourth and final estimate. We went with them because they have a good warranty on their panels with a strong industry guarantee. They got back with us and promptly answered every question we had. They did as they said and Doug Means was thorough when he presented the solar information to us and followed up with us very step of the way. Mark loves checking on the solar production on his mobile phone. It keeps us on top of how the panels are producing. We have had the panels for almost a year and we are satisfied. Only concern is whether we will receive the Tax Credit. We even changed our payroll deductions to owe Uncle Sam, so the credit can be utilized.
