Apollo Energy

Exceptional service!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Apollo Energy! They made the whole process so easy. Every interaction we had was nothing short of above and beyond customer service. The installation team was very professional as was every team member we had the pleasure of talking to. Our solar looks and performs amazing and we are so extremely happy we chose Apollo!

WOWed at every step

From Melissa and John answering any question I had, to the install team being very kind and explaining everything they were doing, I was WOWed. This company truly cares about the product that they're selling and about making the customer feel as comfortable as possible. I have nothing, but great things to say about this company, especially having the install crew clean up everything when they were done. They didn't leave anything behind which is unheard of in my experiences with construction crews.

Best Solar Company Hands Down

Melissa and the entire team at Apollo made my solar install process so efficient and smooth. From start to finish there was clear communication, impeccable customer service, and I am so pleased to be harnessing the sun!! There is no better solar company to work with in Denver Metro than Apollo!

Incredible service and fulfilled promises

I wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review to ensure the delivery and output would be considered in this review. Our experience with Apollo Energy was truly outstanding. Every single person we spoke to between the sales process, support process, and installation team were amazing. The output and delivery is exactly as they said it would be. They made the entire process seamless, between the consultation, the price quoting process, the permitting, working with excel, the installation, and the follow up. I highly recommend working with Apollo. A+.

Excellent customer service and great product

Apollo Energy made the process of getting solar easy! They walked me through each part and handled everything from HOA approval to city inspections. I didn't realize how simple it could be to get solar and I'm so happy with the final product. Thank you Apollo!

Excellent customer service

We loved working with Apollo Energy for our new solar home system. They really helped us pace the install with our budget. The panel installation was definitely very high quality work. Melissa has been available throughout to help with anything we need.

Great experience!

A friend had recommended Apollo Energy for our solar panels, and we had a great experience working with them. From our first meeting to go over the process and financing options, to installation, and getting the panels up and running, Apollo Energy was professional, clear, and prompt. We would highly recommend them if you are considering going solar!

Great company to work with

This is a wonderful Denver based company. Excellent communication along the entire process.

Felt like a valued customer through the whole process!

Melissa and her Apollo Energy team were a delight to work with! From the beginning of the process of surveying my roof area, generating plans, the permitting process, and installation, Melissa was in constant contact and I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. I had a difficult situation with my project and Melissa and her team were there to help me through the entire process. On installation day, her team installed all the panels, conduit, and inverter in about 5 hours and were completely self sufficient, not even needing to use the stairs in my house to gain access to the roof, which I appreciated as the installation took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend Apollo Energy to anyone interested in installing solar on their roof!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST SOLAR COMPANY!

We absolutely love Apollo! We contacted about 15 companies and Apollo was by far the best in every. single. category. They had the best quote, they worked with us to give us the best system, they make us feel like royalty, they worked super-duper fast to get the system installed. Once we signed with them, we just sat back and they contacted us during every step of the process. Every employee we have met is terrific! Apollo is not going anywhere and we are super happy and confident that they will be assisting us with being carbon-free for the rest of our lives!

The Best In The Business!

I have been nothing but extremely impressed since working with Melissa, John and Apollo Energy from June 2019. John was very helpful, honest and sincere in discussing our solar needs; I loved that he customized the placement of our panels based on the direction our roof faced, so that it would maximize the afternoon sun. Melissa is one of the most organized people I have ever met. She is approachable, friendly and most importantly, she gets it done. No question is too much, she really cares about her customers and even helped a friend of mine once who had questions while going through a bankruptcy with a separate solar company. In addition, the Technicians at Apollo are knowledgeable and represent the team with pride, doing quality work. I was nervous at first to go with a local company rather than a larger corporation, but I shouldn't have been. The personalized touch you get from working with such a great company, with such great morals (they even donate old panels to countries in need!) is second to none. Thanks Melissa and John for everything you do. I couldn't be prouder than to be a customer of your great company.

Very friendly and professional

I had a great solar purchase, and install experience with Apollo Energy. They very clearly laid out all my financing options from the beginning and then took care of all permitting and HOA requirements. The install was a breeze and really the timeline was fair from beginning of install to the panels collecting and tied to the grid. I myself work in construction so I’m aware of the potential hang ups in schedules. I went with Apollo because although there’s many options out there, I like that they’re a local company that is just a phone call away in the event that there’s any issues in the future. I’m really happy with my choice

Satisfied

Very Satisfied customers! Our experience with Apollo has been top notch. From the initial calls in making arrangements, to financing, installation and product performance. They did all of the HOA and city inspection arrangements; like pressing the "easy button" for us. Now, after nearly a year of having their solar panels on our roof, we have had no problems and are happy to not pay an electric bill! Could not give a higher recommendation.

Couldn’t be happier

I am so happy we went with Apollo Energy for our solar panels. The whole experience from start to finish has been seamless. Everyone has been professional and unbelievably helpful. Any question we have had was answered almost immediately. We contemplated other companies but we chose Apollo Energy because of their customer service and our system has been up and running for a couple weeks and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend the great people at Apollo!

Awesome team!

We are so happy we went with Apollo for our solar panels! My husband and I just bought our first house and we were a little nervous about jumping right into solar, but they made the whole process super easy and have always been there to answer any questions we've had with fast response times. We love that Apollo is a women-owned small business and that they're local!

An excellent company that cares!

Apollo Energy is an outstanding solar company that serves their customers from start to finish with care. After meeting with their sales team at our home, which consisted of a 2 hour thorough demonstration of what solar panels would mean for our home, including crunching exact numbers, we decided to say yes. The team that arrived to install the panels were friendly, very hard working, and efficient; even taking the time at the end of the installation to help us download the SolarEdge app on our phones and set up our account so we could follow our solar intake and progress. Once the panels were up and running, the company has been nothing short of helpful with various simple questions we’ve had along the way, in which our questions are speedily answered by their Chief Operating Officer, Melissa Theesen. Now we pay almost nothing for our energy bills and even collect money every month based on our solar collection. Apollo is a top rate, local family owned company, and we can’t recommend them enough!

Excellent service, supports community organizations too!

We had a *fantastic* experience with Apollo Energy! John was very thorough in the consultation phase, Melissa was excellent at communicating and keeping us up to date during the installation and inspection phase, and the installing team was quick, friendly, and kept the yard clean. I highly recommend their work - thanks Apollo! They also support refugee organizations with a portion of their proceeds - so awesome!

BEST COMPANY IN THE MARKET!!

This is the best company ever! If you you're thinking about solar I recommend Apollo Energy 100% reliable. The installers are awesome and friendly. Great work!

What a great company. Very friendly and professional.

Apollo Energy was at a home that we attended. The person that represented the company impressed us a lot.

Personalized service and fantastic results

To say that I am satisfied with Apollo Energy is a complete understatement. Collin made our experience incredibly seamless and always replied to our questions promptly with so much follow up material that I felt very empowered (no pun intended) to make the right decisions with our energy. The biggest reason to choose Apollo is that they are a local company that provides excellent and personal service. Their warranties and rates were very competitive with the national chains, and the fact that I have the owner’s personal cell phone if I have an issue means so much more than being just a number on a sales report. AND as a bonus, they have a huge commitment to charity and a part of your solar system cost goes to various local charities - Collin’s choice went to the Denver Actors Fund - which really sold me on the company.

Amazing Company - Highly Reccomend

This company is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have already recommended them to all of our neighbors. We always wanted solar but knew nothing about it. They came and explained everything to us and what the benefits were. To us it was a no brainers to get solar and a no brainers to work with Apollo to get it. After we contracted with them they made everything so easy. They did all of the background work, working with our HOA, taking measurements, getting approval from Xcel. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their customer service exceeds 5 stars, we highly recommend them.

Recommended

Highly recommended if you're planning on going solar. Easy process and the panels were nicely installed.

Would recommend

Easy to work with, have used them twice

5 Star Quality and Communication

We had a great experience with Apollo Energy. They lived up to all of their promises and have also been available to answer questions a year later. I highly recommend them!

I made the best choice

Out of all the solar companies that came by, I selected Apollo because of the in depth information I received at our initial meeting. We were informed at every step and have produced more than the guaranteed amount since day one.
