Great Experience

I'll definitely continue to use Solar Source. Their service is reliable, professional and effective. They fixed our system problem and were very easy to work with. I've been using the company for years before it became Solar Source, and they've always been great.

Professional service

Just had solar installation and the team from Solar Source did a great job. Jared, Malcolm and Matthew were on time and completed the work in a professional manner.

Solar Source Review for Josh and Jason (sorry couldn't remember

These gents did a super job of fixing my Solar system - they were very professional in that they came to my front door and knocked - they told me why they were there and identified the problems. Both techs went immediately to work on the problems. About half way thru they gave me an updated on what they were doing and how the fixing was going. When they finished they told me what the problem was and how they fixed it - they cleaned up their work area and departed for their next job. I was very impressed with their work and their professional approach to getting the problems spotted and solving the pattern. I would certainly have these guys do future work on my solar system

Great experience with Solar Source

I chose Solar Source to instal my pool solar system based on the positive reviews I read and that they are the exclusive installer of Heliocol panels.

The correct company with the right people.

My wife and I decided six months ago to begin a major renovation on our 30 year home. As we all know, it is critical to ensure that you have the correct people doing the work. As for our pool solar, we knew we needed to replace the pool solar that we had installed 20 years ago. That's when I reached out to Superior Solar (now Solar Source) to come out and provide us an estimate. They installed the original, and therefore it was logical to include them in the estimating process for a new one. That is when David Spanier, a consultant with Solar Source, appeared on our doorstep, and the business partnership began. He was upfront, cordial, very accommodating, and produced several options that we could consider. After doing some price checking, I found that their estimate was in order. This was early on in our home renovation project timeline. One of the things that had to happen was the old solar had to be removed so a new roof could be installed. David ensured that this would take place promptly. They came out, removed the old solar system, cleaned up, all in one day. It was going to be another four to five months before the new system would be installed. In the meantime, David kept reaching out to check on us and check on how the renovation projects were going. When it was time to install the new solar, I reached out to David. They were out in a week to install our new system; it took two days. The two-person team worked their magic; they cared for our newly renovated home and roof as if it was their own home. Our system is operating beautifully today. As we all know, it's imperative to have the correct people in place when spending money and make improvements to your home; and I must say these were the right people from the right company. Customer service

Received a text last week advising of an upcoming appt that I had not scheduled, however, when I checked my Enphase app I could see that we had a microinverter that was not performing as it should. Solar source tech called the morning of the appt to advise of his ETA, the tech was courteous, professional and efficient. Great job with being proactive in keeping our system operating efficiently! Follow up call to ensure appointment went smoothly was also appreciated! Keep up the great work!!

Quality, Professional Organization

We highly recommend Solar Source. They did our initial installation, which was perfect, in 2014 and we needed it to be put back up after getting a new roof last month. Since our roofers would not put it back up we called Solar Source. Not only did they put it back up, they did it quickly. Since they didn’t take it down, it showed us that Solar Source has integrity and professionalism. Beau, one of our original installers, and James not only put it back up, but they repaired the damaged parts also. They reflect the standards of the company.

Solar for our pool

Excellent experience. Salesperson was responsive, engaged and informative. Other members of the operations team helped us on site to fully understand the installation process and how the overall solar system for the pool works. The crew that did the install were friendly, professional, informative, and thorough in their work product. Terrific experience

Fantastic Experience with Pool Solar Heater service

We chose Solar Source as they had originally installed the system for the previous home owners. We could not have been happier with our decision! Our appointment was scheduled and instructions on how to properly shut down system were given to us without any prompting. Service techs were on time and quickly repaired the problem. They even took the time to explain how the system works. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience from the sale to the install

Solar Source was referred to me from a friend who had used them in the past and I found out why. Everything from the sale to the install was handled like I was a family member. I (personally and property) was treated with respect. The product does as advertised and I'm looking forward to swimming in the pool in the cooler months without the high cost of my utilities.

Fixed it! The first time!

Appointment was on time. Technicians were professional and pleasant. Had the right part and fixed the problem. Even had a follow-up call to make sure all was well. Great service. Thanks!

Great company and great technician.

Have used Superior Solar for many years. They have always been reasonable and performed great work.

Solar Source- Solar Experts were great.

We have solar heat for our pool and found we had a leak in one of the our solar pipes. We are new to Florida so didn't really know who to call. I saw good reviews on Solar Source so gave them a call. They had 2 servicemen come out, Josh and Griffin. They were very professional and found 2 fittings in the PVC pipe that were leaking so they replaced them. They also check the rest our solar system and found everything to be working fine and no other leaks. I would highly recommend Solar Source. Their office staff made sure you know when they were coming including a reminder the day before. Josh and Griffin called just before they got here which is really great to have that heads up. I plan to keep their business card in case I ever need our solar checked or repaired. Thank you Solar source for the great service.

The Pros Did a Great Job

I chose Solar Source because they are local, been in buisness for 35+ years and know hw to mount panels without roof leaks. They were accomodatinggg d even did the transfer on a Saturday so my wife, who works forom home on the computer, would not have to lose a day's pay. The system is working great!

Experience and work

Have used them before and from the office staff to crew installing solar system was was very pleased and would highly recommend Solar Source

Highly recommend

My only mistake was not going with them earlier and going thru 7 other company proposals.Nick Arceneaux is a true professional and can not thank him enough. Our solar water panels have let us use the pool(we have cage) since early March and the solar panels in just the 2 months we have had them, 185.00 dollars compared to my Duke bills last year. Install was flawless and follow up great.

Professional and courteous

Referred by solar edge an inverter company..so far well pleased ..

Reliable service for over 20 years

20 years ago, Solar Source (then Superior Solar) installed the solar heating system for my pool. It has continued to work great. I discovered a leak and called to have it fixed. Felix was sent and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The solar was not working correctly with my Jandy controls and he was proactive in getting that fixed and working correctly.

They were excellent! Their installers were very professional

Their salesperson was for informative about their products. He was not pushy at all which I appreciated

Amazing service and product!!

The installers were fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. The solar heater performed much better than expected. I was given an expectation of 12-degree increase but got 14 on the second day. I'm very impressed with this product so far.

The best experience ever with high quality products

I got the best experience ever with solar source. They installed my pool water heater, and the customer services from David Spanier was the best!!!!. He helped me to find the best financial programs that they offer. David and the office was all the time in contact with me with any question. I got my system installed in March 23, with 80 degrees during the day, in just 3 days my pool water hit the 92 degrees. My family and me was in shock . We spend the all weekend in the pool, for us was amazing because to use the pool we have to wait until the end of June to swim . Thanks to David Spanier and the employees of Solar Source!!!!! I fully recommend this company without doubt!!!!!!
