Did the job for me.
DJ was helpful in handling the rebate so I had no paperwork to worry about, was always cheerful, even in the middle of the summer up on the top of the hot Texas roof. Handled the install and was able to manage without requiring an update to my breaker box. Didn't have the issues that the other reviewer had. Used AffordaSolar and DJ because another neighbor had good luck with him and a 10 kW + system.

Stay away from these people. Once they have your money, that's it. They do not provide all the required documentation needed with your installation. When problems arise, they will make every excuse not to give you any service...even though they are obligated to honor the warranty. Again, stay away! I should have realized this DJ started making lots of excuses why they weren't meeting the installation schedule. Examples: Did not install an Envoy (this device communicates with the micro-inverters and ensures they are in healthy working order.) Since they did not install it, the exact location of each specific inverter serial number is not know in the PV array. I am having to do all this by myself. I had to install and set up my own Envoy. I knew I had a problem when the system only produced about $10 of electricity for the entire month. Countless emails and calls went unanswered and not returned. They did not provide the warranty information for the inverters, solar panels or after installation service information. Remember, a PV system is supposed to last 25 to 30 years. You need service after the sale and warranty support.
