Solar Source - The Solar Experts

Smooth Operation

Everything Brian & team explained & planned went as designed. The only "issue" was a panel was not working due to a bad inverter. I didn't even realize it, but Solar Source called me to tell me & schedule techs to come out & troubleshoot & eventually replace. There were many factors that favored Solar Source after talking to 5 different companies, but the deciding reason I ultimately chose Solar Source was they were the only ones that were able to provide solar power to my whole house generator also. I had a couple of companies tell me it was impossible. I'd highly recommend Solar Source. I never got the feeling I was being "sold" anything. They were very knowledgeable, clear & upfront & laid out options for my install.

Very professional

On time. Very structured process. Easy payment

Excellent experience Professional handleed and completed

I was interested in getting solar electricity for my home. The first person I met from Solar Source was their representative, Bryan Hammond. A tremendous asset to the company. He made my first impression of this company an extremely favorable one. An operation I could trust, which is important to me since I am older and a widow. No question I asked was to "dumb". I was treated with the utmost respect. He was not pushy, but showed me great respect. After I signed the contract with him, after many discussions, the process started and the whole operation behind him stepped in to complete the job. They guided me through the whole process with respect and dignity. When I had a question, it was quickly answered by a human. Bryan was with me the whole way. Here is a company I would and have recommended a number of time already.

Excellent service

Precise repairs to an older solar water system. Friend service men who provided timely information.

Pool solar is great.

We chose this company because of the presentation by the salesperson. He was knowledgeable and thorough. The price compared favorably with other quotes we received. We are pursuing solar electric installation too.

Updated solar panels

Everyone we spoke to by phone and in person were great! Very honest, efficient, and answered our questions.

Great job

Very happy with the installation. Great communication, price was reasonable.

Best solar company around!

We ask for recommendations for a good solar company to heat our pool and Solar Source was recommended by our pool service co.From the start from our sales rep, Dave Kelly, we were impressed with his knowledge and presentation. We were kept informed by the office personnel every step of the way. They came at the schedule time and George and his coworker got right to work, finished the job. Upon completion George explained what they had done and how the system works. They were very thorough and answered any questions we had. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend this company. In fact, our Granddaughter will be talking to Dave Kelly next week about getting solar for their pool and once our daughter gets her new roof she will also be calling. Thank you Jim & Millie McCulloch

They were courteous, and on time with the panels installation.

The reason Solar Source was selected from other companies was because we were customers to the prior company before, over fifteen years.

Great Install and Experience

From start to finish - very happy

Great product with efficient friendly Staff

My Solar panels were installed as scheduled. There was great communication and I was asked several times if I had any questions. Justin, one of the installers, called before arrival and was friendly and knew his job and product well. Thanks Solar source….my pool is 90 degrees today!

Professional, responsive, take pride in their product and work!

We had a solar pool heater installed and were impressed by the the speed, professionalism, and pride Solar Source employees took in their work. Nick came back with answers to all our questions very quickly, Juan took time out during installation to explain various extra operational features of the new pump, and Cassidy took the time to address the methodology of the Thermostat module and how it communicates with/controls the pump... and these were not just how do I run it questions. We were so impressed with solar Source, we followed up with purchasing 2 other solar projects.

Excellent

Easy, professional, communicative.

Excellent experience with Solar Source

We received 3 quotes for Solar pool heating and Solar Source was by far the best in all areas. Bryan Hammond was great to work with and answered all of our questions. The communication from start to finish was over and above any other company we've dealt with. It was a great experience and we are super happy we went with Solar Source.

very happy customers

We had solar panels installed on a freestanding covered porch by Solar Source and we were very happy with the entire process. More importantly the performance is even better than we had anticipated. They installed LG panels for us.

AWESOME PRODUCT & SERVICE

We chose Solar Source because of their great product, warranty & now we have experienced their great service. Nick our sales rep has followed through with us every step of the way, even long after the installation date to ensure all our questions for operation, etc... are answered. We are extremely happy with our choice & the pool temp is just right !

GREAT JOB DONE!

They did the job on time and exceeded my expectations. Great job by a great contractor. I will likely use them when I decide to go solar for the entire house.

Great Service!

Friendly and helpful - answered my questions intelligently.

Good company, Kris Vandiver did a great job with the sale

I received a few quotes on a large solar job, but it wasn't a hard choice. Mostly because Kris Vandiver explained it well, sold it better and handled himself in the process as the company we needed. Confidence in details was a big thing for me and the communication was great. I had never heard of Kris or Solar Source prior to this job. Would recommend.

Guys did a great job!!!

Solar Source did my original solar system, no way to go with anyone else! Guys did great job installing, system working great!!!

Removal of Panels for Roof Install

Solar Source came on time, did a quick and neat job, and got our panels off so we could get our new roof installed. The guys were courteous and did not make any sort of mess. We are happy with the removal and look forward to getting everything back up and running after the roof goes on next week.

A great company to work with.

After installation they came back the next day to explain the system to us. Came back to tweak a fastener the following day. Very professional. Customer service called me to be sure all is well and reassured me that I can call any time with questions.

Outstanding experience with Solar Source

I did a lot of online research before selecting Solar Source, and my experience has been outstanding. The knowledgeable representatives and technicians make sure I understand everything I need to know. They even suggested sources for financing. I particularly like that they monitor my output and let me know when my inverters, which had been recalled, needed replacement. They scheduled time and replaced them very quickly and easily. I love it when I have a negative bill from my power company.

Great Service

We had Solar Source heat our pool last fall. The price was reasonable, the salesman was knowledgeable, installation was done in one day... and the best news is that IT WORKS... we were in our pool in March of this year, with the expected temperature we programmed into the system... would definitely recommend.

Nice and easy

Simple process, great price, knowledgeable staff and everything was installed as described and has worked perfectly since. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.
